What are your favorite saber hilts from Jedi Academy?
Onysfx replied to Circa's topic in Latest Poll
Fireband and Avenger. Simplistic and sleek designs, I like that. -
I remember playing this many years ago, this mod was friggen huge, it took forever to complete it. It was also buggy in some places and I got lost quite a bit lol. Also, are you remaking Yavin 4 The Lost Levels? That one has far more content than the original.
-
You could make the project require JKA at first and temporarily load pk3 files from base for the time being right? Even without texture or model overhauls, the enhanced lighting will work wonders with the game. Also, later down the road would it be possible to port custom maps, such as atlantica and what not?

I've been busy doing other things now that I have my new comp (had it for awhile, but running some games I couldn't run before and been over in other modding communities), but I constantly check jkhub everyday just to check this thread . Great work so far .

Just started playing skyrim for the first time a week ago (I know it's long overdue).

Which ship should I place in the JH3 Main Hanger
Onysfx replied to AngelModder's topic in Mod Requests & Suggestions
@@AngelModder This is the type of ship I'm thinking of, it has a full interior. https://jkhub.org/index.php?app=downloads&module=display§ion=screenshot&record=2208&id=280&full=1 (jkhub won't let me post the image so here is the link) And here is the map: https://jkhub.org/files/file/280-mos-espa-outskirts/ -
And you even included the lights from jedi's home II XD.

Something that has an expansive interior. -
Duplicate the map under the floor?

I think it would be nice to expand on jedi's home II's music. Heard it so many times already but like the soft tunes they use from episode I. Perhaps you could expand on that a little?
-
A few days ago I went back and played jedi's home 2 with my nostalgia glasses off. I have to say, this 3rd version is already far superior.
-
Was disappointed in the first battlefront game they did, don't think I'll be pleased with this one. (they did a great job on the sound effects and visuals though)

@ Sry, bit late to the thread but...

I look forward to this map. Although, are you putting the spawns in the courtyard? Wouldn't it be more authentic to put them at the entrance of the academy? I liked in JHII, when you spawned and got to enter for the first time and be welcomed inside, that would be great to see again.

Bad news folks, he has cancelled work on the map. Unfortunately we won't be seeing a Jedi's Home III coming out . april fools trololol

Where were you when the Star Wars broke?
Onysfx replied to the_raven's topic in Star Wars Franchise Discussions
I was on Coruscant waiting to hear if some friends made it out of the deathstar, of course they didn't caus- oh wait. I actually don't remember the day when the old expanded universe was declared null. I was hoping that there could be a split timeline or something like that to make up for it. I also thought that episode 7 might bring something new and fresh to the table to make up for it, but I was disappointed. And I agree with @@Acrobat about the decline of hollywood and the gaming industry. Everyone always gets hyped up for a game, and then it isn't really that great. I tend to be more impressed with Mods and Game hacks than actual triple A titles lol. There are a few gems that come out here and there though, Shovel Knight being one of them. -
Wow, this map series coming back again. I spent so much time on Jedi's Home II, be it on lugormod, JAplus or OJP, this is like a nostalgic trip. Are you going to try and emulate the Jedi Home feel, with the very well done lighting and smooth shading? I always felt jedi's home had a very soft feel in terms of colors, I hope that's the look you are going for. Very much looking forward to this map.

Considering I have a ton of time and am practically doing nothing, no complaints from me. Good luck on your other mod .

@@Bek If your looking for video game music, I recommend going here: https://hcs64.com/mboard/forum.php?showthread=26929 These guys have VG music ripped raw, but they can only be played with certain plugins, which winamp supports (and foobar2000, but I don't use that one).
