  1. Babu Frik

Good day, fellow comrades. After my first version of Babu Frik, which was kind of basic, I have been able to improve my technique and bring a more detailed version of Babu Frik. However, this time I omitted some accessories for the sake of smoothness, but may add them in a third version. In this version, the face was redone, retopologized, and retextured. I also added a more realistic and adjusted cap. It might have some overlapping issues; weighting is a tough process, and I haven't had the time to work on it. Additionally, I added more lines from "The Rise of Skywalker".
Source files are included in the download. It is mainly adapted for MB2 but should work in JKA as well.
    Hope you guys enjoy it!

  3. Luke Skywalker – The Empire Strikes Back – Bespin & Dagobah Outfits

A lot of people have criticized HapSlash's Luke model for its looks, forgetting that it was one of the first skins for Jedi Outcast modding. So I took Hapslash's, Toshi's and DT's Luke, put their best parts together, and retweaked the whole model to my liking, trying to make it look as much like the Luke Skywalker I remember from Episode V as possible.

    Special thanks:
Thanks to HapSlash for the skin, to Toshi for Luke's face, to DT for the belt, and Raven Software for the base Jedi model, because these were the basis for mine without which this model could never have been made.
Last but not least, thanks to Noodle, Mat Gaunt and The Unguided, who introduced me to Blender and guided me through the maze of model making.

  7. Luke Skywalker Episode 8 Concept

I simply took the head off of dark_apprentices Jedi Master Luke Skywalker (Which was originally created by DT85) and placed it on Toshi's Luke ROTJ Replacement. I added the hood and hips from RevanKnight's Kylo Ren. There are three versions, all of which have NPC files. There is no singleplayer support as of yet as I am bogged down with Jedi Ben Solo.

It is recommended to have Anakin's EP3 Lightsaber, as well as Rooxon's Prodigal Son. I did not package these lightsabers as I did not create them, and the Anakin saber will default to a reborn hilt without the file mentioned above. Rooxon's saber just looks bloody amazing, and fits the model better than the base JA version.
    NPC List:

Utilize the ~ key and input "npc spawn [NPC NAME]".

luke_ep8 (Regular model, with hood and hips)

luke_duel (Without hood, weilding two lightsabers)

    luke_nohood (Without hood or hips.)

BUGS: Slight kink in the neck. there is a very minute gap at the very back that's see through.

  8. Cult of Ragnos Improved

This is an improved version of the New Reborns featured in the Jedi Academy singleplayer campaigns. This is only the start, based off of existing models and fanart I plan on recreating the cult of Ragnos as it should have been (I personally hate the New Reborn skins).
No replacements yet but they are coming with the next update.
Let me know what you think.
I realize now that I didn't list the original NPC names. The original files had NPC names to the like of Reborn_Imp. There were three versions, each with their own number at the end.

  13. Armored reborn trooper

I merged the Commander Keller model (which is itself a combo of HapSlash's anakin and Neomarz1's Clone) with Spanki's Sith heads and DT's Stormtroopers. I also used some reskins by Barricade24. That's the way I imagine Desann's reborns would look. They're individuals who were chosen by Desann to be reborns and wield the force. It makes sense to me that Desann would choose those guys from best source available to him, so he chose them from imperial soldiers who managed to prove themselves skillful during their service as the stormtroopers. Please note that this mod replaces all reborn NPCs. This pack is not compatible with JK2.

  15. Tales of the Sith Pack

Legendary Sith from the Tales of the Jedi comics not so long before the events of Knights of the Old Republic games.

I managed to re-imagine Jeff's Exar Kun and Freedon Nadd kitbashes in favor of resembling some more popular artworks while simultaneously fixing some visual issues and re-rigging them both.

My friends Noob and GP worked on textures for Marka Ragnos, Exar Kun and Freedon Nadd.

In case of Ajunta Pall, all credit goes to VarsityPuppet as it was originally a mod to KotOR he worked on, then gave us permission to use it in JKA.

