  1. The cause and solution to that is mentioned in the tutorial above under Common errors.
  2. Why not in the actual files section where people go to download and browse for mods? Like I said, that's what it's there for. I find it odd when people downright refuse to use it when it would only benefit more people being able to see and enjoy your content. Most players, old and new, go there to find mods, not buried in a thread. Your stuff is great, it deserves to be in our archive.
  3. Why not upload it here for the rest of the world to access? That's what this place is here for.
  4. Take a look at these tutorials. RGB textures need alpha channels and saved a certain way. However in my experience I've had trouble doing this properly in modern versions of Photoshop for some reason.
  5. Why not submit these to the files section? Some are really good. Just make sure to credit content you did not make to the correct authors and they should be fine to submit. Not much exposure is going to happen in the forum like this.
Holy smokes, this is excellent. You guys are killing it with these models as per usual. We've been needing a good Han model for JKA for so long that wasn't a kitbash of ported parts. A side by side comparison with the old JK2 model will show how far this community and 3D modeling have come! Nice work.
  6. I have reuploaded the file, download again and let me know if it works.

This mod simply disables the Hoth gear change in single player. Normally when hoth2 loads, the script sets the player to use torso_g1 and lower_e1.skin files, which in vanilla skins is the Hoth snow outfit. If you use mods that don't include support for that, it can be annoying to go fix yourself when playing the Hoth levels. This should fix that problem, frostbite be damned.
  8. Why not? It looks great and I don't think one exists from someone else yet.
  9. Is it possible you have an antivirus that is quarantining it by mistake? You can open the .zip file and see the jaenhanced.x86.exe in there. It must be getting removed by an AV when you extract or copy and paste it.
  10. No, it is not compatible with those mods. You need to open the saber file with Notepad and use the first line before the brackets.
  11. Either would work but enhanced would be best. You may need to rename the included one to not have the zZz_ in the name but that may not matter.
  12. The best way to find the name of the saber is to open the pk3 file up either in Pakscape or rename it to .zip and open like a zip. The code is in ext_data/sabers/ and then whatever the saber file is. If you want to venture deeper into learning the basics of how mods are made, start here. If you are referring to the lightsabers we inlcude with JAEnhanced, you are correct, we don't include them all because the menu only supports the number of hilts we included. You can download the full version here if you want them all.
  13. Most mods would have the command needed in their readme file or page description. Without knowing which ones you are referring to I can't really say much more than that. Let me know which ones and I can help you out.
  14. I assume by Anakin robes you mean the ones included with JAEnhanced for the default Jaden heads. In that case you would just use the default player tint commands that were already in the game. The extra commands were to be used for certain shader stages made for it, from what I understand. Try the command playertint R G B
  15. AI voices still make me feel odd but this was really well done, nice work! And a great use of my map!
  16. Keep the texture files in the single_1 folder and the model.glm in the new folder you made.
  17. Check out the OCEJK group, they've got a decent chunk of players from what I hear.
  18. Perhaps the “containing NPCs” tagged files may have it listed? https://jkhub.org/tags/containing npcs/
  19. I will always vote against AI voice generation, many voice actors take that quite seriously and your content could face legal issues if you go that route. They aren’t being paid for the work you are creating. At the very least I’d be more impressed if you used the radio drama, I didn’t know that was a thing.
  20. Technically not true, I've experimented with Telegram a bit and they have a group feature that lets you have multiple channels just like Discord (just a lot more simple). I created one out of curiosity and as a potential backup of a backup in case anything happened to Discord. I'm shocked that Telegram even works on XP, I wonder how long that will last. Unfortunately the JK community is already fragmented too much as it is, I would only want to promote a Telegram if Discord went away or people started to leave it for whatever reason.
  21. This is awesome, would be a fun and chaotic CTF map!
These types of maps are my absolute favorite to see because not only are they well crafted but they allow for story telling and fit in with Raven's original design language extremely well. This looks like it could be straight out of the SP missions, but made for the enjoyment of MP. Definitely going in my collection and server. Amazing work!
  22. JK2 doesn't natively support it, only mods would support it like JK2MV, at least that's how it is in JKA. What mod client are you running and what is the server running? I just tried it on my end using JK2MV. /set name ^0Circa and connected to a random server and my name was black.
