Your work is genious and you should do what you think is better! A blocking system I've seen that works well on JA is the MBII blocking. It's basically a block button that protects the player from most harm, but it's linked to the equivalent of a stamina bar, so you can't keep blocking forever. I remember counter attacks on Soul Calibur, when you blocked an attack on the moment of impact, the enemy would stagger. Whatever you do, I'm sure it will work fine. This is the most original mod I've ever seen in Jedi Academy.

I'd rather have a blocking system! That would be awesome.

If it's possible, me and my brothers should be able to play anyday. Just hope there's a way to notify people, since I don't check the forums all the time.

Now I can watch it. A job well done, nice use of lightning, cuts and zoom. The fact that it fits with the music is a nice detail. Also, the enviroment looks immersive enough, with all the other people sitting or minding their own bussiness. This is the most interesting thing going right now in the mod scene

Only people with a lot of money can be so gullible as to waste their cash on a kickstarter. With a few exceptions, they're all failed projects that no investor would touch with a 10-foot pole. The only one that I remember actually accomplished something was by the developers of the Kingdome Come: Deliverance videogame, which had people investing on it years before their kickstarter page.

Ahsoka is great. One of the best examples of good character development in any medium.

Everything about this mod is gold. The map, the lightning, the models, the weapons, and the effects.

When I got sick of the stupid honour rules and laming whining back in 2006, I did what any reasonable person would do. I started my own lugormod server with no rules and told a couple of friends to join, when the server started having some activity, people naturally started to join in time. I was even able to play in some of those big ass maps with ships, which you never get to see since everybody loves raving with their glowsticks. Now that I came back to the game I downloaded MBII and I'm happy since in recent days AOD seems to not be the only server with people. I was tired of always playing on mb2_dotf.

I can see why they didn't use that concept. It's not subtle at all. In fact, there are many things that aren't subtle about the nazi allegory in the new movie, but that outfit takes the prize.

That's why I think I'll see the movie when it's on blu-ray or something similar. The hype machine is too powerful in this digital era and that clouds most people judgement when it comes to reviewing films. I think it's just a bitter feeling that the franchise that's known for always trying new stuff (even if some people don't like it, like the prequels) is now doing rehashes because it's afraid of not doing something safe.

I don't trust Rotten Tomatoes anymore after reading some of the reviews. Most of them are quite negative, stating that the movie is a rehash of A New Hope, but somehow rotten tomatoes takes that as a positive review.

Death is a natural part of life. Rejoice for those around you who transform into the Force. Mourn them do not. Miss them do not. Attachment leads to jealously. The shadow of greed, that is.

The frankensteining looks well thought, but the skinning is so much better! Nice work!
