  1. @@GojiraGamer For the first one, I think Mercenary Kyle Katarn would be a perfect to work with. The only things he needs are some glasses and a trench coat. http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Mercenary_Kyle_Katarn;17302
  2. Welcome to JKHub, Brownjor10! You did an amazing job here.
  3. Jedi Academy and Jedi Outcast aren't open source. Why? Because you still have to buy these games (on Steam or anything like that). Only the source code of both games has been released, which gives you more possibilities in modifying the games. It doesn't mean that you can use the games content (models, maps, textures) wherever you want.
  4. I can't believe my eyes . It looks incredible!
  5. Finally a good version of Luke as a pilot. And you know what? When I look at these screenshots, I think R2-D2 should get an updated version, too.
  6. Can't wait to see that one .
  7. Looks pretty decent. Probably the best Lara Croft skin so far.

    Batman Pack

Lightsource's models were awesome, especially The Joker and this one.
  9. In the 'InFamous' games, you can thrust yourself up and glide through the air. It looks like this: I thought it would be an interesting feature for Jedi Academy. My idea was to modify the regular force jump, maybe by adding another jump level which contains that ability (if possible). It could be activated like the jetpack by simply pressing the jump button twice.
  10. Keep in mind that it's still a Star Wars game, not Mortal Kombat .
  11. I think @@Asgarath83 asked you if he could use your blood mod in his Legacy of Kain mod.
  12. Now add the sound of Lego bricks falling to the ground, and the game is PEGI 7. Simple as that .
  13. It looks so cheesy that I like it .
  14. @@Langerd Oh yeah, I remember that fan. I want to see that dismemberment effect in Jedi Academy. The whole The Phantom Menace game was sometimes so ridiculous, that it was fun at the same time. I mean, that's probably the most violent Star Wars game in history (You could also shoot literally every NPC on a map and you couldn't proceed after that, because a mob tried to kill you afterwards). And that's just ironic, because the film wasn't that violent at all.
  15. Okay, there is a lot to do on that model. But still, it's a good start .
  16. Has anyone ever considered to make a Dalek model for Jedi Academy or Jedi Outcast? I thought it could be a replacement for some enemys, like the Saber Droid (or Galak Mech). And a drivable version would be also great, as the Dalek can float. There is a custom made Dalek model, which is based on the 2005 version of Doctor Who, but it's only for Elite Force. http://eliteforce2.filefront.com/file/Dalek_2005_Version;66541 NOTE: I'm not asking to directly port it from Elite Force. I just thought it could be used as a reference if someone is interested in making it.
  17. Even if the sky looks a little bit "weird", I must say that it is actually pretty good. It gives the map a little bit more depth.
  18. Looks cool and creepy at the same time. I like it!
  19. @@GojiraGamer I think it's because Jedi Academy supports MP3 formats with about 120 kBit/s. If your files have more than that, like 320 kBit/s, you should convert them into 120 kBit/s. A question to those who are into coding: Is it possible to modify the game so that it recognizes MP3 files with higher quality?
  20. Version 1

    278 downloads

This mod basically replaces most of the default lightsaber sounds with the ones heard in Mel Brooks' 'Spaceballs'. I tried to get the best results possible. Known Issues: There aren't any. But if you find some flaws or have suggestions to improve this mod, just let me know about it in the comments. MAY THE SCHWARTZ BE WITH YOU!
  21. Come on, guys! Let's grant him his wish before the 'The Clone Wars' requests die out and the 'Star Wars Rebels' requests take over .
  22. Best Emperor skin so far. It resembles him a lot.
  23. That's actually a great idea. It would be a huge load of work, but if it's done right, it could make the maps more visual appealing. There are tons of games out there in which modders modified maps (and map objects) to make them look more modern. For Half-Life 2, there is a mod called Cinematic Mod. The developer(s) gave the maps a big makeover. I know, Half-Life 2 has a different engine, but it shouldn't be a problem to do something like that with Jedi Academy or Jedi Outcast, right?
  24. At least he can show us the capabilities of his mod without using multiple models .
  25. @@Sentra In my opinion, Seagate has the worst HDDs on the market. I hate them! On other HDDs, you still have a chance to recover your data before it gets even worse. But on a Seagate HDD, there is no way to recover your data once it has any problems. Samsung HDDs are a way better choice, because they are more durable.
