    I was wondering when I'd see this place put out! You've done a superb job with it and I really enjoy running around in it. It was noticeably quiet and I feel some ambient noise or music could nudge it from a 4.5 star to a 5.0 star from me. Keep up the great work!

  3. I've had that error before, where it wouldn't save a new brand new map. Here's a blank.map. It's just empty and saved. Make a copy of it, rename it to whatever you like and use that instead. Saving an existing file is usually fine. Saving a new file is sometimes a problem and I don't remember the technical solution for it. This website fulfils a lot of different criteria, but I would say that the strongest focus is providing a central location for people to share and download mods for Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy! We provide forums so people can support one another in pursuit of that creativity and to keep alive the games we all enjoy. The founder, @Caelum, also provides server hosting for them. Basically, you're at the best place to branch out and get involved in JO or JA from here. ? That's the short version!

Topic moved from JKHub Feedback & Discussions Just my two cents: Since you only said conquer, not destroy, surely how much firepower a character would need would depend upon what kind of planetary defences they were up against? I.e. Conquering Coruscant would be a completely different sport to conquering Dantooine. So with that said I guess it depends on what scenario you're looking to put together. ?

  11. We've had some time to let it sink in. What does everyone think? Set 200 years prior to the events of Star Wars: the Phantom Menace, the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order are at their height, serving and protecting the galaxy. Featuring brand-new stories from five authors set in an all-new era, this is Star Wars: The High Republic.
    I love them! I'm surprised that I haven't seen them done before either. Kudos to you! They work great. ^_^
  12. As I was reading the description, I was thinking "That's not gonna look right?" Well, shows what I know! That looks pretty darn good, actually. Kudos! ?
  13. I decided to make the protagonist of the mod a woman because canonically, Jaden was male. That allowed me to re-cycle and splice the female dialogue from the game without it seeming out of place besides the male's, which I was also editing and re-using. That left me with three choices for species and I went with twi'lek because I thought it would go well with multi-purposing the MP unknown map screen - and I felt there weren't enough aliens in the original game (Alora being the only major one if you take Jaden as a human male.) The skin is a modified version of the base twi'lek, as you pointed out. If you were to open the NB_Assets.pk3, you'd find the relevant files in models/players/padawan. So if you make something to replace those assets, you could overwrite the twi'lek skin with whatever you prefer, though the voice should still be the female one because the mod was designed that way intentionally. I hope that clears things up. Also, thank you for taking the time to check out this project. ^_^
