  1. The Temple of Red Dragon

    This is a partially breakable map map in which you can find a shaolin themed temple with its courtyard, deadly river with two bridges, deadly lake and a wooden tower.Whole map is surrounded by by mountains. The interior of the temple is a small dojo with breakable pillars, that will reveal a small elevated space after destroying them. In this space behind the interior wall are four breakable spots where the player can escape the dojo trough the broken wall. Inside the dojo you can also enter two not so well hidden pathways which leads to both sides of the temple. Temple interior has a second floor which have a balcony facing the wooden tower. The wooden tower can be best climbed by using vertical wall run.

  2. The Death Egg

    The stronghold of Dr Eggman Robotnik, and the Final stage of several "Sonic the Hedgehog" games, set in orbit around Earth, this map features a Dreamcast like atmosphere, this is the initial release and so only a quarter of the map is available.
    even if you don't like sonic, its a unique space themed map, Like most my maps, there is easter eggs to be found, and a lot of references in this map alone, and nods to future projects
     
    The Boss battle with Dr Eggman isn't yet complete, and will likely be added in a later version of the map

  6. The Magic Death Factory

    Another old map of mine I found and decided to release!
     
    This one is set in a somewhat surreal sci-fi castle floating in the sky. The main area is designed to provide an interesting space for lightsaber duels, while there's also a basement with long corridors and a few guns, and grenades on the towers.
     
    A conveyor belt extents throughout the main area. There is a lever in one of the rooms which, when activated, will spawn a random dead NPC onto the conveyor belt, hence the name of the map.
     
    There is a small chance that pulling that lever will instead kill a random player from the map and put them on the conveyor belt.
    This is an extraordinarily hideous gameplay feature and will quickly make everybody hate you (and probably come and kill you) if you use it. Have fun!
     
    The colors may be a bit weird as I was experimenting with textures. Sorry for that.

    Description:
    Inspired by Protal 2, coop mode I just wanted to make a map that 2 people could have fun trying to solve. I also wanted to make a challenge for solo players to enjoy and maybe inspire others to learn how to complete this type of challenge. Map is also a good refrence to see jump heights, player walk slop limits and many other things.
    Map Features:
    Coop: 125 fps normal JKA settings.
    Solo: 125 fps normal JKA settings also Japro supported with timers and check points.

    Useful tech to know for this map:
    Water jump glitch:
    JKA for some odd reason has a cool trick not many people know about where if you jump into water using full jump (J1,J2,J3 <Force level), and you KEEP holding jump while falling into the water never letting it go. When you swim to the surface you will shoot out of the water the same height as the speak of your jump regardless from how high up you are. If you never let go of jump and fall in water again, you can repeat the same jump height again and again. The only thing stopping you is if your feet touch the ground. If your feet touch the glitch will no longer work. This makes getting around the map interesting and sometimes involves prior planning. 
    Some jumps require knowing how to a RDFA Cancel D-Swing Boost. It’s a trick in JKA where you can double your jump height boosting off a slope surface less than 90 degrees. There are many variations to do this trick so ill explain the basic D-Swing one.
    RDFA Cancel D-Swing Boost:
    Run forward using W or D and hold jump/space
    If using W let go of it while in air press D+Attack
    If using D just keep hold it and press attack.
    After pressing attack, you will press and hold W+Attack (Jump/Space is still being held at the time.)
    You will need forward momentum going into a slope surface. The middle of the swing is where the boost should happen. The player character’s body should be touching the slope surface during the middle of the swing animation. After the boost let go of attack but continue holding W+Jump/Space. If you hold attack you will swing the saber again, slowing your forward momentum giving less height to the jump.
    The timing of the swing/forward momentum speed and angle of slope surface all adjust when the boost will or will not happen. It takes some practice to learn this trick but its not too difficult to master. This trick allows access to some areas in maps devs never intended.

    For other JKA mappers. This map is also good for testing how things interact with slopes. I also have perfect heights for j1 j2 j3 and other useful stuff for mapping in general. Source files are included so feel free to poke around.

  10. Christmas Plaza

    This is a new version of my Naboo Plaza map but now completely decked out for Christmas! Complete with trees, lights, snow, and a very devious snowman. There is a day and a night (eve) version.
    I had this planned years ago when I made Naboo Plaza, but I didn't even get to finish that map in it's original form so I never got around to doing this, but I figured it would be fun to do for the JKHub contest.
    This is a very small map, best for small groups in FFA, for dueling on the platform, or if you grab the snowball thermal detonator replacement mod, you can have a really fun snowball fight! Links below.
    You can activate the duel platform with the switch on the balcony that faces that main entrance. It toggles, so you can restore the fountain and tree when you're done with the platform.
    There's also a little secret. The snowman is not all as he seems... would be a shame if you destroyed him...

    I don't consider this map truly in a finished state. The brushwork is still very barebones but I ran out of time to get this out by Christmas, so I call it good enough. I hope to revisit it and polish it up and maybe even make a longer ladder level out of the snowman secret.

