    This is the 4th map I made for Hiddens Gaming Club. I felt old map was getting a little boring so I made this new one. In new version I left out dodgeball, lasertag, and the race track. I added Thermal Toss, Ski slope, Museum, Hotel, Shooting Range and many improved rooms. I hope everyone enjoys this map and I look forward to playing it with everyone in the server.
     
     
    HGC HANGOUT 4 Map Playing Tips:
    On ski slope, run do and do amknockmedown so you 'sled' down.
    In Kung fu room, never jump kick, just grab, punch, and kick.
    In training area, each color is a different course.

    Description:
    This is my first solo FFA & TFFA map that I made within a single week, for our annual Pilot Events based on Raven Software's Siege_Destroyer map.
    Huge thanks to PreFXDesigns for the ship textures and levelshot, Milamber for the skyboxes, Diego for the balance testing and Zefilus for the art posters.

    I am happy with how the map turned out. The only thing I wish we had been able to do was import vehicle sounds from Battlefront 2 or something similar.
    All ships are uniquely designed to be faster and offer variation through two specials, whilst still having equal handling in terms of turn speed.

    The PK3 comes with four versions:
    JoFs-GWingV2 is the best framerate running map with only 1 huge Stardestroyer and 1 smaller Stardestroyer.
    JoFs-GWingV2Fleet is the mid framerate map with 2 huge Stardestroyers and 3 smaller Stardestroyers.
    JoFs-GWingV2Armada is the low framerate map with 3 huge Stardestroyers and 5 smaller Stardestroyers.
    PilotEvent is simply the Armada file, duplicated only to avoid spoiling the levelshot. 

    Also a big thanks to JamyzGenius for the Death Star inspired Demo Hangar based on the JK2 demo and to Mjt for aiding us with the skybox.
    Lastly: None of this would be possible without {JoF} as inspiration. Love you guys.

    Otherwise, simply remove the PK3 from base to be able to play again.

    A map that started in September of 2008 by the clan Jedi of Freedom, {JoF}. It is meant as a tribute to a group that went by the name of the "Secret Mission Center" between 2007 and 2014.
     
    This map had a lot of authors and was a collaboration of many people, the majority with practically no map experience and very few with actual experience. Regardless, the saying "too many cooks spoil the broth" may be applied.
     
    The map is FAR from perfect and there are known bugs and glitches that may be revised for a V3 version, one day.
    However we put everything into getting it in a releasing state and just pushed for this project that was seeming like a never ending one. What we have is the end result of that and we are truly happy to have something to show for it.
     
    Furthermore the file size is rather large due to the fact that textures and shaders have not been revised and mostly just thrown together.
    There are also two secrets in the map. One is located in Shree's office (the office with the rancor statue). I will be pretty vague about that one because its epic.
    The other is a hidden button that opens a locked door next to the statue inside the library.

    This map had a lot of great authors and was a collaboration of several JoF members.
     
    We are incredibly pleased with how this map turned out so I suggest everyone offers their bandwidth to experience it. You will not be disappointed.
     
    Also a big thanks to Shadowstone for making JH2 as we clearly drew mad inspiration to make the first mainhall.
    Likewise a huge thanks to Griffinclaw for his GCX map as the pillars and lava areas are entirely from him due to those being a classic part of our trials in the clan.
    Thanks to Sith-J-Cull for some mad texture work in his Coruscant/Padmes home map.

    First I would like to say thank you for downloading my first released map. I would like to inform you that due to a hard drive failure,
    I am only able to share with you the beta version of the map. With that being said please understand there are many
    glitches and other things, such as, missing textures and open empty areas.
     
    Behind the Scenes:
     
    I am Polterninja, a.k.a. Polter. I started developing this map in july of 2010, and I was in beta stage before my
    hard drive failure. I decided I would go with a variety of mixed themes that are apparent in the hotel rooms. but
    mostly the map has two main areas, a beach, and a tatooine city/academy. both areas contain some secrets here and there.

