  3. Trip Mine

Trip mines to the 20th anniversary of Jedi Academy.
FOR YOUR CHOICE - 2 versions. JA and BF2. Models have lods and shader animation.
Made beam less visible and fixed dot at end of beam.
I think that will work in JO. (didn't check)

I wanted to do something unusual, to which little attention is paid. Mines, unfortunately, deservedly forgotten and are very weak in MP.
Also would like to fix  position of mine in hand, but developers use same mine model in hand and "armed" placed on ground. 🙄
Many thanks to @AshuraDX for his amazing Substance Painter material.
This is my first job with this.
    p.s. I'm waiting for a tutorial.

Also, source materials are available at THIS LINK. Maybe you will be interested.

  4. Colt Python/Revolver

This is a replacement for the DL-44/Blaster Pistol. The model is more or less based on the Colt Python and was also inspired by the gun in Half-Life. The sounds have also been replaced to be more revolver fitting.

This is my first attempt at modelling a gun and adding it to the game. Feedback would be appreciated.

    Installation Instructions:
    Place snow_balls.pk3 in Gamedata/base folder.

    Notes:
This is the third version of my snowball mod, the first of which was made for jk2 and bundled with my first released map.
Unfortunately this mod is not compatible with the MovieBattles mod, maybe in the future someone will make a version compatible with it but it wont be me as this is my last submission to the JKA modding community before i move on to greener pastures.
Thanks to =Someone= for helping me perfect this mod, ive finally got it exactly how i imagined it should be all those years ago.

  11. Jawa Rocket

Let's face it. In JK3, the Jawas get an unfair shake. They appear in one level where their role is as the helpless victims, tormented by the Tusken Raiders. It is assumed all of the jawas die, as Luke says in post-mission: "It's too bad about the Jawas."
So This mod gives them a more prominent role in the game, albeit an unmerciful one. Somehow you convinced the jawas that they can assist you in your mission by directing fired rockets. As you fire them from the Merr Sonn, all they can do is hopelessly cling to the fired rocket as it sails toward the target. In addition, the Merr Sonn has also been upgraded to include a Jawa Hood Ornament, as a thank-you for supporting the greater role of Jawas in the SWU.
INSTRUCTIONS: place 'zzz_jawarocket.pk3' in your base folder and play. ATST's and Enemy Rocket Troopers will also be equipped with the upgraded Merr Sonn.
    -------
    - used Blender v2.79 (Mr. Wonko's plugins)
    - used Goldwave to mix the jawa terrified scream loop

  12. Thermal Basketball

************************************* THERMAL BASKETBALL v1.0 - by ksgWXfan ************************************* DESCRIPTION: Basketball season is here. Give JKA thermal-detonating basketballs. Includes bounce noises, charge music, and crowd-cheering upon explosion. Also included are optional skin-packs, themed for your favorite pro ball club. INSTRUCTIONS: - (REQUIRED) - place 'zzz_thermal_bball.pk3' into your "..GameData/base/" folder. This is the default orange roundball. - (OPTIONAL) - the other zip file includes pk3 files ('zzz_thermal_bball_<cityabbr>.pk3') of team-themed bballs. These will only work one-at-a-time. Find the abbreviation for the city/ball club you want and place it into your base folder as well and play! MAKE YOUR OWN SKINS: - "basketball_template.svg" was included to assist making your own skins. It does require knowledge of using InkScape (or illustrator). Another hiccup is that Inkscape only outputs to PNG, so if you use that to JPG. Make sure you save two identical copies of the files as "thermal.jpg" and "thermal_w_1.jpg", respectively. CREDITS: - Me (ksgwxfan) - Modelling and Skinning - Colors: got most from team logos - LucasArts/Raven - Original files (the hand) - Sounds - freesound.org (see details below) SOUNDS: - Bounce noises: https://freesound.org/people/Cribbler/sounds/396308/ - Crowd Cheer noise: https://freesound.org/people/temawas/sounds/179869/ - Jingle (upon Charge): I made using LMMS (https://lmms.io/) FROM WAY DOWNTOWN! Light-up some storm troopers. Includes pro-team themes (optional)

  14. DC-17 Blaster Pistol

Hey guys, this file replaces the dull boring DL-44 standard blaster pistol with the new and exciting DC-17 pistol which made a prominent appearance in Dave Filoni's The Clone Wars series. Complete with new sounds (or at least, attempted new sounds), first person perspective, and accurately colored blaster fire. Now then, for some information!

