Description: This mod is a reskin of Mars' old Bantha model, converting it into an Alot from the blog and web comic, Hyperbole and a Half. To spawn the Alot, open the console and enter: "/npc spawn vehicle alot", then jump on his back to ride him! Any bugs, let me know in the comments section! Credits: Thanks to neomarz1 for the Bantha model, as well as Light NInja for animating it. Uses content from the following mods: https://jkhub.org/files/file/645-%7B%3F%7D/- 3 comments

Description: If you have Jedi Academy installed via Steam, you may as well overlook this mod. If you have JA installed the old fashioned way, then maybe this mod is for you! This launcher has a few more things going for it than just a redesign. For a quick idea of just what is included, take a swift look at the screenshots provided. Firstly, the buttons have undergone some redecorating, and have been provided with new sounds. The dead link to the Jedi Academy website has been overwritten to take you straight to JKHub. There is also a new links directory file, which is essentially a condensed version of the information found on the JKHub Directory page. Most of the text has been altered from the original launcher, too. So quite the overhaul! If you're interested, why not give it a try? Just be sure to backup the original, first! Installation Instructions: A standard Jedi Academy directory (i.e. Not purchased via Steam) has a file path similar to this: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\Base Inside the "Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy" folder, is "Gamedata" and "Install" Back-up the "Install" folder somewhere. Then, take the "Install" folder from the file you just downloaded, and drag it into the "Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy" folder. You should be prompted as to whether or not you'd like to overwrite 14 files or so, hit yes. There, the launcher is installed. Additional Comments: If you become aware of any issues regarding this mod, don't hesitate to drop a comment in the section below! -
To be fair, I imagine that they work off of concept art most of the time. I think you'd do well.

Awesome work! That looks fanastic!

No, that's pretty darn impressive.

That's looking incredibly awesome so far, well done!

Some of these features look really interesting. I'm curious to see what else you had in the works!

That, is a really cool lookin' Lightsaber in the first screenshot. Meanwhile, I did a little bit of playing around. All of the screenshots below are near enough identical, just a few subtle differences. I'm still undecided on which one I prefer the most.

It's no wonder getting a hold of 'em is so difficult if they're all ported models.

Anyone here from the old Harry Potter-modteam?

Why not ask him? The readme file of the Ultimate Weapons has his contact details. http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/UltimateWeapons;91175 -
I was wondering if anybody felt up to sharing some of their more artistic, comedic, or otherwise significant pictures from their time playing the Jedi Knight series. Whether they're screenshots, ModView/Photoshop compilations or other! I was sifting through a backlog of some of the images I compiled, here's a small handful, a few of which I'd sent in the past for JKFiles PotDs, too!

To be fair, it's a much nicer scope than the one Base Jedi Academy offers! I like it. I'm looking forward to the model, too.

Placing the .pk3 in your Jedi Outcast Base folder will increase all of the attributes of your npcs, but dramatically lower their health. Why? I felt the AI was lacking, but I also felt that if I were to shoot someone with a blaster, or slice them across the chest with a Lightsaber blade, they ought to die pretty darn quickly. For the best results, play through single player in Jedi Master mode. Try and get through it without cheating! -

There was a Harry Potter mod team? That's actually kinda awesome. I'd be curious to see what could be done in the way of wand duelling in particular. Adding knock-backs, new animations... Could have a lot of potential. -

Firefox -> Tools -> Start Private Browsing? O_o Though I've always preferred to set my browsers to remember absolutely zilch from history to form data and logins. I keep my regulars on my bookmark toolbar. Saves some hassle clearing things out when you need to. Note: I use Chrome.