Voicelines from Wookieepedia, KotOR, and audiobooks.

  16. Mat Gaunt's Bounty Hunters (OT - Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM, Zuckuss, Bom Vimdin)

    Notes from Authors:
The legendary group of Bounty Hunters (Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM, Zuckuss) first portrayed in The Empire Strikes Back, some probably never seen before in JKA! All created by Mat Gaunt except 4-LOM and Zuckuss which have been upgraded/rebuilt by Mat. I merely did weighting fixes here and there, plus added LODs to some of them.
The bunch comes with a bonus character named Bom Vimdin from Mos Eisley cantina what was a personal request of mine to Mat last Christmas and of course he nailed it. I'm really proud of his work in general so we thought it's time to share them with the community.

  17. Bounty Hunter

    UNDERWORLD MOD CONTEST 2022
    WINNER
Are you tired of every bounty hunter model being a re-color of Boba Fett? If you are, then this model was made for you!
In 2015 the game Star Wars Uprising was released for mobile devices, it was set shortly after the end of Return of the Jedi and its story was focused on a bunch of misfit rogues trying to rebel against the empire's grip on the Anoat sector (where Bespin is located). This model is based on concept art by Brian Matyas.
Back in the day I used to play Star Wars Uprising with my youngest sibling. Coincidentally, This was the outfit that my character wore.

Somaz & Mat Gaunt, who gave me feedback while working on this project.

    Credits:
Most of the modelwork here is my own, with the exception of the cape, which is a heavily modified version of Hapslash's Dooku's cape which was also retextured by me, and the base of the model which was done using kyle's model as a reference (this was it also keeps a general aesthetic with the game).

  18. Galen Marek / Starkiller Pack with backhand Animations (JA)

Galen Marek / Starkiller Pack with backhand Animations FOR JEDI ACADEMY
    ==========================================================================================

IMPORTANT: This pack was put together for SP only (there is no MP support).

I am a HUGE fan of Galen Marek/Starkiller. Althought I don’t like the game (barely got to the first half of the original Raxus mission), I love the story. I looked for related mods and found several good mods here and there, with each one having good stuff but not everything in a single mod.

Based on what I found, I wanted to improve the already great mods by Dark_Apprentice and Seven and get everything together using the great backhand animations from katanamaru and AshuraDX Starkiller saber hilts, so I decided to learn a little bit about mods and came up with this small pack with the best of the Starkiller mods so far.

I came up with this mod that contains:
The models/Skins I like the best from Dark_Appentice’s Starkiller "Galen Marek" Outfit Pack for JKA 2.0 (with some fixes/tweaks).
Seven's Galen Marek Jedi Adventure Robes 2.0 Mod (with some fixes/tweaks for SP), Single backhand animation and sounds.
Katanamaru’s Backhand Styles 1.1 mod (Dual and Single backhand animations).
AshuraDX Starkiller's Lightsaber AshuraDX (1.0) (rotated for backhand use and .sab file slightly modified so it doesn't conflicts with the original mod).

Thanks to them for their support and permissions to get this complied.

    The Basics:
The pack contains the following models available from the SP Menu selection.
    Galen Arena outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Armor outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Clone outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Dark Apprentice outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Industrial Explorer outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Jedi Adventure outfit (Seven)
    Galen Raxus mission outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Tie Pilot outfit (Dark_Apprentice)
    Galen Training outfit (Dark_Apprentice)

The models have the normal animations in order for them to work with cutscenes (custom animations don’t show or show as statues in the cutscenes).
preferences (will use whatever saber you have previously selected and use the default game animations).

    NPCs:
    Galen_Arena
    Galen_Armor
    Galen_Clone
    Galen_Dark
Galen_Dark_Hooddown - same as above without hood (hood down)
    Galen_Industrial
    Galen_Jedi_Adv
Galen_Jedi_Adv_Hooddown - same as above without hood (hood down)
    Galen_Raxus
    Galen_Tie
    Galen_Training

    Single Backhand Animations (sbh):
There are two different “Single Backhand” version (sbh) available, one using Katanamaru’s backhand animations and another using the animations from Seven’s Galen_Jedi_adv mod (you can choose which one you want to install) via NPC. These models have all force powers set to 3 and a single saber using AshuraDX Starkiller saber hilt.

