    Lord Of The Rings / Hobbit In honor of the greatest actor of all times, Sir Christopher Lee This is my kitbash version 1 of Saruman the White from LOTR/Hobbit saga. Beside my child love for Star Wars until nowadays, there is one more great saga and universe, that I love - and that is the one of the imortal J.R.R. Tolkien stories about "Lord Of The Rings". I do love all of them, from Silmarillion to Hobbit and LOTR. Since we all know, that our beloved actor Sir Christopher Lee has passed away in 2015, I thought that we need one more memory of him in the Star Wars universe and more likely for Jedi Academy. He was not only the man behind Count Dooku from the prequels trilogy of Lucas, but also the great Saruman figure in LOTR and Hobbit. So I thought I might use, what we already have in here and try to put some little magic on it to see, what happens. I know once there was a try for a LOTR based mod for Jedi Academy, but it never make it out and that was also a reason for this project. INSTALLATION: Put the ".pk3" file inside your GameData/Base folder. NPC SUPPORT: YES SINGLE PLAYER SUPPORT: YES BUGS: Few small bugs, that I noticed in the test-game. 1. When you/he move the arms, the sleevles are mixing with the arms, but that is not a big problem. 2. When Saruman moves his Head you will notice, that his HAIR and BEARD will "dive" into his body/robes. SPAWN IN GAME: TWO VERSIONS OF THE CHARACTER * NPC SPAWN SARUMAN_NOSTAFF (If you just want to have Saruman) * NPC SPAWN SARUMAN (That one is more prefered for cinematics, slow walks, comics or something like that, where you don't need to move too much with Saruman, his Staff is on his back). PLAYERMODEL: * Playermodel SARUMAN_NOSTAFF * Playermodel SARUMAN SINGLE PLAYER SUPPORT: * Start a NEW GAME, than choose from your JKA character's menu the Temple Guard Armored, select your lightsaber hilt & blade. When you start with the first mission your character will be the Temple Guard Armored, but in cinematics he will still be called Jaden Korr by the other NPCs. ============================================= Scepter weapon included. I thought that you might want to use Saruman with his black scepter, so I had an old LOTR weapons pack that was from FileFront. It is included in the pk3 file, if you want to use just the scepter type in the console: saber b_staff CREDITS: J.R.R.Tolkien, Peter Jackson, Sir Christopher Lee, LOTR, Hobbit, LucasArts, Jedi Academy, RevanSoftware, HapSlash for his HS_Dooku head, DT85 for his Darth Maul body/robes, Ruxith for the special amazing work he did for the new scepter, hair+beard on the model. And not to forget Rapp_Scallion for his LOTR Weapons Pack.

    This is a model of the character Link from the Legend of Zelda. Included, with this version, as a bonus - is "Young Link", from "Ocarina of Time"/"Majora's Mask" (I tried making him look like a cross between the two). He also has OJP tags, but he looks friggin' huge, unless you have a mod, that allows "Playermodel Scaling" in which I suggest he be at a scale of 65. But most mods limit scaling - so probably 70 - 75, would look fine. I included an NPC file for "Young Link" - so you can atleast see him at the scale he's supposed to be at. I also planned on having Character Customization support, for "Young Link" but I ran out of time. If any one wants to make a patch for this function (ONLY A PATCH) then please do. He just needs the "head_x1, torso_x1 and lower_x1 .skins, and the corresponding icons - the shaders all set up to work, properly.

    What is this? It's the protagonist from Nazar Design Group's total conversion mod for Jedi Outcast - Communication Force. His name is Mark Pride (yes, it's official), and he's basically a mash up of Kyle and Jedi Trainer (the way he was designed for the mod). Why? Because I was feeling nostalgic, and wanted a new bot. It's just a Jedi Trainer with standard red skin! Um, no it's not; it's Mark Pride, damn it! He's got...abilities! Bugs: Can't find any myself, perhaps you could report some?

