I fixed the link. The file should now work without any problems.
  2. I'm not the animation expert here, so I can't help you with that. But maybe @Wc3 Tutorialcan.
  3. Ah, thanks for the info. I changed it. I got it mixed up, as Tompa is marked as the author of the mod, here and on ModDB.
  4. I think that you should contact @swegmasterabout it. He's the leader of Movie Duels Remastered, and maybe the coders of his team can find a way to make the NPC system even better. It's better to improve what is already there.
  5. Not a new fan-film, but definitely one everyone should watch:
  6. This map could be a nice addition to Galactic Legacy. What do you think, @Linken?
  7. @matiasfett I've translated the topic's title to English and replaced one word in your post ("stance" is the more common term here). Hope that's okay. Maybe @AshuraDXcan help you with that.
  8. 91 downloads

This reskin displays what Luke may have looked like if the Organa family adopted him instead of Leia. I was inspired by a fan artwork by Uzuri Art, who created an alternate appearance of Luke. My version is not intended to make an exact adaption of her artwork, but rather my own rendition on how a Prince Luke would look like. For that, I mostly took inspiration from Princess Leia's dress she wore in A New Hope. Bot support: No NPC support: No Sounds: Uses Luke’s standard sounds Credits: Uzuri Art, for giving me the inspiration. Installation: Simply put the pk3 file in the base folder. The textures of the original Luke model won’t be affected.
  9. And Jennifer Hale, who has voiced Bastila, has already confirmed her return (albeit indirectly).
  10. @Ari Droidy's model is still in the concept phase. Maybe he won't use the Rey model, or maybe he will. Either way, once he made progress on the actual model, you won't even notice it was once a Rey model. Just give @Droidy365the chance to give his best with what he has. Another model that looks similar to the Miraluka is the Asajj Ventress model.
  11. How different opinions can be. Earlier versionf of her didn't look perfect, but the creators tried their best. But out of all, Scerendo's Rey is one of the most realistic custom model ever created for Jedi Academy; at least it's the most realistic model I've ever seen in the game. Unfortunately, it doesn't look that good in Jedi Academy due to the old graphics engine. But don't worry. If somebody is working on a Miraluka, a full model of Rey may not be needed, only parts of it.
  12. I think that somebody once made a Rey model based on the early concept designs for The Rise of Skywalker, which would be a better model to work with. I can't find it here at the moment, but just to give you an idea what I mean, here's the custom model for Battlefront II: Here's what the model would need: New hair. New suit texture. A cloth for the eyes.
  13. Save your money, honestly. There are a lot more important things to spend money on. Chances that somebody will make it for free is high, as many people here simply make it out of passion, not for the money. However, first you have to find someone who is willing to do it. And once somebody does it, all you need to be is patient. There are lots of different ways to create such a character, like kitbashing it from the models we already have.
  14. That's completely understandable. But on the other hand, it doesn't need to be 100% accurate. Less is often more. As you've already put a lot of effort into the cutscenes, I suggest you leave them that way. But for future missions, you should consider reducing the running time of cutscenes to about 20-30 seconds. That's enough time to put all the necessary information based on a familiar scene into one cutscene. Sometimes, you don't even need dialogue at all. Maybe you should take the cutscenes from the Revenge of the Sith game as an example.
  15. All commands can be found in the description.
  16. I'm currently working on a small texture project, just for myself. One problem the models have is the fact that most heads not just have one texture, but two separate (one for the face, the other for the head). Because of that, it's difficult to modify both textures and make the result look seamless, if you know that I mean. So, my question is: Is it possible to merge both textures together and make only one texture out of it? It would make working on the heads a lot easier.
  17. I would say he's challenging, but not overpowered. Tactic is the key. Once you know what you have to do during the fight, he's pretty easy to defeat (unless you mean the fight at the beginning, in which he is intentionally "overpowered"). And besides, cheating is the worst thing you can do in a game like this one. I speak from my own experience, as I used to do that often whenever I didn't get far in a game.
  18. My guess is that the English text is not compatible with accented characters. As far as I know, those aren't even included in the English files. You could pick another foreign text file that uses those characters and replace the lines with the ones you've written. Then load that file in the game and see if those characters appear.
  19. As many of you may already know, deepfakes have become very popular recently. Star Wars related videos of that kind are no exception. So that's why I wanted to start this topic for everyone to share and talk about their favourites. Personally, despite the high quality many deepfakes have, I've just read that ILM has hired a Youtuber called Shamook, who made his own version of Luke Skywalker's appearance in The Mandalorian. He also reworked Tarkin and Leia in Rogue One. Although those deepfakes look indeed fantastic, I still respect the work the special effect people have done for the Star Wars films. After all, it was all about making the characters recognisable. They were doing their best with the available technology. The whole special effects process is not about getting something perfect instantly, but also to develop it even further and raise the bar again. Every film is like a timestamp displaying the evolution of special effects. Another deepfake that really impressed me was made by stryder HD, who put Millie Bobby Brown's face on Princess Leia.
  20. At least it isn't impossible. I had a conversation with Dart Vader via DM, during which I suggested him to contact HUM-3154. After a while, he sent me an in-game screenshot with that sword. I don't know which model HUM used, but it looked very good. And that makes me wonder why nobody ever thought about making this sword several years ago. Not only is the design unique, it also looks awesome to be honest.
  21. Okay. Next time you're using models from other authors, make sure to credit them. The model may be old, but that doesn't matter. Also, you should've asked for permission first, as the author has made it clear in the description:
  22. While this version of Wat Tambor is new for Jedi Academy, the character itself isn't. He has already been made in 2006. Apart from the skirt, both models look very similar. http://mrwonko.de/jk3files/Jedi Academy/Models/Star Wars/68377/
  23. And here's the difference: He has stated that the money goes directly to the YouTube channel only. In that case, it's completely alright to collect money. But if he would create a Patreon page specifically for this project, he would simply break one of the rules given to him. If he did, the project would've been already shut down by now.