Either version have the same NPC name:
    Galen_Arena_sbh
    Galen_Armor_sbh
    Galen_Clone _sbh
    Galen_Dark_sbh
    Galen_Dark_Hooddown_sbh
    Galen_Industrial_sbh
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_sbh
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_Hooddown_sbh
    Galen_Raxus_sbh
    Galen_Tie_sbh
    Galen_Training_sbh

    Dual Backhand Animations (dbh):
Each model also has a “Dual Backhand” (dbh) version via NPC using Katanamaru’s backhand animations. These models have all force powers set to 3 and dual lightsaber sets.

    Galen_Arena_dbh
    Galen_Armor_dbh
    Galen_Clone _dbh
    Galen_Dark_dbh
    Galen_Dark_Hooddown_dbh
    Galen_Industrial_dbh
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_dbh
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_Hooddown_dbh
    Galen_Raxus_dbh
    Galen_Tie_dbh
    Galen_Training_dbh

    No Force (nf):
If you do not want to use force power settings in order to play and increase your force powers normally in the (SP) game, you can add “_nf” (without quotes) to the NPC name and they will use/keep whatever force powers you have acquired up to that moment (“no force” settings).

Normal animations, No lightsaber settings, No force settings:
    Galen_Arena _nf
    Galen_Armor_nf
    Galen_Clone_nf
    Galen_Dark_nf
    Galen_Industrial_nf
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_nf
    Galen_Raxus_nf
    Galen_Tie_nf
    Galen_Training_nf

Single backhand saber and animation, no force settings:
    Galen_Arena_sbh_nf
    Galen_Armor_sbh_nf
    Galen_Clone _sbh_nf
    Galen_Dark_sbh_nf
    Galen_Dark_Hooddown_sbh_nf
    Galen_Industrial_sbh_nf
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_sbh_nf
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_Hooddown_sbh_nf
    Galen_Raxus_sbh_nf
    Galen_Tie_sbh_nf
    Galen_Training_sbh

Dual backhand saber and animations, no force settings:
    Galen_Arena_dbh_nf
    Galen_Armor_dbh_nf
    Galen_Clone _dbh_nf
    Galen_Dark_dbh_nf
    Galen_Dark_Hooddown_dbh_nf
    Galen_Industrial_dbh_nf
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_dbh_nf
    Galen_Jedi_Adv_Hooddown_dbh_nf
    Galen_Raxus_dbh_nf
    Galen_Tie_dbh_nf
    Galen_Training_dbh_nf

    For example:
If you want to use the Raxus outfit using "normal” animations without altering the force powers, use “galen_raxus_nf” (without quotes).
If you want to use the Jedi Adv. outfit with “Single Backhand” animations without altering your force powers, use “galen_jedi_adv_sbh_nf” (without quotes).
If you want to use the Dark outfit without hood using “Dual backhand” animations without altering the force powers, use “galen_dark_hooddown_dbh_nf” (without quotes)

    Install:
Place the Galen_Marek_Backhand.pk3 in your base folder – contains the models and dual backhand animations.
Choose either Galen_Marek_Backhand_Single_Seven.pk3 or Galen_Marek_Backhand_single_katanamaru.pk3 (please select only not both) and place it on your base folder – contains the NPCs for the single backhand animations.

Uninstall: remove the PK3s from your base folder.

    Notes:

Both Single Backhand Animations have pros and cons, I like both.
Idle stance: Both look great. Seven’s animation looks more aggressive.
Run/Walk: Seven’s animation look funny when the lightsaber is on, if you turn off the lightsaber, run/walk works fine. Katanamaru’s animation works fine with the lightsaber on (close to TFU).
Fighting Animations: Both are great. I like the blaster shot block from Seven’s animation better, it looks more like in TFU, while in Katanamaru’s blaster shot block the arms are “too wide open”.

