      I dont understand the hate on that movie... by people mean : not many questions were anwsered. I mean you rly want story telling where everything is descirbed? Told in the most boring way possible?

      The low ratings are because of a poor storyline and storytelling. It's a good movie because of the direction however.

      I was sooo glad, it wasn't a repetition of any other Episode, that I wouldn't take notice of many of the poor moments in TLJ. The one I couldn't ignore is the music, which wasn't as good as in Episode I for instance.

  3. Good idea! Drain your health and force to minimum, so if/when you end it, you have to recover a lot or you die for real.
  4. Alright. So. The Last Jedi has Luke use a new force power, Astral Projection. I was thinking that this would be fairly simple to code together, if done right. So how I was thinking this could go is: (While playing as TFA/TLJ Luke) -Select Projection force power - Aim at an area with the recticle and activate the ability - Game will spawn a clone of the players current playermodel in the area you aim (which would be Luke) - Game will change the animation of the main playermodel to the meditation animation - Game will give the "mind control" ability on the newly spawned clone, but it lasts forever, until you disable it or die - The cloned playermodel will be invincible, and won't be able to take any damage/attacks - If you disable it, the game will auto kill the cloned playermodel and return you back to your main playermodel and remove the meditation animation Of course, it would all have to work as seamlessly as possible, but I am sure it can be done, I know there are very talented people here, and I have worked with many in the past. Let me know your thoughts, and how it could possibly be implemented!

  7. I honestly think the base animation for saber throw sucks. The animation for it is basically the player holding out their stretched arm while the saber just spins forward and then comes back like a Frisbee. It's actually lame for the most part. Maybe someone could make new animations based on the saber throw from The Force Unleashed: I love how there are two versions. Luke has a super fast one, and the Hoth stalker has a slow one, but yet it still looks faster than the Jedi Academy saber throw.

  9. The saber is not functioning properly. I will get this fixed for a v3. Edit: v3 is out, there should be no more issues with the saber. Edit 2: v4 is out, the saber has no more issues. Edit 3: v5 is out, saber radius fixed, playermodel fixed.
  10. Amazing model! 5 stars for knowing the amount of effort you put into this. It was awesome to check this for errors with you pre-release.
  11. You can just get a free image editing program, I suggest paint.NET. Open the textures in the program, and then duplicate layers on each texture. Edit the layer properties of the top layer to overlay, for all textures. Then you can edit the bottom layers with the eraser tool and carefully erase the parts you want to be transparent. Then merge the layers down and save the new individual textures as a .png file, or a .tga file, your choice.

DESCRIPTION: Proudly announcing Darth Zovirex. He is a custom character which is non-canon to Star Wars or anything else. I actually got the idea of making this from watching Yao Gamers on YouTube. After they made videos with my Starstrider mod, I started to enjoy their Jedi Academy videos more and more. There are two versions of Darth Zovirex, one with his hood, and one without his hood. Darth Zovirex: npc spawn zovirex playermodel zovirex Darth Zovirex with hood: npc spawn zovirexh playermodel zovirexh The eyes of Darth Zovirex will look familiar to some - and it should, I gave him the eyes of Sauron from The Lord of the Rings! BACKGROUND: Darth Zovirex is meant to be the apprentice of Starstrider who turned to the dark side after the death of his master Starstrider in the Clone Wars by the hands of Darth Vader (pre-suit) during the execution of Order 66. Zovirex, in his fury went on a rampage, slaughtering Clone Troopers left and right. He eventually faced Darth Vader, who was viewing security footage of Starstrider with many different apprentices who Starstrider never made into masters. Zovirex saw this and was enraged by this, so he proceeded to unleash his fury on Darth Vader. The fight ended badly, Zovirex had his lightsaber sliced in half by Darth Vader, and as a consequence of his blind fury, Darth Vader cut out Zovirex's eyes with his lightsaber, making him literally blind. Darth Vader preached as to how blinded Jedi had become to their morals and their "religion", but eventually reconciled with Zovirex, telling Zovirex that he too, was once blinded and was never made a master by the Jedi council. Darth Vader reluctantly chose to help Zovirex to regain his vision by making him see all that was previously blind and oblivious to him, taking Zovirex as his first apprentice. Zovirex had since done various missions alongside Darth Vader together with the guidance of Darth Sidious, to attain his master status and ultimately master all of his force abilities. Impressed by the dedication and evolution of Zovirex, Darth Sidious taught Zovirex the ability of dark foresight. Zovirex mastered this ability and regained his vision, but he only saw everything on fire, as he could only ever see the power of the dark side, which upon viewing turned his eyes into pure fire. Light became too bright for Zovirex, so he mostly used a hood on bright planets. After Zovirex had fulfilled his usefullness to both Darth Vader and Darth Sidious, Darth Zovirex spent most of his time on Coruscant, mainly due to the dark environment which suited his eyes more than any bright planet could. He befriended Bounty Hunters and made a life trading through the Black Market and killing various targets for their bountys. He became the only "Sith Bounty Hunter" on Coruscant that worked together with many infamous Bounty Hunters including Boba Fett and IG-88. On his various missions, Zovirex traversed through many ancient Sith Temples hidden in obscure locations on distant planets where targets fled from the Republic and from various Cartels on Coruscant. Inside these ancient Sith temples, Zovirex found and reforged both an ancient set of Sith greaves as his new armor, and an ancent Sith cross-guarded staff as his new saber using Mandalorian Iron. These new items made his missions much easier to execute, since Mandalorian Iron cannot be so easily cut by a saber blade or damaged by blaster fire. EXTRA/THOUGHTS: I'm starting to enjoy making custom characters a lot more than I thought. It's especially nice to work with talented voice actors to really put that extra life into the character. Both of my custom characters -- Starstrider & Darth Zovirex -- are mostly of my own thought, but are influenced by other Star Wars fans and other peoples' work. Starstrider was actually a community effort since a JKHub member @therfiles gave Starstrider his name! It's great to bring these ideas to life and I feel it is so much more creative than to make a pre-existing character. Here is the code: falconvm_vehicle { playerTeam TEAM_NEUTRAL enemyTeam TEAM_NEUTRAL class CLASS_VEHICLE width 300 height 60 health 5000 } Put that into a text document and save it as falconvm_vehicle.npc put it in the same folder as the regular falconvm.npc file. Make sure you add customSkin to it. Edit: That's good I'm glad it's resolved, and yes, a small shader should solve that.
  17. Ah, I see. Do you have a falconvm_vehicle.npc file? If so you may want to duplicate the code add the customSkin code into the duplicated code, with a different name.
  18. In that case you would need to create a "skin" file. The way you could do that is find out what the regular textures are mapped to on the model, and then add this into a skin file and then change the texture name accordingly. You could always use a different vehicles .skin file as a template to help.
