    Hey guys, I made a map based on Rogue One's Jedha City for the Moviebattles 2 mod.

    If you want to play this map you need to have the Moviebattles 2 mod installed for JK3.

    The objectives for the rebel team is that they have to hack the imperial occupier tank, The Imperials have to defend it.
    The rebels have a rooftop advantage, the Imperials a ground advantage. 

    All the textures, models, map and FA are made by me.
    This music is a custom mix from the movie soundtrack to suit the 5 min rounds.

    I recommend a fast pc that can handle high fps, and haven't had any feedback from any one conserning performance, but it should be doable for a modern pc. 
    I hope you can play this without any errors, because I'm not planning to support this project any further in the future. It was fun making it, and I hope you enjoy it.

    I want to start by saying the obvious: THIS IS NOT MY MAP.
     
    Now, for all those who remember the amazing JediCouncilGCX from back in 2004, this is it. This is not the 2010 version, or whatever "updated" versions there are of it out there. This is the original, untouched. I found it while digging through some old JK files I had stored away and noticed that there seems to be nowhere to get this map anymore. I was friends with Griffenclaw, and I think Griff would be sad to see the "updated" versions tbh, because they don't fix any of the things he actually wanted to fix (like the spawn points being so spaced out, and the low quality of the animated skybox).
     
    Therefore, I've decided to send a copy of this to JKHub, because someone needs to keep this piece of history alive for all us old farts!

  5. Jedi Council GCX - Skyboxes/_Skybox

    Just the final version with all it's little fixes and what not. Ambience sound is added into the map, and unlike other copies this one doesn't have bugs.

    of the original GCX map, nore was I ever apart of or in {O}.

  6. Jedi Hotel

    First thing I need to get out of the way - If you venture forth beyond the lobby and the main areas be prepared to face some dark, spooky environments that you may get lost in, but I'm famous for big dark things. I think they make better saber duels. However, the main areas are rather well lit so, everyone will be fine. And yes, the doors are WAY oversized - it's supposed to be luxurious.
     
    This map is a map that I have been trying a few new things in. I have a nice working storm going on, complete with working splash effects and rather moody and pleasing lightning/thunder effects. There are a few hotel rooms that can be "purchased" and can only be opened from the inside by the purchaser. More on that later. There is a sequence that, if trigered, will start the map exploding. If not fixed, the map will end. There is a slot machine in the bar that you can get lucky on (currency is in the form of score). Basically, this map was designed in mind for both hard core ffa'ers and people who would like more things to do in their spare time. I like to call it, an Interactive FFa Experience. I will now break down the components of the Hotel.
     
    Hangar:
    Just a nice, rainy dueling area. This area was featured in a preview duel map level not long ago. To access, follow the "MAIN HALL" from the "LOBBY".
     
    Main Hall:
    The access for travelers to the main section of the hotel. You'll find that a lot of the hotel is undergoing repairs. There are two sub sections from the main hall - one room leads to the busted "TRAM WAY" and the other leads to the "BAR". If you follow the main hall strait from the "HANGAR", you will
    reach the "Lobby."
     
    Lobby:
    This is the area where most of the action will take place, given that everyone will spawn either here or in the "BAR". Visually pleasing (save for the invisible flower pot vase in the corner... dont ask...), the lobby offers great observation space as well as dueling grounds. There are also enough obstacles for an adrenaline pumped ffa. From here, you can access the "BOARDING HALLS", the "MAIN HALL" and the "BAR."
     
    Bar: (FIXED)
    The bar is almost nesessity for any good ffa map. Here, you will find ample space to sit and talk to clan members or friends, a nice dueling pad, toggle-able cantina music, and the slot machine. The slot machine can be found on the upper deck next to the entrance to the "MAIN HALL." To use, face the far side of the machine and press the use button. THE SLOT MACHINE NOW HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND WILL PUT YOU TO WORK.
     
    Boarding Hall A:
    This boarding hall can be accessed from the ground floor of the "LOBBY". Here, one can purchase rooms and ring the buzzers of rooms already occupied. At the end of this hallway lies the "CHASM".
     