    Snow brushes are a bit blocky and you can get caught on them as you run over them, but nothing major.
    The ice in the fountain raises slower than the fountain when returning.
    Snow falls inside the igloo and under roofs
    You may not be able to run this on vanilla JKA (jamp) due to my 2K texture but I honestly didn't check. Use OpenJK, y'all.

  11. A Game of Senet

    This is a scripted multiplayer version of the board game senet from Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation for JKA.
    The current version needs at least 2 players for it to work.
     
    The map was just a random idea of mine, it is a lovely game however, so if you want to try something unusual while
    playing JK with your friends, go for it! It can offer some fun for social events as well if pawns are replaced
    by actual players with 2 leaders to move them. (Thanks to Iceblade for the idea!)

    *Game Rules*
    **************
     
    WARNING: Due to an oddity in the game's engine, you should roll about 5-6 times with the dice each time the map is loaded/reloaded before playing in order to make sure the generated numbers are random; otherwise the first few numbers will always be the same.
     
    At the start of the game, each player chooses their pawns (Red, Green, Blue or Orange, Brown, Yellow). Then they
    must roll with the dice (a button in the middle) to get a starting number. The player with the bigger number
    rolls first.
     
    Once the first roll is done, the player must choose a pawn to move (by pressing USE on one of the coloured tiles).
    There is an ingame hint that indicates the direction the pawns are going, but you can check the included jpg as
    well. Once the first player finished his turn, the second one rolls and so on...
     
    If you roll 6 or your pawn moves to a special tile (every 4th tile with a darker texture), you get an extra turn.
     
    Be warned that two pawns cannot occupy the same area: if you move your pawn where your opponent's piece is,
    it will be sent back to the start. If it is your own pawn however, you will have to choose another one to move.
     
    You need an exact number to move your pieces to the goal. If it so happens that you cannot move any of your pawns,
    your turn ends. Then your opponent can choose whether he wants to reroll or use the same number you rolled.
     
    The game ends when a player takes all of their pieces to the final tile.

  12. Cube

    The Cube from the movie itself. It is designed for MP and with coop in mind. The goal is to navigate through a maze of similar-looking cubes, most of which filled with deadly traps. Due to time constraints I wasn't able to make the traps as nice as I hoped, so at least for this release they simply kill you on touch.
    It contains two NPCs, used for the hatch animations.
    I also included the original .map file, in case anyone wanted to mess around with it. Touch it at your own risk.
    To install, unpack the file cube.pk3 into your GameData/Base folder. To uninstall, remove the file cube.pk3 from the GameData/Base folder.

  13. God Of War Chain of Olympus Map

    A small try i made to recreate the final level from the PSP game God of War Chain of Olympus.
     
    The map is a perfect all purpose map that includes: FFA, DUEL, CTF, TFFA, each gametype will spawn you in a different location, and you wont have to walk in a duel gametype you wil be spawned in the middle circle.TFFA and CTF spawn you in one of the corners of the map. while TFFA is as simple as go and meet in the middle and fight, CTF has been slightly altered.In the CTF gametype you will have to work as a team to take and open the flag just as before but here, you actualy need a member to go and open the door for you, when you return to capture the flag you will have to do the same.
     
    If one of the members is not paying attention you might risk losing your flag, you need to protect both the entrance flag keeper and the lever for opening the doors.
     
    Each team capturing the falg will also take hold of Ysalimari that will redude your force, by this reducing the ability to just run all the time, and jsut make it more difficult.

    This map contains few deadly features such as functional conveyor belt with crushing wheel at the end, or area that can be closed to trap and burn other players to death. You can also find acid pits with barrels and lava rooms with floating shards of metal that sink or appear.The map also contains two controllable elevators and one locking door. The main trap mechanism can be operated by two buttons. First button closes the locking area, and button second kills anyone inside. However to maintain balance, the ground beneath the control room (locking button area) has floor that can be opened by Force Pull from the outside of the room.

    Description:
     
    A set of glowy maps in the likeness of Tron.
     
    First map, Mindwarp, is a medium-sized map located inside a grid with lots of glowing parts. It looks a lot like Tron. The one secret of this map lies in the obnoxiously massive red Megadome. There are several Easter Eggs in this map, one of which can be found inside of the dance club.
     
    HINT: The throne chair has two secrets. If you played the old Mindwarp map, then you should know what to look for in the dance club.
     
    Spoiler: Activate the red dome on the minimodel in the dance club, then head for the city. Inside will be useful items.
     
    BONUS MAP: Tronium is a map that contains real working Lightcycles with effects and sounds and explode upon contact with anything.
     
    BONUS MAP: Also included is the original Mindwarp map.
     
    Version history:
     
    2.0 Total makeover of everything, such as architecture and textures, especially the Celestial City and the interior of the Megadome, along with some new buildings.