I've included both versions so you can choose the one you like the best.

    Additional Notes:
I've only tested this in OpenJK.
As mentioned above, I didn't played TFU games, but I tried to set up the blade colors as close as TFU videos as possible. If you don't want to use the blade colors assigned, you can change them via console (or use packscape and modify the NPC files).
    In addition, the pack contains:

“Floating datapad” fixed for the Raxus outfit.
Tweaked textures for the Tie Pilot Outfit. This is my favorite outfit from TFU but it looks “too flat” so I tweaked the textures a little bit to try and give it more “dimension”.

  22. SpongeBob Squarepants

Author: unknown (if you are the author or know who the author is, please let staff know)
This is a very old model of Spongebob that has circulated among the JKA community for decades but as far as we know, was never publicly released on JK3Files or JKHub. It's possible it was from pcgamemods. The author is unknown, so if you are the author, please reach out to JKHub staff to give you credit.
It now has bot, team, and NPC support. There are 2 NPCs, one good and one bad, depending on if you want to fight him or alongside him.
    /npc spawn spongebob
    /npc spawn spongebob_bad

  23. Indiana Jones and Han Solo (FBR)

Indiana Jones and Han Solo from Fortnite: Battle Royale, ported and combined into one model. This comes with Indy's trusty whip and a fancy DL-44 replacement with custom sounds and effects.
Also includes customization, team skins, bot support, optional NPCs, and optional model replacements with JAO support.
Initially it was going to be just Indy, but after taking a closer look at the Han model and how well some of the parts could fit together, I decided to combine them into one model so that we have more customization options.
I also wanted him to be able to disguise as the enemy team in Multiplayer team games when you use the Customization Menu, so I added several Imperial outfits and some Jedi outfits from the base game, complete with their team colors.
The task of getting clean Harrison Ford voice clips would've been too difficult for me, so I used voice clips from the game Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb, and some from the LEGO games. Han's were edited from DICE's Battlefront games.
Also included is a simple mod that replaces the Force Drain grab animations. With this, anyone using Force Drain Grab will grab their victim and relentlessly punch them in the face. This animation mod will not work in existing savestates, so make sure that a level is loaded from its beginning so that it uses the new _humanoid.gla, animation.cfg, and animevents.cfg that the mod contains.

To spawn the NPCs manually, enable cheats first by pressing Shift and ~, then typing "helpusobi 1" into the console.
Now that cheats are enabled, type "npc spawn (name)", replacing (name) with any of the npc names listed below. You can also play as the NPC by typing "playermodel (name)"
Here are the names of the NPCs:
indy        - spawns default Indiana Jones using fist
indy2        - spawns default Indiana Jones using whip
indyblue    - spawns a blue team Indy that targets everyone
indyred        - spawns a red team Indy, on the enemy's side
    indy_r        - spawns a harmless Indy with 50,000 health
han        - spawns default Han Solo using DL-44 blaster pistol
han2        - spawns default Han Solo using fist
hanblue        - spawns a blue team Han that targets everyone
hanred        - spawns a red team Han, on the enemy's side
    han_r        - spawns a harmless han with 50,000 health
Type "saber fist" to use fist or "saber indy" to use Indy's whip.
fist - Fisticuffs. Really effective up close. With this you can continuously stagger most enemies and keep following up with punch after punch if you know what you're doing. The thing is though... you have to be REALLY close.
indy - Indy's signature whip. Has good range and high disarm, but is too risky to use in narrow places as it bounces off surfaces. Deals more damage at the tip.

    Included in the pk3 files:
zzzIndianaJones_FBR.pk3        - Contains the models, textures, sounds, and everything needed for the mod to work. zzzIndianaJones_FBRa.pk3    - Optional. Gives Indy his own character slot in Multiplayer. Also makes him a selectable bot. zzzHanSolo_FBRa.pk3        - Optional. Gives Han Solo his own character slot in Multiplayer. Also makes him a selectable bot. zzzIndianaJones_FBR-NPCs.pk3    - Optional. Contains the custom NPCs that are spawnable with cheats. zzzzIndianaJones_FBR-VOICESWAP-IndyHan.pk3    - Optional. Swaps Indy's and Han's voicepacks. zzzzzzzzzzDrainGrabAnimEdit-PunchingGrab.pk3    - An animation replacement that lets anyone using Force Drain Grab repeatedly punch their victim in the face. zzzzzzzzzzzFISTICUFFS-enemysaberreplaced.pk3    - Optional. Makes enemy saber-wielders use fists instead of sabers. All Cultists, all Reborns, and Dark Rosh except staff wielders are affected. zzzzzzzzzzzFISTICUFFS-Kylesaberreplaced.pk3    - Optional. Replaces Kyle's lightsaber with the fist. zzzzzzzzzzzFISTICUFFS-Desannsaberreplaced.pk3    - Optional. Replaces the Sith Sword with the fist. zzzzzzzzzzzINDYWHIP-enemysaberreplaced.pk3    - Optional. Makes enemy saber-wielders use whips instead of sabers. Replaces Kyle's lightsaber with the whip. zzzzzzzzzzzINDYWHIP-Desannsaberreplaced.pk3    - Optional. Increases DL-44 and Bryar pistol's primary fire rates and makes their alt-fire semi-automatic. Also gives them unlimited ammo. zzzzSaberInDpred.pk3            - Optional. Gives the player a lightsaber in the level t2_dpred. zzzzzBlasterPistolInDpred.pk3            - Optional. 25. Nautolan - Kit Fisto Species Skinpack

    V1.0
I finally got around to releasing what I kept teasing all those years ago 😝

I know a similar model has already been submitted within the community, but I'd still like to release my version! The weights aren't perfect, and the tendrils can be a bit funky at times with some animations, but hey it's Kit Fisto, such a cool looking character in the Star Wars universe (in the video games and the clone wars animated series at least!).
So this features an RGB version (did you expect any less of me?! 🤣), sith version, reskin by Omicron, custom icons, sounds, shaders.
This may be improved in the future, but just glad to finally be able to finish up what I started! Please view the credits and readme file within the folder when you download this. I'm more than happy for anyone to improve on this model so we can upload a 2.0, and any new variants would be cool.

    V2.0

Versions 2.0 has arrived!.. to finally include a shirtless version using Scerendo's Quinlan Vos model, I've been wanting to make this variation for literally years! I have also made some tweaks to the weights and re-done some of the textures, to give Kit Fisto a more "full of life" skin tone as the original was looking a little dull. New shaders have been applied to give more vibrance to the skin. Full breakdown of changes is in the readme, I hope you enjoy the update!
I actually released this last year in a clan I'm in and forgot to post it on here 🥷

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Credits:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    - The Force Unleashed for the Kit Fisto model
    - SW:The Old Republic for the mask model
    - Sazen/Cloud for the original kitbash of the model he did for me and the weighing.
    - Scerendo for the Quinlan Vos model, for the shirtless variant
    - Spanki for the robed models used, and anyone who I have used their retextured images for this project (sorry if you weren't mentioned!)
    - Noodle for the advice since bringing this project back from the dead, and creating mouth/face animations for the model
    - Tompa9 for his version of the model, which has provided me with a sounds pack, and a segment to place behind the head to hide any unwanted gaps, it doesn't fit perfect for my version of the head, but very useful nonetheless.
    - Omicron for the continued advice and for producing a skin variant for the release
    - Milamber for the continual support with getting my head around frankensteining and 3D modelling over the years, and keeping up with my nagging!
    - Xishala for the eye textures from the female nautolan model, I have added a shader to this after implementing the texture onto Kit Fisto's eyes