    ---To use the rooms--- If you access Boarding Hall A from the "LOBBY", the check in room is the first door on the left. Enter it, and notice the consoles with blue flares above them. Walk up to a console, and a room description will be given. If you like it, press space bar. Immediately after you activate it, a message will appear telling you to jump (you only have 3 seconds after activation time to jump in the portal). Jump into the blue flare, and you will be in your room. If somebody presses your buzzer, the door will flash red and an annoying sound will play. You can open your door but, if you leave, you cannot regain entry to your room. The room lasts for five minutes, and when time is up, a message will appear telling you to "ACTIVATE THE LAPTOP TO RENEW YOUR ROOM". To do this, walk up to the laptop in your room and activate it AFTER your time expires. Your room will be renewed for another five minutes.
     
    Boarding Hall B:
    This boarding hall can be accessed from the balcony of the "LOBBY". Here, you can find the meditation room, a sparring room and the chasm.
     
    ---VERY IMPORTANT NOTE---
    BEWARE THE SPARKING PANEL ON THE WALL IN BOARDING HALL B. IF THIS PANEL IS DESTROYED, THE REACTOR WILL OVERLOAD. When this happens, stay calm. You have 6 minutes to repair the reactor core. Travel down that hall to the chasm and access the door on the other side. Use the ventilation system to access the reactor. It is perilous, but not impossible to traverse. Once at the reactor, avoid the reactor fans - for they will kill you instantly. Find the repair console and activate it to save the map from certain doom (if you fail, the map will change, thus ending that round.)
     
    Chasm:
    This area is the perfect hide out for someone who likes the dark. This shaft is the only access to the reactor core at first, so get to know it well. This area acts as a bridge between the two boarding halls.
     
    Reactor:
    The reactor is a dangerous place. Once there, however, you can access the TRAM WAY! Take the tram back to the "MAIN HALL" and it will be open permanently to travelers.
     
    OK, some of the areas of the map dont look as good as the main areas... especially the tram way. However, I am pressed for time in college and I need to get this map out of my hair... Ive spent a year on it. Expect a version 2 in the near future offering brighter rooms, a better tram, more
    things to do and speeders.
     
    VERSION TWO UPDATES
    Camera Room:
    All players now start in a "camera room" that can see almost every room in the hotel. View a room to see the room and whoever may be in there. Jump above a screen to enter that room.
     
    Universal Teleportation System:
    (NOW FIXED)The UTP is a useful tool for travel around the hotel. Every player starts with this device. Make sure your saber is NOT OUT. PRESS AND HOLD ACTIVATE AND ATTACK AT THE SAME TIME FOR THREE SECONDS! You will then teleport back to the camera room, where you can access all the other rooms. This was designed to balance the overall size of the hotel so players can stay together and keep the flow of the map.
     
    Swoop/Tram Update:
    (FIXED now more swoops spawn)You now have nice little swoops to spawn and ride on on the tram track. Enjoy the "swoop-o-cross" obstacle track for racing and a good time. The swoops destroy themselves if not used for 10 seconds.
     
    Texture Facelift:
    Textures are now exiting and less repititious. Yay.
     
    More Health packs:
    Have been added. As well as sheilds and more bacta.
     
    Other Fixes:
    Fixed the amazing duel glitch where u would be thrown off the map. Also reduced the size of the doors. FPS is improved. Loading time is reduced by 400%.
    More Yay.
     
    Reborn Arena: (NO LONGER CRASHES MAP)
    This area is set across the bar in the lobby. Go here to battle a successively harder slew of Reborn NPC for points and Honor.

  7. Jedi Rannon Shuttle 3

    A small map I made a while ago for the ::JEDI:: community. It's an (exaggerated) Lambda shuttle interior map with some roleplay functionality. The magic schoolbus in space, so to speak. 
     
    There's two skyboxes and a hyperspace effect, as well as some secret compartment release buttons found in the cockpit as well as some other amateur bells and whistles which can be messed around with. Not sure if it will be of any use to anybody, but if it is knock yourselves out and I hope you have fun with it. 
    There is some graffiti on the ship, left by members of the Jedi temple to which is belongs. A nice walk through memory lane for anyone from ::JEDI:: interested. 
     
    Credit to Magsul for troubleshooting and helping with the project. His advice is, as always, invaluable.

  8. Jedi Rift Enclave

    About a year ago, I decided to start tinkering around with the SP Map t3_rift,
    not expecting it to go much of anywhere. Well, here I am, a year later; I have converted
    that SP map into a fully usable RPG map, of a Jedi Enclave built into an underground
    fissure. It took me a long time to perfect...many of the areas went revision after
    revision to get them to their final state.

