Yes, I have unwrapped one head I've saved the image of the UV map, but I am not sure how to color it in Photoshop and bring it on I can't paint sadly.

I tried via some YouTube tutorials with Blender on this matter, but they are if you have the ready texture to apply on the head, not how to draw/make the texture based on the UV.

You're probably googling things related to UV mapping, that part is done, search for texture creation for games.
