  1. The Dash Rendar Lightsaber is now out.
  2. 16 downloads

Based on a picture seen in an Imgur Gallery that was linked on Reddit, I decided to create this mesh at long last. And before anyone asks. I made this to keep everyone, including Gumegguai, in mind. (I sent this file here to keep him and all of you in mind.) The originaI did some testing of this in Movie Duels and Vanilla JA using OpenJK and it works fine. Credits: - STAR WARS: Copyright © Disney/Lucasfilm - Dash Rendar Saber Design: - Designer: the24hrpartyzone - Modeling: SpeedyWalker95 (That's me, SpeedyJDFox95, soon to be SpeedyOtter95) - Texturing: Noodle - Concept: Gumegguai - Game: STAR WARS JEDI KNIGHT: JEDI OUTCAST & JEDI ACADEMY developed by LucasArts and Raven Software.
  3. This is going smoothly. I think if a v2.0 is on the horizon, it could have these features.
  4. There's an error with the pk3 file. I can't seem to open it at all. I tried Movie Duels and it's broken. UPDATE. Had to remake the PK3 files, I think the map is pretty good, but please repackage them using PakScape.
  5. This looks like an interesting model. I'll try it out and see for myself.
  6. Version 0.0.1 Movie Duels Patch

This mod provides a complete sound overhaul for the K-16 Bryar Pistol, replacing the old sounds with those from EA’s Star Wars Battlefront (2016). The sounds now match the iconic sound design featured in the Battlefront game, offering a fresh and immersive experience for your Jedi Academy or Jedi Outcast gameplay. Additionally, compatibility patches are included for the Star Wars Galactic Legacy mod and Movie Duels, allowing you to use these sounds seamlessly with those mods. Installation Instructions: 1. For Jedi Outcast: - Unzip the `zzzk16bryarpistol.pk3` file into the GameData/Base folder of your Jedi Outcast installation. 2. For Jedi Academy (Optional Patches): - If you want to use the Movie Duels patch, unzip the `zzzk16bryarpistol_md.pk3` file into the GameData/MD folder of your Jedi Academy installation. - If you want to use the Star Wars Galactic Legacy patch, unzip the `zzzk16bryarpistol_swgl.pk3` file into the GameData/SWGL folder of your Jedi Academy installation. Credits: - Galactic Legacy: Linken - Movie Duels: DT85, GPChannel, Movie Duels Team, Tompa9 - Sounds: EA & DICE (from Star Wars Battlefront (2016))
  7. I think judging by the screenshots, this is a pretty good model, I know what I'm going to do. I'm going to test this model out, and give a proper review when I am done. But it'll be a different kind of review, it'll be a comment update. [UPDATE] Gotta say, I like this model, my only nitpick is with the NPC file, but it's a fixable nitpick, I know, but I will say, this is worth the download. I have nothing else to say. A+
  8. Hey, I noticed that this model was not following Luke's traditional animations. Thought I'd inform you.
  9. I think that even though it would be cool to give Boba Fett this kind of concept, it's just not fun to be opening those gates and going into a rabbit hole. So, I will, in a sense agree that these files shouldn't be released, only if it's with your own assets can it come to fruition. I hope you all understand coming from me.
  10. @Bart gave me a good idea for this, so I thought to myself. Why not replace a rejected file that was too easy to make with this little tutorial. So, with that. Let's go into Step 1. Step 1. Open up your note editor of choice. For me it's Notepad. And in this example, we're gonna use "boba_fett.npc". Use the file corresponding to the NPC you want modified, obviously. You should extract the file and put it into a separate PK3 if the file resides in assets*.pk3 file. Refer to this tutorial if you don't know how to tinker with NPC files yet: Step 2 is where we remove "altFire 1" and rename this NPC. Step 3 is where we insert the "WP_SABER" and the hilt you want, while adding in a selected color and a Saber Style. In the case of this tutorial, we are gonna use "dual_5" as our saber, "green" as our saber color, and "7" as our saber style. You may want to test this out in-game before you go about tinkering with your version. Here's a screenshot to prove this is too easy. I figured I'd do this instead of release the NPC file.
  11. For a start, this is... A 5/5.
  12. Never mind. I don't know if this is possible. So. I won't pester anyone who isn't keen on this idea.
