  1. .warnbox { background: #e3f6e5 url( images/icons/exclamation.png ) no-repeat 9px 10px; border: 1px solid #b4e3b9; color: #475949; } Topic moved to Modding Assistance forum. I don't understand what the screenshot is supposed to be showing. Or the issue, exactly. Each LOD is supposed to be less quality with each number.
  2. The issue is the animations. They are made for larger weapons, so if you scale it properly, the left hand of playermodels will be too far forward as if they are holding the air in front of the muzzle or the muzzle itself.
  3. I kinda figured that. Our search function is pretty terrible, so if you searched "e-11" you probably got no results at all. I searched "blaster" and it was there. Sorry about that. Searching will be better soon when we upgrade the forum. Would love to see other blasters for the OT seen in Battlefront though. The Relby is one of my favorite guns from the game. Would love to see that in JKA.
  4. Looks great. Rooxon made one a few months ago with the same goal. I'll be interested to see how yours will differ.
  5. This thread hasn't been posted in by the author for over a year, so I'd guess not?

    Idiot Needs Help!

What UI error? Switching from basejka to OpenJK means you also have to use the other japlus folder. So instead of GameData/japlus it'll probably be /Documents/My Games/OpenJK/japlus. Make sure everything is in that japlus folder instead of the base one. OpenJK basically allows you to have a second base folder, both of which are used when launching the game. But anything in GameData is not used, but rather the one used in the OpenJK folder are. Hopefully that makes sense.
  7. I thought it was the lambda shuttle we were talking about?

Seems like you have JA++ assets but not the other important things. You put everything in the japlus folder, right?
  9. Heh. That's one method. There's an empty.md3 in models/weapons2/ I believe.
  10. is it a .ibi script? If so just remove that from the pk3. No mapping involved. You'll probably just get an error in the console when it tries to use it.
  11. Maybe its just a temporary bug in a recent update in Firefox that will be fixed soon? It worked fine up until last week.
  12. What models?

Looks cool, but taking a look at your PK3, the models folder is empty, the real one is named models-1. Won't work that way.
  14. @@NAB622 not sure if this is a temporary thing or what, but the tracker currently is not working in Firefox. All other browsers are fine though.
  15. Right but on Mac it would be: ~/Library/Appilcation Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Jedi Academy
  16. I'd be up for that if you guys think you are ready for it.
  17. Yes, the only thing that is different is the actual directory of the base folder. After that it's the exact same.
  18. Indeed, it is possible. I do it on my Mac perfectly fine.
  19. Aren't the videos posted here from someone on this team? https://jkhub.org/topic/9589-any-possibility-ja-can-look-like-a-modern-game/
  20. It's just a feature of the mod. Are you requesting help with implementing this feature in your own mod or what? You posted in General Discussion, not Coding or requests.
  21. That is a function of the JA+ mod.
  22. Yes? The JKJALaunch app is for all versions. Not sure where you got the 1.3 number from, that's not even an existing OSX version. Where did you purchase your game? Steam or the Mac App Store?
  23. Maybe upload your map file for one of us to take a look at? Not really sure what's going on here.
  24. Did you try this?
  25. BSP -meta will not compile any lighting at all. It will be bright because it has no light info at all. If it's dark when you use a different compile option, then you probably didn't implement lights correctly. That means it's compiling the lighting but there aren't any to compile. I always use this one:
