  1. The City Crossroads - Sunset Version

    This is the sunset version of my City Crossroads map. It is a quite big map. And as the name says it's city crossroads. It has three enterable buildings.
    This version is sunset, it's evening and there's no fog or rain. There're several vehicles such as original ja swoop and the sith speeder by monsoontide.
    also used three models from Szico VII's modelpack. Also this skybox is not made by me. Music is KoRn - No One's There. I hope you enjoy.

    This map was NOT created by me, but by DaDosDude 13 years ago for a Dragon Ball mod we both were a part of, The Power Within. It failed but I kept most of the files throughout the years and I sent DaDosDude a mail asking for permission to upload it here and he said go ahead. Proof of the mail exchange here.
     
    This map is in a beta state but still playable without any visible bugs, all original map files are gone, so nothing more can be done on it.

  4. Counter Strike: Dust 2 (Jedi Academy)

    I want to introduce something different for this game, but well known from the Counter Strike game series.
    The map in its original form comes with the structure only, the rest of the work was done by me.
    Thanks to Valve for publishing map and KENNITHH who made compatible with Q3 engine.

    Description with installation instructions:
    This is a small TFFA focused map but can be used for FFA, Duel and Power Duel game modes as well. There are a few rooms other than the main area. There is a meeting room for squad leaders/clan leaders/event hosts to plan matches, there is a bar (because why not?) but the bar is one of 2 secret areas that you will have to find the entrance to. The other secret area i will not show, you will just have to find it. If you use noclip to find it, then you will still need to find the button to get in the normal way xD!!
    It should also be noted that there are separate spawn points for FFA and TFFA. The FFA spawn points are in a hallway just off of the main room. The TFFA spawn points are in the main room so you don't have to keep traveling back to the main room when you spawn.

    There is a total of 1 NPC upon map startup. There is a Howler under the glass floor in the spawn room. His name is Toby. xD

    It also has a small tribute to (JAWA) Council member, and one of my good friends, Andanas who passed away a few months ago...
    I've been mapping on and off for years but this is the very first map I have ever released publicly. I hope you all enjoy it!!

  10. Peninsula District Prison

    For those of you who have played the original Neverwinter Nights campaign, you may recognize the basic layout of this map. It is loosely based on the Peninsula District Prison in the city of Neverwinter, as seen in the excellent game Neverwinter Nights. It's by no means exact, but it's similar enough that I felt secure in naming it after the facility. It features two levels -- the top level contains six cells plus a main area, and the lower level contains many cells and one central room. The lower level has a very low ceiling, but the main room of the upper level has a pretty high ceiling. Just watch out for the many torches -- they hurt!

  11. GoldenEye Caverns

    James Bond is back, in the Nintendo 64 remake of Caverns, based upon the classic game Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64. The caverns are in a cave region, near the Goldeneye satalite control cradle, and main control room, All doors function as they did in the classic N64 game, you have to press the "use/interact" button to open the doors, this can provide many ambush oppertunities.
     
    As with all my GoldenEye maps, there is a hidden VHS/DVD of GoldenEye in the map, try to find them all in all the maps!

  13. Techno Drome

    Ok this map was first off requested by [X-R]Axis for a movie he was currently working on. This is a Night club/ Rave/ Techno themed place there is 4 music things for you to play at one time (Not in this version). Also this map is (currently) not made to be played on slow computers due to so many curves and mirrors. There is also an outside city area for you to look at. You can only go in the center area though. The rest are for show. There is also a park area of town where you can play. And if you wish to watch the v2 progress check www.map-craft.com
     
    And I also bet that the people who actuially read my readmes have realised I don't like to write long ones
     
    It is recommended that you have a newer GFX card! (Recommended to have atleast Nvidia GeForce 6600 - with just PCI no PCI express to have fps in 40s)

  14. Council Building BB

    Council Building BB is inspired by the old famous Jedi Council GC (and later GCX) map, made by Griffenclaw.
     
    The map is based on an imaginary Jedi building or temple, including features such as training grounds, tournmanet areas, fighting areas, a council room, a bar, and much more.
     
    The map is not an attempt to build anything seen from the movies, and is based on pure imagination.
     
    The map is dedicated to the saber and duel only communities, and the map contains lots of duelling spots, both regularspots with plain surfaces, as well as rooms with obstacles.
     
    While you are alone on the map, you can always try the integrated obstacle course consisting of 3 levels with increasing difficulty. The obstacle course is based on movement, and will probably be able to give you a challenge. If I ever make a
    version two, this obstacle course will of course be expanded.
     
     
    The map should have good FPS and plenty of room for duels, matches or whatever.
     
    Secrets
    The map contains quite a bunch of secrets, and they shouldn't be too easy to find. The beta testers spend long time findingthem, and they still have one left to find. So the question is, can you find them all?
     
    I'm not going to reveal how many, as it may depend on how you count them. Some aren't really meant to be secrets, whileothers are supposed to be easily found - almost too obvious to be a secret.
     
    One of the obvious secrets teleports you to a completely different place (Bespin) where you at night time can do races ona simple, yet detailed track.

  15. Star Wars Episode III JKA Map Pack - Part 3

    Hey peeps,
     
    This, the final of my episode III mappacks, I hope you have enjoyed them as much as I have making them.
     
    This pack includes:
    The Galactic Senate
    The Battle of Kashyyy
    And a special sneak peak at the Vaders Immortalization chamber featured at the end of episode III.

     
    The Senate
    I had to make a big decision in this map; I mean the shire size of the senate from the movies is pretty Impossible to recreate in radiant, I had to make a SERIOUSE cut back on the amount of pads I added, however I did include over 160 pods in the map some of which are interactive; it also features the blade doors and central elevator as seen in the movie.
     
    Don't forget to hold the usetime button found on the main floor of the map - it will alter the map so that it appears destroyed just like after Yoda and Sidy fight.
     
    Kashyyyk
    The detail in this map was kept to a minimum; however some with lower spec pc's will indeed have problems with fps. due to the size and nature of the map so sorry about that. I included some of the best vehicle models in one of the zip files,
    these are the ones I included in the map, I had intended to use all new kashyyyk vehicles but I don't think they were completed in time one way or the other.
     
    Vader's immortalization chamber
    This is a special bonus map only two rooms as it is a sneak peak of the full map which will include the landing pad etc.
     
    The next release in the mappack series, as I have stated before will not include any new episode III maps, but it will feature all of the previous maps but in the completed form. In a way all of the maps in the mappacks have been Betas, for the complete release that I plan to get to you around Christmas.

  16. Star Wars Episode III JKA Map Pack - Part 1

    The invisible hand:
     
    I am sure you will all have seen the last ever star wars movie, and if like me, you will agree it was pretty bloody amazing, my fav of the new movies, and its easily as good as the OT.
     
    So The invisible hand is the space ship that features at the start of the movie, and show Obi and Ani mounting a rescue of Palpatine, I made the map using screenshots of the game and sets of the movie, since I did the structural work on the map before I saw the movie, there are a few inaccuracies but nothing I can sort for a version 2 sometime.
     
    There are a few areas in this map and they are as follows:
     
    1) The main observation room
    2) Hallways leading to the observation room
    3) A small passageway to the rear of the observation room, leading to an office
    4) A set of lifts, that work fine when used by one person, but will create a lot of fun when used with many
    one of these lifts is broken and you can climb up or down the shaft.
    5) The lower deck hallway leads to the hanger but will also lead to network of fuel pipes underneath the hanger,
    these pipes are a must, if you are to escape from the trap that can be found in the hanger
    6) A battle outside in the skybox, you cant get out there (or you are not supposed to) however I am sure
    if you do go outside, you will find room to fly about, but the map is not intended for that (go get Hatruss map for that)
     
    I hope you enjoy the Invisible hand as much as i enjoyed watching it in the movie (I was going to say as much as i enjoyed making it, but it got on my nerves in the end!!)

    Palpatines office complex
     
    This map was an area i just had to make, I had thought about it after seeing it in the other movies, but when I found out there was a going to be an important scene there, featuring Mace, Ani and Palpatine, I couldnt resist it. Again if you have seen the movie, you will notice that I tried to be as accurate as possible, all of the windows are breakable with a saber, most of the funiture can be moved about with force powers, there is a secret are in this map thats pretty easy to find, but was fun to add. (I made this map overscale so there was more room to fight)
     
    The office complex is a small map and is best for dueling, although it does support ffa also. I did make an outside area to this map, but decided to save it for the coruscant map that I have been working on which will include padmes apartment, the opera house and many other coruscant places maybe even including the Jedi temple.
     
    There are two versions of this map included, one has the animated skybox, but because it uses an area portals and many shaders, it will decrease the fps on some lower spec systems, so I included a second version that has a non animated skybox, this version runs much smoother on lower spec pc's.

  17. Coruscant Part I - Padme's Home

    I thought I would release this at xmas as a present to you guys for all the support you have given me over the last year. Padme Home - is only section one of a larger Coruscant map I will be continuing to make early 2005.
     
    My Thoughts Padme apartment is a recreation of the apartment seen in Episode II. I spent a long time researching the insides of the room and getting the textures just right. I added buildings, landing pads, moving pods, traffic all in an attempt
    to recreate that 'living' city we all know so well now.
     
    The FPS again may be a little low for some with lower spec pc's so I am sorry to those peeps that have problems.
     
    This map has been tested on a clean instal of JKA only, if you have missing texture or other problems I can only suggest that another custom map is clashing with it, if this is the case try downloading a pk3 manager (such as the one GansterA made for JKA) so you can temporarily move files in and out of your base folder.

    I have made this map for the MovieBattles mod - although this version is FFa; it is missing certain rooms and areas that will appear in the MB version, whilst I add the seige entities with the help of Dacks at MB, I thought I would release this FFA version.

  19. Boonta Eve Tatooine Pod Race JKR Speedway

    I am glad that i finaly have the first version of this map complete - i will start by saying that there are several things
    That need to be sorted out, i would have liked a higher fps on the start line section, which is the part where
    The fps drops to its lowest - due to the size and scape of that particular part, however most of the course delivers a playable
    Fps rate so thats not too bad.
     
    As many of you will know - this is a map that has been done mostly for jedimoves.com
    - and infact i have spoken to javier there in depth about
    The map - jediomoves have suplied my with screenshots and some plans which i have roughly
    Based the map on so thanks to them.
     
    This is really a tester version for a final release which will include pod racer models by duncan, so i look forward to that.
     
    Anyway i hope you enjoy this, and here are some stupid fact about the map:
    To walk around the entire course without using force speed takes around ten mins (that just shows how large this is)
    It take about 2 mins to go around the course on the speeders (using boost now and then)
    The speeders that are included are speeders that i have modified, i have increased the speed, boost, and armor so
    That at least it is possible to get around the course a couple of times without exploding.

    Dexter's Diner. This is one of the first maps that I have created that I feel is worth posting on the net, It didnt take a great amount of time maybe a week on and off and have not really thought too much about weapon placement, The sky box is one I made for another map, which is based on padme's coruscant home as seen in EII.     Lots of cupboards/doors openable by force powers
    Lamps can be pulled down, crates can be force utilised.
    Healing bacta tanks.
    Keycard system whereby a card must be bought/found to access certain areas, like the lock key system in SP.
    A few others, secret areas/switch hunt and stuff.

    This map is the RPG version of the map, which doesn't have any interactive NPC's to reduce server load and stress, but contains extra scripting. This map contains the keycard system as well as the toolbox repair system and the credits system. So, if you want to play with these features, load this map!

    This map is the core(basic) map which does contain interactive NPC's but none of the advanced scripting found in the RPG version. This is for players who desire a more FFA-themed experience, or clans who do not wish to play with the RPG features because they have their own mods which they can use instead.

  22. The (JAWA) Temple

    This is the long-awaited (JAWA) Clan map, although anybody is welcome to use and install it on their server. It began as a speeder bike track, with other areas located within the area enclosed by the track. It now features a council building, with a council room, lounge, and waiting areas; two arenas for dueling and training; a target range; some parks for gathering in; a couple of shrines; some secret areas; and of course the private council member apartments!
     
    This map supports FFA, TFFA, Duel, and Power Duel. Because the map is very large, some players may have poor FPS, but I have tried to compensate for that using areaportals and hint brushes. Most of the areas where NPC's can be spawned are lockable from the inside, including the track control room and all council member apartments.

    Entity Count : 237
    Millennium Falcon : 887 brushes all of its own & 38 entities !!
    (will feature in more maps...)
    Software used : JK2Radiant & GtkRadiant v 1.3.12 & GtkRadiant v 1.3.13
    Known Bugs : there are a couple of flies buzzing around in the shadows but apart from that I think I've eradicated everything. If you DO find anything suspect in my construction, PLEASE email me as I will really cherish either positive OR negative feedback with many thanks.
    Build Time : 3 days short of FAR too long... and then some!
     
     
    Hidden in the barren wastelands of Tatooine, beyond the hills south of Mos Eisley, is a secret fortress town constructed as an academy-ground for hopeful mercenaries working for the Hutts. Long deserted when Imperial authorities first came to take the spoils of war, the town now serves as a battle arena for hardened warriors from across the Outer Rim. The walls ring out with the sounds of weaponry and death and only the most attuned fighters will champion the Meanstreets.
     
    Oh, and by the way, there's also the Falcon!

    I tested this map on a clear version of JKA (v1.0.1, without bonus mappack).So if there are still some unexpected bugs then you have broken shaders or assets in your base folder. If you are sure that this is not the case contact me personally or in the forums i mentioned above. But i hope that won't be necessary ;P
     
    The archive 'jumpspace.pk3' includes the following files:
    map in .bsp AND .map format
    new textures
    new shaders
    new effects
    arena file/levelshot/botroute

    ...and the folders that belong to them.
     
    To map with my shaders enter "jumpspace" into your shaderlist.txt!

    This is an old JO map that has been updated and modified for JA {so I can infect more people with my madness }
     
    This is one of them magical floating in space buildings (How come we dont suffercate :-? (coz I aint told it to|) until you fall enough ))
     
    There is a landing pad (that you can't fall off (unless you jump:D)) with Hoth Guns each of the Hoth Guns have a team 1 Red 1 Blue but in ffa they go for anyone)
     
    The main room has a liberal sprinkling of health n sheilds and an area where you can show off your sabering skills (Also the Star Wars Barny Posters) and lifts to the roof {yes i know the cealing is boring but there is a reason }
     
    Through the octagonal corridor and 3 way door the second room {this room has been tarted up so it looks as if its sorta there for a reason} I am pretending that them models n pipes are for power (them guns outside will need it) at the bottom of the lift there is a little room for the masters and trainees to have a practice in peace there are also 2 utility rooms at the sides (spawn points and weapons) 1 red 1 blue {just lights tho} Me having fun with coloured lights, I am of the school of white is borring I-) also there is an observation room / control room {so you can sit n watch a barny} and a lift up to the second roof with a pit (which is gonna bingy boingy you about (for those moments that you want to play silly buggers )) (this has been deleted coz of gybs see below) and the Turbo Laser Cannons and Ion Cannons
     
    A reet big roof to swing your choppin sticks on and have a reet good barny ) Between the to main roof tops the are some ledges so you can work your way down to the ledge leading to the Barny Refference Room ) with Force Boons n Kill all Rodians
     
    And finaly the Secret Room {big brother is watching )} to get to it is a walk of faith in to a Flare (may the Barny be with you) There are some bang bang sticks (if you like that kind of thing;)) trip mines, grenades, Det Packs and more (in procariouse places )) but I like swooshing sticks myself.