    This map is intriguingly interesting. I found it very fun and peaceful to play on. This is an excellent made roleplaying map for Jedi Academy. Hopefully many of you have already downloaded this map, but I felt it should be uploaded here anyways. There are plenty of areas to search and get lost in as well as train. This map has been on several RP servers recently so here's the map. There are bugs like missing textures but overall this map is great. It is a re-map of the Rift map but better made. So if you like to get lost this map is for you!

    A simple spoof off of Wal-Mart. It's got many of the same features as a Wal-Mart,
    and perhaps a bit more. As of this point, I decided to ditch several ideas that I had had to move on
    to a different map project. I know FPS is a little shaky in some parts (possibly more so outside, since it's a lot larger)
    but it's the best I could do in a massive area. It's my first map that I've made (so I know it's probably lacking)
    but I hope you guys enjoy!

Also some secret places such as a secret training center, secret sith lair, secret hangar and another secret room.

    Well this map has been completely remade from scratch. Why? well i didn't like it that much before, simply because i had built it without snap to grid on, therefore giving me a bunch of retarded errors. BUt all in all it is pretty much the same thing, only it's completly different
    This time i actually made most of my textures, most of them were made from scratch, others were raven textures that i simply edited. This time around, in my opinion everything seems to have a more organized, cleaner and professional look to it. There are also quite a few secrets for you to find, some harder to find than others and some really hard to find :/. There are if I'm not mistaken 10 secrets, (plus or minus one).

    Welcome to the Jedi's Home 3 Temple Edition Demo version 1.00! I'm VERY pleased to finally let you all in to see a small part of whats taken me 3 long years of work.
    I ofcourse can't take all the credit. I've had a lot of input from different members of the Jk community over the years. While progress on the rest of the map continues, you should know even what's in this demo is not a fully finished product. In other words, nothing is final!
     
    Any ways I wont bore you with more of my nonsense. Download, sit back, & enjoy Jedi's Home 3 Temple Edition Demo!
    Installation just drop the "Jedi's_Home_III_Temple_Edition-DEMO.pk3" in your GameData/base directoy.
    If you wish to enable to reflective floors be sure to move the "Z_Jedi's_Home_III-Temple_Edition_Reflective_Plugin.pk3" into your GameData/Base directory as well.
     
    Credits - Rooxon for the statue models and model conversion's, AshuraDx for shader and final touch up input Robert for theory.
    Bugs - None that I'm aware of! However if any are found please contact me here on Jkhub with a description and if possible a picture of the said issue...
    Notes - The reflective floors do not work on all video cards and even when enabled can hit FPS. If you have a weak system I wouldn't recommend using them.

  15. Jedi's Home III - Temple Edition

    Jedi's Home III (3) is a continuation of a community favorite map series "Jedi's Home 1 & 2". In my earliest JKA days I remember these maps as many of us do. A lot of mixed memories but most of all I remember the many communities that used those maps, the hours they spent hunting the secrets! I wanted to bring that back, to capture it in all of its glory and then maximize it with what JKA can handle. To bring all of that back and then expand on it just enough to hint at some thing bigger to come; above all I wanted you all to come back together the way we all once were. 
    I hope this map helps you make new memories with your JKA families and friends. 

    Now on a technical side this map is insane! Not to toot my own horn but wow! This was 7 years of work. A lot of it spent hard core dedicated to it, other times personal life came into play. I made sure to include many of the classic Jh1/2 Secrets and to expand even more by adding new one's and "Easter Egg" hunts. This map was a huge group effort in many ways, from bug testing, various models, input and guidance, testing servers, Guinea pigs,  and just down right random helpers. From day one it has been a community effort! 

    Known bugs -  some times when not using the reflection plug in some spots under certain lighting conditions can look strange here and there. (Just a few spots).  
    This map is huge, as such it can take a bit to load, don't freak out. These and many other issues will be fixed in the Jedi's Home 3.5 update coming next December.

    A special shout out to  the following. 

