Clone? No. More likely it's just a force vision she experiences inside the Death Star wreckage, similar to what happened to Luke on Dagobah.

My theory is that it happens during the first half of the film, a vision that scares and motivates her to go to the wreckage in the second half. A trick by Palpatine to lure her in, to manipulate her to join the dark side. A move that makes Kylo virtually expendable, thus creating a "race to the source" if you will, and we will get a duel scene between the two that equals Anakin v Obi-Wan in epicness.

Next September marks the 16th Anniversary for Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy and I'm curious about what kind of feelings this wakes in you - personally I can look back in time and find mostly happy moments, and some of those friendships made 16 years ago turned out to be what seems like a lifelong pact. Right from the get-go I took interest in mapping and modding in general, that passion is still there and I toy around in Gtk Radiant on a weekly basis. So when I think of these past 16 years, I also think about the many great maps, mods and the people behind those projects who inspired and challenged me to be better at modding. Hapslash models, SJC maps, Szico's work, Jedi Knight Re-Edited goof videos and so on. This game and everything that came with it has had a huge impact on my life. 

Thinking about it all made me wonder if we could have a Sweet 16 Modding Contest, in celebration of the 16th Anniversary? That could be fun.

Until you actually pull the plug on this website, this community isn't going anywhere. This so called Disney era hasn't been approved by everyone but Star Wars is nonetheless very popular and while others grow out of this all; new people will find and embrace the awesomeness of Jedi Knight. Ironically that sounds exactly like what is happening in the new movies! One day perhaps even sooner than we expect, someone will be amazed by the many mods and projects here and you get to say;

OP is not at fault here, but this is especially troublesome for tutorial pages and should be fixed. Sadly no one has the time to do it - you'll probably have to make do with what you have (text).

@ZanderNao Thanks but that doesn't look like the droid I was looking for  LOL. That in fact is the real deal; one ugly motherf***ng model which is over ten years old by now.

I'm interested in something much better looking, like the one that @Omega teased us with, though it seems to be a ''mere re-skin" but it looks really good compared to the original.

I'm working on a predator map so.. I could really use that predator skin! Any way you could send it to me?

You're excellent with models, especially with anything imperial - so I have no doubt you could pull this off

The hips part of the tunic looks more like a skirt now to be honest. Probably because the belt is too wide.

I want to share some of my artwork here as well. Mostly Jedi Academy and Jedi of Freedom inspired desktop backgrounds - I've only recently began creating images of this scale but judging by the positive feedback, seems that I'm doing at least something right right? Feel free to drop comments, critique, tips and requests.   Even though I can't really promise anything but I've enjoyed doing this so far! The way I create these images is really simple to be honest: I screenshot something in ModView and find a pleasing background for it from the endless resource basket know as Google and start adding layers upon layers till it looks good.

The first two films of the current trilogy have so far been interesting yet full of questionable moments that split the fanbase and made others completely abandon the franchise. Whatever chances The Force Awakens had for starting something new and exciting was straight out trashed by Writer & Director, Rian Johnson. As mentioned so many times before, The Last Jedi wasn't necessarily a bad film - many of the actors performed great and the visual effects were pleasing to watch, but the story felt empty and weird. Now that J.J. Abrams has ironically finished what he started - I'm certainly waiting for that first teaser trailer to be revealed on StarWars Celebration Day, (April 11-15th) to see if he has indeed, managed to do the impossible - which is of course: bringing the fans back together and rescuing the franchise. The rumors circling around the movie are certainly suggesting that this will be worth watching but that may be just another case of clever marketing so honestly I don't feel like paying for the upcoming episode - not yet. The most interesting rumor for me has to be about the supposed CGI work to create a scene that will re-unite the three heroes from the original trilogy, that is of course Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa & Han Solo.

Whatever the case - this April will be most imporant for the StarWars fanbase.

I don't know if this will be the last one. A friend of mine said he had read something about a new trilogy being discussed - I'd like to argue that it's only a rumor

Hey,

I'm interested in custom animations and looking for some guidance on how to import and use ready animations for JA / how to create new animations. I'll obviously want to start with something simple like editing a random animation from ja+ like... /amsit2 or the melee idle animation, something that will help me get started and see if I have what it takes I'm a veteran mapper with plenty of ideas and it would be nice to learn something new. So.. any helpful tips?