    About:
     
    This is an old map I never released, lots of glowy stuff, mostly for novelty. It could have been a lot bigger and more intricate. The goal was similarity to Tron 2.0 the video game, which I recommend playing.
     
    Another map along the lines of Tron was in progress as well, with real lightcycles in a bunch of colors with sounds and effects. This map was barely begun, but again was made in the vein of Tron 2.0.
     
    I am releasing these maps because I am done with Jedi Academy and want to get this out there.

    Set 3 years after the battle of Endor and During an uprising of Remnant troops
    Wiggle Worth an apprentice jedi has decided he needs a quiet place to hide out and spend Christmas
    Or in this case Jedi Relaxing day ?...........
     
    In either case Wiggle has secretly traveled to his hidden home on an Ice Moon near the Outer Rim. He Purchases a Pod car from a small Settlement and travels into the mountains......
    His home is in a small Rocky gap in the mountains, and is a close copy of Obi Wans old house on Tatooine and once there Wiggle thinks hes safe..
     
    Unbeknownst to Wiggle, one of the Villagers is a Remnent spy and has alerted his colleagues....
     
    That Jedi Relaxing day Wiggle has put up his decorations and started the Dinner... Just then he hears a familiar sound. On looking outside he is confronted by two AT-STs.......With his Dinner burning and his friends on the way to join him Wiggle must battle to defend his home.....

    There are 3 Maps included and based on the same level: sniper.bsp , sniperv2.bsp and sniperv3.bsp
     
    A medium size map with 2 High towers where you can jump up using force jump step by step, includes walls for hiding places that also includes the 2 towers.
     
    The map has only 2 or just 1 type of weapons spawned depending on the version you run:
    Version 1: Disruptor and Repeater
    Version 2: Disruptor, Thermal Detonator, Trip Mine and E11 Blaster Rifle
    Version 3: Only Disruptor, Wall texutres changed added a few more thing for better usage replaced weapons possition

     
    The sniperv3.bsp Has TFFA and CTF support, you have to run up the tower to steal the enemy flag and run back to your tower to score.

    STORY
    By the second year of the Clone Wars, the Outer Rim world of Quell, the principal planet of the Quell system had become a contested site between the Galactic Republic and the opposing Confederacy of Independent Systems. However, Quell's state of contention soon escalated when capital ship forces from both sides of the ongoing war met in the highest levels of the planet's atmosphere to engage in battle.

    The Sky Battle of Quell took place in the second year of the Clone Wars in the skies over the contested world of Quell when Jedi General Aayla Secura and her Republic fleet were ambushed by a Confederate Navy flotilla. Meeting in Quell's upper atmosphere, each faction launched starfighter squadrons that engaged their enemies in combat. Although both sides took losses, it was Secura's forces that suffered greater casualties when two of her three Star Destroyers fell to the Confederate frigates' heavy turbolaser fire. As the Separatist tactical droid commander, TF-1726, dispatched B2-RP battle droids to board Secura's crippled command ship, the Liberty, Jedi General Anakin Skywalker arrived with reinforcements aboard his own flagship, the Resolute. Launching in LAAT/i gunships, Skywalker boarded the Liberty with his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, and troops of the 501st Legion led by Clone Captain CT-7567 to evacuate the cruiser before it could be destroyed.

  24. Imperial Christmas Bastion

    Description: An Imperial Bastion located high in the mountains, inspired by an unnamed location in Fortnite, Chapter 4 Season 1. This was created for the JKHub Holiday Mod Contest 2022 and was built in two days.
    Installation Instructions: Unzip the file and place the .pk3 file in your GameData/base directory.
    Notes: I would like to revisit the map after the holiday contest to improve it and add additional details. It was more difficult than I anticipated to find a Christmas tree model and I ended up improvising one. The exterior terrain is a lot shallower than I would have liked, so it doesn't quite feel like a proper mountain base.

  25. Imperial Hallway

    Here it is, ladies and gentlemen! We finally have it, my first-ever map for Jedi Academy. Ever since I was a wee lad, I've dreamed of creating my own maps for Jedi Academy. Now, for the first time since I got the game in 2009, I've turned that dream into a reality.
    I present to you: the Imperial Hallway. It is meant to be based on Coruscant as a part of the Imperial Palace. My main source of inspiration for this map was, in fact, the old Star Wars: Infinities - A New Hope comics. This map is loosely based on them, but with my own creative twist.
    Installation:
    Simply place the pk3 file into your gamedata base folder. I've already tested it for multiplayer, so it should run smoothly.
    Issues:
    There's only one known issue at the moment - the music I selected doesn't seem to work in multiplayer. Rest assured, I plan to fix it eventually.
    Final Notes:
    This map was created to honor Jedi Academy on its 20th Anniversary. As such, I'd like to express my gratitude to the following:
    Colonel Cornelius CornJulio, for teaching me the art of mapping -  The MD team, for fueling my imagination - Linken, for helping me to get the music to run
