  1. Hey there! Glad to see new faces around, allthough I expected a few more since the humble bundle was really a great thing.
  2. @@Onysfx haha I missed this line of yours Anyway, MrRizaz, welcome!
  3. Yeah, it's a shame. We could try to bring people back into it a bit... but that's not what I came here for. I came to say WELCOME to @@gardar15 and I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do.
  4. I have to decide, haven't for sure yet... the lightsaber pike is fairly easy and has lots of different materials I plan to learn creating in substance. If you're interested in what requests I'll be working on, well, after the lightsaber pike I'll maybe do one more request (if you're interested in what order I make them, I'm trying hard to stay fair. I make them in the way they were posted but up until now I've left out one request because of two very good reasons, if I've already done a request for someone and that same person requests something else, it goes to the very back of my list). Otherwise, I plan on finishing the textures in the Mixed Sabers Pack and start working on the Singles, since I've got all 6 additional hilts picked out at this point. After that it'll be the Dual Sabers, once Zefilus manages to come up with enough hilts. Once my weapons part in my projects is finished, I'll start working on guns that are not being made by someone else yet. At the same time, I'll be working on the weapons for The Dark Pastime and finish my part for it, so that the team doesn't need to worry about weapons anymore. But this is just a general plan, things may change depending on situations and circumstances. On my to-do list, I've got teaming up with Mr. Zz planned for a restarted Texture Overhaul, weapons for The Dark Pastime and my own project at the moment. Also, I'll help one of our members create a new face for the...elder model, since he needs it for a mod of his. That's about it. Oh, I think I'll go and try playing around with DT's stormtrooper's textures and make a few reskins. I planned to create my own reskin of it anyway, since there's a few specific things I'd like to see on it but I don't on those existing released skins. EDIT: Actually, expect a ThrowablesHD (Trip Mines, Thermal Detonator etc.) release sometime soon. I'll do those three throwable weapons in JKA right off the bat, once I finish the lightsaber pike. Schouldn't be too much work, two or three days schould be enough for all three.
  5. haha come on guys I'm still in the beginners stages of learning this high poly modeling and substance stuff. But thanks, this means a lot to me. @AngelSoul not yet, buddy. Not yet.
  6. well, there you go!
  7. That's what I'm thinking, too. @ Circa has put together a very nice pack regarding that: https://jkhub.org/files/file/1711-star-wars-hilt-pack/
  8. haha truffle doesn't hold back Well I've been wanting to see such a trooper for some time. Great work!
  9. @@Torki @ https://jkhub.org/files/file/2297-kanan39s-lightsaber/ Now it's Ligthsaber Pike time.

I dunno why I even keep this category in my request mods. Anyways, have fun... sabering things!
  11. Now this is something different. I feel like JKA:JKO might be worth downloading now and replacing desann with this monster.
  12. Langerd, your requested gafi weapons are in here and you just found out about the pack now? haha I gotta applaud you hahaha
  13. @, to be honest, look; I'm working on my skills and 6 concepts for singles, 9 concepts for duals, besides this I'm doing requests, besides both I promised Mr. Zz I'd start working with him on the texture overhaul, besides this I'll be working weapons for The Dark Pastime... actually there's lots of stuff going on for me right now. Especially learning substance is vital for the overhaul work. There's a great pack already out there, so I'm not completely sure I'd do it, but on the other hand maybe I will and have them hilts prepped with normal maps for when rend2 arrives in it's complete glory. If I decide to take it up, you'd need to understand it would be on the very end of my to-do list.
  14. Okay, that's overdoing it. It is exceptionally good though, it really is. I'm playing all Assassin's Creed games, up to AC3 now, no lag, with every setting on max/ultra! @@NumberWan I also noticed you need a force pike. You're lucky, I've already done it since it was requested here. Here it is: https://jkhub.org/files/file/2226-single-handed-force-pike/
  15. uh actually, I was not only spawning them, fighting them. Like around 10 at a time were launching force powers at me and a few trying to stab me, fight actually I had to jump around all the time like crazy. Now read this: No lag.
  16. That's true though I've been doing tests regarding that. I've had 40 Tavion npcs, with dual wielding kylo ren's. I don't know how this would be if you add some scripts like you say, but I didn't get any lag AT ALL. I do have a beast instead of a computer, true, but still, not even before have people reported any lag issues with my weapons. So I bet that we worry too much and that almost noone still has low-end computers. Any gamer has at least got a mid-end one themselves by now I think.
  17. Thanks everyone! The next, Kanan's one is fairly the easiest high poly model I've done so far. Expect one more hilt very, very soon!
  18. SICK! I'm totally going to do that.
  19. @@NumberWan not good at drawing, so I made a simple lowpoly model of the hilt I've drawn a concept of. Just imagine lots of things that are realistic to the saber - in my head, the brown is leather, the white is actually brushed silver metal and the black is something like rubber. Also a holster ring and some additional buttons/lights are missing on the control box... or actually something that would give it meaning at all anyway, here's the concept, I call it the Handy: Here it is. I imagine this being a simple-put-together hilt, which would mean that some primitive alien species would use it... or a newbie in the Jedi ways. Also, let's start talking about the Evil Genius and how to redraw him - or I could even recreate it if you wish, I work differently now then I did before. Last but not least, I would like to decide which of the characters get which hilt so that I know on which ones I need to focus on. Or say that you don't like them and I'll do other ones just don't think that you have to like it because I already made a model - to be honest, this was 5 minutes of work, so... no problem there. look at the Darkness or Vigilante hilt, for example; those were around 2 days of work and they look like all my finished products will from now on. The model up there on the picture is a simple extrude bevel work and then material colors, that's all.
  20. Couldn't have said it better but I didn't reply to Arachno-Man because it's true and there's no shame in my confession, more like admiration - Ashura has really evolved such a great workflow routine that simply stuns me all the time, in any model he's made/makes. That's the one and only truth! That's what I thought at least before I started learning it. Next-gen programs and genius thinking are the true reasons for your gorgeous mods. I can achieve the programs allright in due time but get to a point where we'll be on equal terms is probably yet years away.
  21. Thanks @@Langerd Been working hard on this one. It wasn't that complicated really, it's just I'm learning a completely new way of modeling. Wait actually the whole process is completely different and what I'm doing... now I'm just coming to terms with all this new stuff and with each hilt I make, I'll get quicker and better, I hope. Anyway, hilt uploaded. The next one is for @@Torki / @ And after this one, @@Kualan 's Lightsaber Pike.

  24. haha yeah, true Zefilus's designs stepped up their game and so have I decided to go through hell for each saber, do high poly and low poly versions, bake the textures and the result is the Vigilante. It takes me around a day or two to finish one hilt like that, but it sure is worth it I think. Thanks for the feedback! More from other people are, of course, welcome!
  25. Well yours Zefilus was a long time ago by now.