The DC-17 hand blaster, also known as DC-17 blaster pistol, was a heavy blaster pistol wielded by the clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. An advanced firearm, it was fielded to elite soldiers in the army, most notably Advanced Recon Commandos, clone trooper commanders, and clone jet troopers.
It shared many similarities with the DC-15s side arm blaster used by clone commandos, being a more powerful variant of the standard DC-15S blaster carbine. Capable of a much higher rate of sustained fire than its predecessors, the commando pistol was known for its efficiency and deadliness. As a result, it was a popular style for the clones that favored it to wield two at a time, as typified by ARC-77 "Fordo" and CT-7567 "Rex".

  15. Bryar Blaster Pistol JKA/JK2

Well, I made a thing. A pretty Thing.
This my rendition of Kyle Katarns Signature blaster, based at it's appeareance in the live action-cutscenes from Dark Forces 2.
I originally made this for the DF2 mod which will feature a PBR version of this model but decided to release a version for the base game
    aswell.

This weapon works in both games JKA and JK2 and comes with an optional .pk3 to swap the blaster pistol model in JKA for the bryar model.
all preview images are ingame screenshots!

  16. Relby V-10 Grenade Launcher

    What's up guys?
After honing the hell out of my modeling skills, I figured it was time to unleash the Relby on your JK foes. This Relby was made literally in a few hours, and I want to say this was my smoothest project yet- the topology is still somewhat funky because of my construction method, but- when in Rome, yes?
Anyway, this Relby V10 will override your Wookie Bowcaster.
The Relby V-10 micro grenade launcher was the signature weapon of Trandoshan bounty hunter Bossk, it was also used by Bossk's father, Cradossk. It has made appearances in Dave Filoni's The Clone Wars, as well as the (relatively, anyway) popular DICE blockbuster Star Wars: Battlefront.
Has sounds (bless you, DICE). I hope you guys enjoy it.

  17. A280 Blaster Rifle

Hey guys! My first from scratch modeling job, I'd say this didn't turn out too shabby! I will say in advance: THIS WEAPON DOES NOT HAVE A 1ST PERSON PERSPECTIVE. This weapon also will replace this Imperial Heavy Repeater.
Anyway, this is the A280 blaster rifle. Some specs:

"During the Galactic Republic's final years, the A280 blaster rifles were commonly used by local planetary forces which made them readily available on the black market, thus the Rebel Alliance acquired them with ease, and began to utilize it throughout their fight against the Galactic Empire.

During the Battle of Hoth, some of the rebel troopers were armed with A280 blaster rifles to hold off the incoming Imperial attackers until the evacuation transports flee away.
Major Lokmarcha used an A280 during Operation Yellow Moon.
The rifles were also used when the Rebel Alliance planned to assault the newly constructed Death Star II by infiltrating the surface of Endor and destroying the Death Star's shield generator."

  18. Umbaran Blaster Rifle

This mod replaces the base game E-11 Blaster Rifle with the Umbaran Blaster Rifle, as seen in The Clone Wars series of episodes set on that planet. It includes new blaster sounds as well as new muzzle and shot effects. It has a few minor visual glitches, but they're not really noticeable unless you're *very* close and look carefully.

To install, unpack the file Umbaran_Blaster_Rifle.pk3 into your GameData/Base folder. To uninstall, remove the file Umbaran_Blaster_Rifle.pk3 from the GameData/Base folder.

As requested, I added the Umbaran_Blaster_Rifle_Standalone.pk3 in case you want to add it as a standalone weapon in a code mod, as it has separate folders, texture and shader paths.

  19. Black Wookie Bowcaster

The Wookie Bowcaster is interesting here. For whatever reason, it's a silver-brown color, and the bolts are green, unlike the films, in which it's black and fires red bolts. There are a few mods that change the bolts to red, but to my surprise, none that made the bowcaster black, from what I could see. Not even in Ultimate Weapons. So this is a fairly simple skin just to have that.

  20. TL-50 Heavy Repeater

My first modding contribution to JKA!

This is a simple reskin of the Imperial Heavy Repeater, based on its recent appearance in Star Wars Battlefront. I've also changed its primary fire to shoot normal blaster bolts, and gave it a new sound similar to the Battlefront version. The textures have also been scaled up a bit.

This should work in both Jedi Oucast and Jedi Academy.

You may use and/or modify this however you want, just credit me.