    ABOUT ====================== This mod changes some crosshair in the game to some crosshairs used in well known sci-fi movies. They are as follows: 1 - Escape from New York (Glider Scene) 2 - Batman 1989 (Batwing targeting reticule) 3 - Flash Gordon (Ming's targeting Earth) 4 - Robocop (video game reticule) 5 - Predator (Yautja laser crosshair) 6 - Terminator (T-800 scanning reticule) INSTALLATION / UNINSTALLATION ====================== Select the .pk3 file and put them it your JKA GameData/base folder. To uninstall, simply remove that file from your folder. Note that you can only have one at a time. HOW TO USE ====================== To use any of the crosshairs, you will have to use the "cg_drawcrosshair" function, and add a numeric value to choose what crosshair you want. Press the console button, usually tilde "§" (button just under "Escape" button), and type: cg_drawcrosshair 1 - The above should give you the "Escape from NY" crosshair. Keep increasing the crosshair value until you find the crosshair you wish to use. Then simply return from console by pressing tilde again. Note that these crosshairs are best used (IMO at least) with double the crosshair size. To increase the crosshair size, type: cg_crosshairsize 48 in the console. Default size is 24. KNOWN BUGS/GLITCHES ====================== - None - BONUS .PSD FILES ====================== If you wanna tinker with the files themselves, here's my .PSD file. Be warned, many layers aren't named.     Recreation of Jetstream "Minuano" Sam's High Frequency Blade from Metal Gear Rising "A notorious blade passed down through generations of the Rodrigues family. Sam had it modified into a high-frequency blade, enhancing the already astonishing properties of the original metal and giving it an ominous crimson glow. An explosive charge housed in the scabbard enables a lightning-quick draw."( Source: Metal Gear Rising - Revengeance) The sword comes in 3 versions : Murasama : Adjusted saber length to match that of the models blade, shorter reach than default Jedi Academy sabers Single Player cheat code : saber Murasama_MP1 Murasama (Base JA Length) : the same as above with a saber lenth of 40, granting you slightly longer reach than the physical blade would suggest - this makes it the exact same as a base Jedi Academy saber. Time flies it seems, after a year of personal problems I finally got myself together again and also regained my ability to focus on doing Artwork. During my Absence from JKA I spent a lot of time playing Dark Souls, now I present you my rendition of Solaire of Astora, Warrior of Sunlight from the first game of the series. Solaire comes complete with: -His signature Sword and Shield -Teamskins inspired by Dark Souls PVP cosmetic effects aswell as an additional "Sunbro" skin, aswell as matching weapon skins -Bot support -NPC suppor -new sounds from Dark Souls V2 will add new animations and hopefully LOD support! the npc names are as follows: "solaire" - Simply Solaire "solaire_darkwraith" - the Darkwraith aka Red Teamskin "solaire_darkmoon" - The Blade of Darkmoon aka blue Teamskin "solaire_sun" - The grossly incandescant Solaire, as he appears when you summon him for help in Dark Souls. Weapon names are : "slsword" and "slshield", to get the color variations attach _r, _b or _s for the colored weapon skins Now have fun with this guy, remember to Praise the Sun and be careful out there, neither of us wants to see you go Hollow!     This little mod adds Michael Jackson Sounds when lightsabers clash (this mod was inspired by this video: https://www.facebook.com/rankertotalnerd/videos/1747571525293017/ ) (Also makes sounds when you hit the enemy directly with your saber) The zip contains two files: mjsaber.pk3 and a readme.txt. Just copy the mjsaber.pk3 file into your \Gamedata\base folder inside your JediKnightII directory (I'm pretty sure this works with both Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast)

    Frankly I am surprised nobody has made this for JK3 sooner! (Unless someone did and I didn't know?) To get in game, open the console and type npc spawn vehicle arwing_v2 (yes I made an experimental version before this one but am not releasing it) If you've never heard of the Arwing, it's the starfighter from Star Fox games made by Nintendo. I modeled this one roughly around the one from Star Fox 64 (3D). It's a nimble and fast fighter with plenty of firepower. It's probably an unfair vehicle for JK3 for the fact it has more health and shields than the X-wing, out runs the Tie-Fighter, and has linked rapid-fire twin lasers and a homing concussion missile. So if you are dog-fighting against any vanilla JK3 vehicles, it will probably be a forgone conclusion who will come out on top. The wings and fins are animated! The wings swing outward and the bottom part of the fins open to reveal the lasers. This ship also comes with sounds from Star Fox 64! This website http://www.starfox-online.net/Media/sfx-sf64/ has them to download/direct link. Even if you've never played any of the Star Fox games, this is a fun one to fly! If you're wanting to add it to a map, or modify it, just make sure to credit me for the original. One last thing... DO A BARREL ROLL!

    My submission to the April Fool's contest. It's straight-forward. It inverses the sound and animation of Force Push and Pull, as well as swaps their respective logos. So when you pull an object, you make the Push animation and sound and the same in reverse. Though most people use key bindings, I found having this still throws you off your game and it's fun to sneak into a skin pack!
