Looked like stock UE4 assets was all they had to show for the most part. I didn't see much of anything that looked like KOTOR or even Star Wars yet. Maybe I missed something.

You're correct, Circa. They haven't even made basic gameplay. It was just a UE4 tech demo

Too cartoony..even the bad guy "Inquisitor" looks evil but still silly.

I think I saw you make a prototype of this skin a little while ago, make sure to post your skin I'd like to see it. Also what can you do with blender? I've seen using Gimp and Photoshop.

Interesting, here I assumed I had an original thought.

Original thinking would be assuming that the Death Star plans still exist, as the second Death Star was destroyed whilst still being built, yet the first Death Star was destroyed near completion yet they till had the plans to make the second one. So the plans must be there for a third Death Star, right? And since the new Star Wars Rogue One movie is ENTIRELY about obtaining the Death Star plans.. I think we have not seen the last of that Space Station.

The SoF2 manuals from Raven Software are a good place to start. Then checkout @DT85's threads in DF2 mod about Ghoul2 first person view models and new melee animations.

It's taken me a long time to get into the groove of things again. I use to draw quite a bit before I picked up modeling. The best advice I can give you would be to find some source of inspiration, and then, gradually, make it a habit.

I watched it a few weeks ago. The concept was actually pretty cool.

To be completely honest, the movie lost a bit of it's momentum towards the end. But it was good nevertheless.

What about Bounty Hunter. I've seen some armor sets for that class, which piqued my interest initially. 

BH is in the decent category. Voice acting is cartoonish for the male, but the first chapter is really good. Eventually you just become a gun for hire for the Empire and it gets a bit stale.
