Yes, model commands will work for everyone. But if they are using a model that you don't also have, they will show as Kyle Katarn. And yes, dismemberment will work if you enable it in the server.cfg.

Okay, so if you followed my steps in my last post, you will need to open up the .skin files in a text editor like Notepad. Then you'll need to find each line that references the folder of your custom skin and change it to say reborn. This tutorial explains it quite well: https://jkhub.org/topic/10027-skinning-guide-with-team-supportmodviewicons-explained/

You may as well drag the folder of the custom model you want to the players folder of the Ladder.pk3. Then delete the reborn folder, and rename your custom folder to reborn. But then you'll also need to make .skin files for model_acrobat.skin, model_fencer.skin, and model_forceuser.skin. Although it may not be necessary, I think the game will automatically just use the default version of the model if it can't find the skin, but I can't really remember if that's the case for NPCs or not. If not, you could just duplicate the model_default.skin file 3 times and name them all the above names.

I can't tell what the model's folder name is. Are both folders named reborn? Like modes/players/reborn?
-
Oh, I meant to post it here. That's fine though.

I don't see a question.

Post them here and I'll answer. Better to keep the conversation public so other people can see them in the future if they happen to also need help.

Free PHP-based download management system?
Circa replied to Teancum's topic in Art, Media & Technology
I'm sure there are plugins for WordPress that can do this. Finding something free in general will be difficult though, I'm sure. -
Yes. Just make sure you're not saving over the asset files, but making new pk3 files instead.
-
Use Pakscape to open up the pk3 and look for the saber. If you are brand new to modding, check out this: https://jkhub.org/topic/10130-installing-editing-and-managing-pk3s/ For NPC stuff check out my tutorial: https://jkhub.org/topic/10139-the-basics-of-npc-files/

They grew that relationship very well in my opinion. For a couple of rebels in a war setting, a lot of times relationships like that are unnaturally done, but I feel like theirs seemed very natural. We didn't see a lot of romantic moments between them, mostly partnership moments. But when they did have those romantic moments, they were great.

I thought both episodes this week were extremely well done. I definitely felt the feels, especially in the second episode. Also, the several month wait is due to them still writing and producing these last episodes, I believe. I don't think they knew quite how to end the show until recently.

Locking player completely - Mean camera movement
Circa replied to Langerd's topic in Modding Assistance
It removes the player but you can add a fake player NPC, just like in vanilla SP missions. -
Locking player completely - Mean camera movement

If not, you could always activate a cinematic with the camera where the player is locked. That may not be ideal for what you are trying to do but it's an option. -
Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) is 60% off on Origin, PS4, and Xbox One this week: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront-2/standard-edition Along with a bunch of other EA titles.

That information can be found on the rules page. Rules

Like the page says at the top after you submit it, it requires approval. We will get to it when we can. Also, you confirmed you read the rules and abided by them when you checked the box that said so when you submitted your mod. Hopefully you actually did so. Not saying you didn't, but a lot of people check that box and completely ignore what they are checking the box for. It could say we are planning on selling their mod for profit and they would have no idea.

Like he said, this model has really only been done once, and isn't quite as accurate as it could be. This new one looks to be spot on. Not sure where the notion came from that there are dozens of this model.

Probably the best solution. Otherwise you can use a plugin to flip the phase. Not sure if Audition has the ability to flip the phase.

Would be useful for my current project (currently on hiatus) https://jkhub.org/forum/112-star-wars-saga-mod/ I'm loving what I'm seeing here of the B1. Perhaps I'll have to also finish my Prequel Conversion Mod 2.0 when this gets released.

You can just use target_print with a normal trigger_multiple. Super easy to do.

Circa replied to Sushi's topic in jaMME [Jedi Academy Movie Maker's Edition]
I actually needed version 3.2.4. All other versions after that do not work. If anyone needs it, download it here: https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/static/ffmpeg-3.2.4-win64-static.zip