    AshuraDx -  This guy is really awesome, he's really into perspective and illusions -  So you can thank him for the creepy Palpatine painting and Ackbar!!!
    Anoek - What can I say, if there is a heart in this map it was her. I'm sorry about what happened. I left your stuff just as you asked.
    Thank you for every thing. 
    Helena of Clan Jawa - I swear this woman drove me nuts for so long about the angle of the stairs in the archives it drove me to totally rebuild the stairs all together! In other words ❤️ thank you for all your support and techy help as well as the inspiration for the furtniture. (Sadly due to texture limitations I wasn't able to use any of your models) I did rebuild a likeness of your chair for this in .map for what I needed.) Any who point is she is the grandma of this map!!! 
    You got a place in the senate hall check it out!!!
    Robert - I based the main room of the Sith base on a map he built long ago though his heart was in it he never got to release that map. Well I loved it soo much and remembered how hard her worked for the look I decided to rebuild it and put it in this map. She's immortal now Robert. 😛 All Wings Report In!
    If you ever get the itch to dled this and try it. Be sure to take a good look at the table you start at in df2. (Remember the cut scene before it - It deals with fathers.)
    Shadow Stone - You started the entire series and launched a legend! I hope this brings the community together the way your first 2 did!
    Ruxith - For all the beautiful chrome statues you see through the building and of course my beloved crowbar! 
    To so many others, thank you. This map has been a community affort! I hope it paves the way to bringing us all back together! To the future!

    This is a map that I made for the Jedi Nations Cup 2020, hosted by Epic Saber League.
    It went through a lot of playtesting and changes and was finished on April 1st, 2020.
    The map is primarily meant to be played in competitive Team Deathmatch (TFFA), but can also be played on FFA or Duel.

    This is a map made for Melee events.

    - Main Area with the Ring
    - Small backstage Area

    - Switch that spawns a Table and Ladder (Just solid objects for fun)

  19. Jump_Green_Pro

    This is a small vertical climbing/strafing map inspired by Acrobat's various mountains. It does have defrag triggers so you can time your runs in jaPro. Although it is definitely meant for JKA/JKO movement, you can probably run it in some other types if you get creative.
     
    Bugs and other things:
    -The start trigger placement is not ideal and can be abused... whoops.
    -There's no anti-fall damage shader so if you have fall dmg enabled on your server, you'll (probably) die.
    -There are a few places where slants meet the walls. If you land in these places after particularly bad jumps, you will get stuck.
    -I've also included the .map file. I'll not have you people decompiling and destroying the texture alignment. >

    I tested this map on a clear version of JKA (v1.0.1, without bonus mappack).So if there are still some unexpected bugs then you have broken shaders or assets in your base folder. If you are sure that this is not the case contact me personally or in the forums i mentioned above. But i hope that won't be necessary ;P
     
    The archive 'jumpspace.pk3' includes the following files:

    Its a little, high detailed, jungle/temple/cave type map, perfectly for duels or free-for-alls with a smaller number
    of players. The map offers with its foilage a lot of good places to hide and a very atmospheric music.

  22. Jurancor Park

    I started this map nearly a year ago (but it didnt take a year to make lol), but started to work on other projects, but went back to doing the "park" every now and then.
     
    A very good friend of mine (GA)-Vince spent many an hour bugging me to finish this map, so well.. I did !.
     
    The map contains a lot of areas that are based on or inspired by the Jurassic park movies, you will find that most of the map is out in the open, I have included many places suitable for duels, but this map will be great for FFA, large open spaces, jump pads, swoops, Rancors, Wampas spawnable rebels and reborns.
     
    You will find many inside areas two including the lab, the cinema ride, and the café, and many more.
     
    There are some NPC's being made which I will include in the next version, such as Raptors (that are already out but wont include until version two), a T-rex and a jeep, so watch out for those.

    This map takes a break from my usual clan based maps to something else. I've always used custom textures in every map that I have released, that is not the case here. I did my best to try to make this map look as if it could pass for a base map. I think I've gotten pretty close. I hope others will be able to enjoy it as much as my friends and I have these past few days.
     
    This is pretty straight forward, it's just what you see in the screenshots, plus a few little easter eggs

    This map was NOT created by me, but by DaDosDude 13 years ago for a Dragon Ball mod we both were a part of, The Power Within. It failed but I kept most of the files throughout the years and I sent DaDosDude a mail asking for permission to upload it here and he said go ahead. Proof of the mail exchange here.
     
    This map is in a beta state but still playable without any visible bugs, all original map files are gone, so nothing more can be done on it.
