  1. I can move it, but he hasn't mentioned anything JKA related, so perhaps he meant to put it here.
  2. Pretty sure adding max-width to the main content is particularly for widescreen monitors. Full screen monitors wouldn't show any difference.
  3. Um. For real? You liked how it was before? There was a huge void in the center of the index with nothing in it. I think fixed width is mandatory for a forum. And everyone needs to keep in mind, this isn't really a new theme. Just a slightly altered one for the new background.
  4. It's called "The Mainframe" http://mrwonko.de/jk3files/Jedi%20Outcast/Mods/Single%20Player/3629/
  5. If they didn't for the trailer or photos, I doubt they will at all. Would seem odd.
  6. Its interesting that they didn't change his eyes for the movie, since that's a pretty distinct feature he has in the show.
  7. If anyone has an opportunity to play the new Lego Star Wars, do it. Especially if you loved the old ones. It really shows how far they've come with these Lego games.
  8. see below: People can express their feelings. By posting. Also, I think what some people don't understand is that even though you disagree with someone's post, you don't HAVE to respond and make your opinion known. If you don't disagree enough to explain why, then just move on. It just adds drama, rather than discussion.
  9. What's the point? If you dislike a post, ignore it, or explain why you dislike. Disliking/downvoting just increases the passive-aggressive nature of social media. "But we have a like button!" you may exclaim. Liking something is a subtle way to show you approve. In most cases, people don't really need to know why people are liking their post. However, if someone dislikes a post, I'd wager anyone would be low-key dying to know why they dislike it. And also, in most cases, people that downvote on reddit tend to post their reasons anyway, which I could see happen even more so here. Because Lord knows people would start to get more dislikes than likes in their notification window. And that's just what I'd want to see when I login to JKHub. "Kylo Ren disliked a post you made." "eezstreet disliked a post you made." "Caelum disliked a post you made" Aw guys, stop smothering me. Really though, I'm not completely against it, but the main reason I'm saying no for now is because I don't really want to pay $10 for the add-on to do so. Maybe if more people supported your request, I'd consider it. Or if someone donated the $10 directly for it.
  10. I'm still holding out for @@DT85's Han model.
  11. Some stuff being revealed in an EW cover story today! http://www.ew.com/star-wars Darth Vader confirmed. EDIT: They're taking a character seen from The Clone Wars series, which is pretty cool. I'm liking how they're connecting stories. http://www.ew.com/article/2016/06/22/star-wars-rogue-one-forest-whitaker-character
  12. And by that, I mean, I don't recommend OpenJK for SP if you're on Mac, because it doesn't have proper widescreen support like the Aspyr version does.
  13. Single Player
  14. You're using the right tools to launch SP (I recommend JKJALaunch only for SP atm) But if you're trying to use a mod that requires an .exe to launch, make sure there's a Mac version as well. Otherwise it won't work. Not sure if EoC has a Mac version. I doubt it but I could l be wrong.
  15. It's just how the software works. The license field is a custom one that we added. If this ever happens, it'll have to wait until we move to XenForo.
  16. That escalated quickly. I used to think just like you, zOrg, until I actually started playing MP. Now every time I go back to SP, I came to realize that I was wrong, after playing MP for a few years. MP movement is much more responsive and smooth. Also, labeling fundamentals in a game as "exploits" is a bit childish. Sure, there are some things about the game that weren't intended as being things, but people that strive to be good at a game have to take those into consideration. Once you learn how to do some of those things, it's not too bad. In fact, it makes it feel more like Star Wars to me, because of the training and practice required to actually get really good at the game. That's why clans thrive in this game, because of the Padawan-Master relationship it can provide.
  17. .warnbox { background: #e3f6e5 url( images/icons/exclamation.png ) no-repeat 9px 10px; border: 1px solid #b4e3b9; color: #475949; } Topic moved to Modding Discussion forum.
  18. Fixed the link. Sorry about that.
  19. Doesn't radiant list the entities for you? You should be able to choose from a list.
  20. I believe team spawns are the same as FFA spawns. They use the info_player_deathmatch entity. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  21. Isn't /set name a better way to do it, or does it not matter in OpenJK? I remember in base /name had a shorter character limit or something like that.
  22. Circa

    Academy for MP

Haven't noticed that. I'll look into it. EDIT: Fixed in 1.1
  23. He went to Half Life 2, not Second Life. Huge difference. Hapslash received dozens of requests a day for him to make countless models. People complained and called him selfish for not contributing enough because he didn't take up their requests. This eventually led to him backing off tremendously, only visiting his Void occasionally. He was a great modeler but an even better texture artist. He made good stuff but treating him like a god is a bit much. Anyhow, let's keep this a bit more on topic.
  24. Try using Audacity instead. I've seen this happen with Wavepad before, where it doesn't make certain changes, even though it says it did. But yeah, 44100 Hz only.
