  1. Hoth Luke could use some work. He looks kinda sickly and I think the body from Jaden's snow outfit should be used to better reflect the skin. The other skins are nice though. As a side note, maybe this thread should be renamed to "Śăļvõö's Skins and Kitbashes" or something similar, since you're doing more than Robed models now.
  2. And Soldier of Fortune is not Star Wars-related. Not that it's bad (never played), or that non-Star Wars games are bad (I play quite a few other games), but but at least part of the reason most people (me included) would buy/want a Star Wars game is because it's Star Wars.
  3. But this is supposed to be 34 ABY.
  4. JKA has far superior multiplayer, while JKO has a far superior story mode. Never played JK1 so I don't know what it's like.
  5. It uses the same engine as JKO and JKA, it can't be that different, can it?
  6. Full disclosure: I play SWTOR. But I agree with NumberWan's point, it is a bit too much like traditional Star Wars for something that's supposed to take place 3500 years earlier. In that regard, I like the visual style of the KotOR games and comics better.
  7. You will need XSI and a program the converts .glm models to a format XSI recognizes. Here is a free version of XSI: http://www.gametoast.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=14467 And here is a plugin for importing and exporting .msh (battlefront's format): http://schlechtwetterfront.github.io/xsizetools/ Here is a tutorial on converting JK models to Battlefront: https://sites.google.com/site/swbf2modtoolsdocumentation/new-unit-setup-in-xsi
  8. Both look great IMO. I don't mind having a ton of different options. It only gets annoying when theres like 10 different "species" for just one thing. (Why do they do that? Is there a limit to how many options there can be per species?)
  9. What's there to laugh at? The trailer is awesome and so is the mod as a whole.
  10. Why? Presumably because the person who gave the quest thought it would be fun to pit LotR characters against Star Wars characters, or because he wants to recreate LotR battles in this style of gameplay. The point is: this is a GAME. We play it to have fun, and not all of us want ONLY star wars characters in our star wars games. That's what modding is for, to expand upon the game in any way we want to make it more fun. If you don't like it, don't download it. But you shouldn't discourage a mod's creation just because it doesn't "fit in" with everything else. Calm down.
  11. Yes there is, but It doesn't have JA's multiplayer. (Though the real Lego SW games are awesome, too.)
  12. I can see a total conversion with this. Just make sure they're scaled down, they'd look awful at the height of a normal humanoid.
  13. I actually like the dual sabers and double-bladed sabers. *Everyone looks at me like this: * And while I agree that the SP cameign isn't anywhere near as good as JO, it isn't horrible IMO. *Everyone activates sabers*
  14. LOL. One of the best one I've heard today. Good one!
  15. I never did get to play this with other players. I would have enjoyed it's rpg-ish storyline. Oh, well, as long as the download still exists, there still might be someone playing it. I know the feeling, I was part of a similar community project for Star Wars: Battlefront, that was abandoned due to a hard drive failure (mine) and a general loss of interest. (It's remaining assets can be found HERE, if anyone's interested.)
  16. I remember this! Someone in Lucasfilm should hire these guys! EDIT: Oh, it's an extended version! Even better!
