  1. Cool ideas. I would like to use the swoop track and then along the course, force pull a pipe down onto another player...only to have water OR hot steam pouring out. So as you come around it's still a dmg obstacle.

He works for UbiSoft in Quebec. I started playing JK2 with my 2 year old son on my lap. Sometimes I would let him take the controls...lol My son is 15 now. He loves JK but prefers CS GO. He has followed my footsteps. He maps CS GO levels. Go figure.... trailing off... back on topic. I like what you have done so far. Please port to JK2.

  4. This looks good already because I don't see any of those DAM default orange and browns associated with sunsets...omg. I would like to see you open your .map file in notepad and replace all bespin_wall textures with another grey or lighter blue color just to see what you can come up with. So yea... you mentioned secret areas. Put more actions into your level please. I tend to make secret areas accessible through a func_breakable wall or a force_push/pull door.

  7. I somewhat agree. I'm really tired of the default Bespin sunset textures. Either use the full daylight textures or maybe choose other non default textures.
  8. I disagree. I think it's great in some places, like where you have it here. I also like fog at the bottom of deep pits so you can't see the player hitting the bottom. This is good because it's just a little hint of fog. Might I suggest the odd (small ) steam jet coming out of the bottom of the wall?
  9. Love the moving clouds. Great for any planet level. Moving stars? NO. Thats wrong.

  12. I actually read the above post and was unaware. I feel your ...annoyance. So that's why my request is not about Star Wars or another game. It's just to see what's cool. I can texture just fine. I just can't model very well. Please ignore the request as I like your current ideas. I have a request that I have not seen yet. If we have a skin around like it, please point me in the right direction. I would like to see a character with shiny cybernetics exposed through the skin. I have seen real people with cybernetic tattoos and they look so rad. So if you have time.....please... since you seem to have built a population of new awesome skins...

  14. Yes I did. But that key only works on one axis plane. It would be nice if it worked on all planes.

  17. Not quite sure but as far as sound editing goes, I think there is software that allows you to take sound files and actually edit partial sounds into new words you can use ingame. Not sure if it's Acoustica Digital Audio Editor
  18. I have read almost everything on this thread and at moddb.com from everyone concerned. I am troubled by peoples egos. I guess the real issue here is people taking credit for other peoples work. In the end, who cares? Most modders aren't going to see their name in the lime light. I know of one programmer who has his name in credits for Quake 4 and TFU. His name is rgoer. Also known as Roger Cordes. He's the author of great levels like "Sunset on Coruscant". I know, I'm straying off topic. I think JaceSolaris should take on this project. Maybe start another thread because this one has old wounds.
  19. What kind of scripting you need? Have you done some already? If you want a great example of scripting, D/L the 'fearis incident' duel level from mslaf.   20. Agreed. Heres another way of saying it: Professionalism. QUALITY. This mod, along with Langerds Bespin level and some aspects of physics from NAB622 WIP, really, the skys the limit.
  21. This interests me. I also have interest in Langerds S/P Bespin project. I would love to see a NEW S/P mod with physics. And not just one you complete in 1 hour.