    In order to install the map into your game you must:
    1)Extract the folder
    2)Put the djehangoutv1.pk3 file in your programfiles\lucasarts\jediknightjediacademy\base folder
    3)Run Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (MP)
    4)Enjoy

    This map is created for <{DJE}> clan usage. However you are welcome to use it on your servers. A few secret areas

    So this is my first finished map, it is an academy I made for my last clan. However you are welcome to use it on your servers. It's highly inspired by Academy 1.2 map.
    This map contains a lot of rooms:
    - Bar
    - 2 Duel rooms (one is bigger, for tournament purposes)
    - Medic
    - Council
    - Npc room
    - Garden
    - Prison (with security system)
    - Bathrooms
    - Sauna
    - Admin rooms
    - Generic padawan rooms
     
    I included bot support, it's a very simple bot route (we all hate those kangaroo bots).
    It also contais a lot of secrets that should not be easy to find (room locks, some extra secret places...). It does include custom shaders and textures, models, botroutes and a few sounds.
    There are a lot of custom textures, if you see some textures on the map you might want to use, you DO have my permission to do so, as long as I recieve some sort of credit.

    AoS clan for their support and some ideas.
     
    Szico VII and 3DRegenerator - Blue car, campfire, beds, toilet and armchair (read readme_szico_models for more details).
     
    Skeleton and Crow models - from Omnicrypt map (Crow was retextured by me).
     
    Guitar model - sent to me from a friend, all I know is that QkennyQ made it for Quake.
     
    Footlocker and locker models - from KotoR model pack (borrowed from Massassi temple map as I couldn't get the originals to work (missing textures). It's a great map which you can dowload at jkhub.org << http://jkhub.org/files/file/2107-massassi-temple/ >>).
     
    Some textures (and shaders) from Jedi's Home II, OoF Sanctuary and Tendron.

    -> Known bugs:
     
    The mirrors in my map (or cameras) make a Hall of Mirror if you look at them from the sides but it should be fine if you look at them directly.
    Depending on your cfg, the map might cast strange lights, such as purple lights in some corners or other places (with a default cfg I did not get strange lights. However, I did get some purple lights using my modified cfg).

    Acrobat_torture1 was made by me, acrobat. This map is essentially a short climbing challenge that can be used as a race as well made in the spirit of the quake 3 boris torture maps. Some textures were used from boris_torture2 from which he has let me convert to jka in the past along with some custom made textures from my prior maps. Map has a trigger mutliples at beginning and that can be used for timers if modders wish. Completed 8/13/15.

    I made 14 race maps from scratch. I also converted 6 boris maps from quake defrag with permission from Boris.
    These maps were made ideally for CPM\spinmod, but some of them may work OK for vq3 as well.

    Included along with this file should be a "Alderaan.pk3" file. Place the pk3 in the Base folder of your Jedi Academy directory.
     
    About the mod:
     
    This is a map that I built for Ramikad as a part of the 2016 JKHub Secret Santa event!
     
    Among the list of gift suggestions was a map of Alderaan, which I thought would be a bit too elaborate to make in the time-frame that I had, so I played a little bit of a joke with it instead: The map is very minimal, taking place on Alderaan's remains following the events of A New Hope.

  14. Alzoc 3 Capital

    A group of skyscrapers in the mountains of Alzoc 3. Flying verhicles and floating ad pods lend a futuristic atmosphere to the map. The FPS is very bad, but that cannot be avoided with such a large map where many rooms have large windows from which one can see almost the entire map.
     
    This is the end product of a long chain of maps that stretches all the way back to Jedi Outcast. The first was ffa_coruscant and the first JA update was called ffa_corellia. This, the third and final update is set in the capital city of Alzoc 3. Cannonicity was not a concern of mine while making this map so if this is not how Alzoc 3 is "supposed to look," deal with it.

    Representation of part of a spaceport on Alzoc III with two landing bays, a bar, and a small piece of the exterior.
     
    The only major change since v1 is the different skybox. Instead of the base JA skybox, I used the same snowy mountainscape from my Alzoc 3 Capital map. The outdoor lighting is now closer to dusk than daytime, which frankly is more atmospheric than what I had done before. I also removed the useless Swoop bike.

    This is my first Map!!! I know it doesn't go well for looks, but don't judge a book by it's cover. This map is REALLY fun with a lot of people. The layout of this map is based on a level from Rare's Banjo-Tooie game. It does have bot routing but there is one small area where it doesn't work.

    Antioch was one of the cities that was fought over between the Muslims and the Christians during the medieval crusades. The inspiration for this map came from Assassin's Creed, although at the construction of the map, I have not played it. I used screenshots from the game's website as reference points. There is a wooden button near the main large door to spawn some npc's which are supposed to add to the ambience.

    This is a massive arena map I made years ago for the Angels of Fire gaming clan. Turns out I never released it publicly, and given the literal size of the map, and the amount of work it took, I decided to upload it today.   20. AoF Council

    This map was made in two days for my clan, the Angels of Fire. It is a map for council meetings/promotions/other rp related things. We are a semi RP clan. We are recruiting. No, this is not a recruitment attempt, I've seen many clan maps before and they rarely mentioned how the clan can be found, and now it can be.
     
    There are enough seats for everyone on the council, and an onbservation area where the large statues are located.This is only the first version.

  21. AoF Inferno Trial

    This is another map for my clan, the Angels of Fire. Unlike the previous one, this one is meant for dueling, jedi knight trials to be specific, or just training in general. I originally started this last year, and only a few months ago decided to use it again, after finding it again, I finished it in two to three days. There are several seats for council observation and normal player observation. This map is nothing too fancy, but I feel it gets the job done well.

    -> Installation:
     
    In order to install the map into your game you must:
    Extract the folder then put the AoS.pk3 file in your Jedi Academy "gamedata/base" folder.
     
     
    -> Information:
     
    I made a map for AoS a year ago, but I had some problems because of bad performance (newbie mistakes broke the map entirely, fps dropped to 20 in a lot of areas). That's why I decided to remake it and here it is, finally.
    So this is my first finished map, it is an academy I made for my last clan. However you are welcome to use it on your servers. It's highly inspired by Academy 1.2 map.
    This map contains a lot of rooms:
     
    -2 Duel rooms (one is bigger, for tournament purposes)
    -Medic
    -Council
    -Bar (with security system)
    -Npc room
    -Garden
    -Prison (with security system)
    -Bathrooms
    -Classroom (RIP sauna)
    -Admin rooms
    -Generic padawan rooms
    -Hidden valley of the jedi
    -Admin control room (you can now change the sky from there!)
     
    I included bot support, it's a very simple bot route (we all hate those kangaroo bots).
    It also contais a lot of secrets that should not be easy to find (room locks, some extra secret places...). It does include custom shaders and textures, models, botroutes and a few sounds.
    There are a lot of custom textures, if you see some textures on the map you might want to use, you DO have my permission to do so, as long as I recieve some sort of credit.
     
    -> Known bugs:
     
    The mirrors in my map (or cameras) might make a Hall of Mirror if you look at them from the sides but it should be fine if you look at them directly (also, players might not appear on these cameras, only their shadow).
    Trees in the garden may glitch, leaving only a few leaves depending on the angle you look at them.
    Depending on your cfg, the map might cast strange lights, such as purple lights in some corners or other places (with a default cfg I did not get strange lights. However, I did get some purple lights using my modified cfg).

    This map is a mediumsized FFA map which consists of an arena and spectating level.
     
    In the arena 2 rancors are imprisoned behind bars,but on the seal is pushed,the gates open and they will kill on sight. Also,there are 2 rooms with each 3 tauntauns,health and some trip mines.
     
    This map is great fun to play in a team,trying to defeat the rancors has been proven to be quiete challanging.
     
    I hope you all enjoy the map as much as i enjoyed making it.

    This is a VERY old map of mine so please dont laugh XD LOL!
     
     
    Origanally it was ment to be a small duel map based of a fight sequence im my latest book Knights of the old republic the sith hier.
    But it eventually evolved into creating a larger peace of the world, while some of the archetecture is roman like the map its self is set in a some what more humid climate.
    this map took about 2 weeks to biuld from concept art to finish product.
    the name was a combo of the 2 thing's inspiring it arevass and my brother aeraness together they made arrevanous i threw the 7 in just for the heck of it =D.

    Years and YEARS ago I had this really crazy dream that was persistent for quiet some time, I eventually built it and released it to Jk2files "Arrevanous 7". YEARS later I bring you the "BETA" for V2, official release will be Christmas night. In the final there will be a secondary night version with more snow.
    I would like to take a moment and note that this is the same beta I released earlier this year to the JAWA clan for testing. Many thing have changed since in my own personal version however atm it is not quiet ready. Theirs a few hidden areas and secrets in this map, including one that's NOT finished. However its sort of a teaser of whats to come in the final release for you folks.
    Btw if you have qeffects this map looks even more amazing. Everything in this map is custom (some thing are base textures altered). There also was LOL a spelling error on one of the crystals prints but I was tired so please excuse that.
    This map uses a few of my own secret tricks, including a new weather system/effect I designed (I've worked to make this much better since this Beta Btw), so please don't just go ripping things off, learn and ask permission please.
