Head-swaps might be possible, but full blown conversions to KOTOR are unlikely. For the texture conversion you could do that yourself fairly simply with a free software like GIMP, should allow you to open the texture files in their current .jpeg / .png and resave them as .tga

Be careful with buying on Turbosquid, a number of times they're just selling ported models - particularly for Star Wars things.

Once you have the base model/texture done I'd be happy to help out with making some of the skin variants.

Star Wars Jedi Knight/Jedi Outcast Fan Cast
Kualan replied to gugatucci's topic in Jedi Knight General Discussions
I can sort of see Iain Glen as Jerec, though personally I think he would be better suited for Morgan Katarn. I could see a slightly younger Bill Nighy doing the role of Jerec justice. Kristen Bell and Joe Dempsie as Sariss and Yun? Have to respectfully disagree with OP on those Additional cast suggestions: Qu Rahn - Jeffrey Wright Tavion - Eva Green Admiral Fyarr - Kevin Eldon -

I recommend having a look on Roll20 - it allows you to play online and you can even filter searches by game/timezone preferences and whether or not games are happy to take on first-timers (most are!) -

I know most will go with Han - but to be honest, ESB proves Lando knows how to get the drop on him.

Can a jedi become a psychiatrist?
Kualan replied to syainkn's topic in Star Wars Franchise Discussions
Hey, nice to see a Tales shout-out! To address OP's point, I would say Jedi are encouraged to use their powers as a form of therapy to help those in need. I don't know that they would agree with the morality of using mind tricks to achieve these aims though - they are effectively "tricking" the patient into believing they are well instead of helping them reach that place of healing of their own volition. -

The Dark Pasttime mod will also feature Bothans.

Star Wars Tabletop RPG by Fantasy Flight Games
Kualan replied to Kualan's topic in Star Wars Franchise Discussions
This was pretty much me until a few months ago. I think the Internet has really helped let things like this gain popularity. There are dedicate sites (like Roll20.net) designed entirely to facilitate RPG groups, so you know longer need to worry about meeting up in person with the same group each week. You can just boot up Skype, log in to a gaming website and get started. If you want to try it out I recommend checking out Roll20. There's a lot of games out there and they even come with a filter system so you can find ones listed as "beginner friendly" for those wanting to learn the ropes. Definitely agree with this. I was aware of DnD but never played it as the rules are an absolute behemoth and it is very focused on dice rolls and what specific results mean. The Star Wars game has its own 'narrative dice system' where the story and collaboration between the GM and the players are balanced against the dice results. It's hard to explain without seeing it in action but the result is less "I strike the enemy with my +4 Axe of Icefire" and feels far more like a scene from a Star Wars movie. Heck, if there's enough interest I could even look into setting up a group of Hub members to play a campaign. -
So I don't think I've seen a topic discussing this before. Just wondering if anyone in the JKHub community has ever played the Star Wars tabletop RPG by Fantasy Flight Games: https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/starwarsrpg/ For those who don't know what is meant by the term 'tabletop RPG' just think of Dungeons & Dragons but in the galaxy far far away. I recently got into it and have just started GMing a solo campaign with a friend - any other players here or folks considering trying it out? Let discussion commence!

Boba Fett Pre-Mandalorian Armor from The Clone Wars

There's a kitbash in one of my release packs. -
That's definitely not a Force Arena model. I play that game, and they're not in it - and there's no way a mobile game would have higher-res models than SWTOR (or even remotely close).
-
Naming them correctly is one thing but are they parented correctly in the hierarchy too? For example, you don't have everything parented directly to model_root do you?
-
It's in the second Mega Pack on the front page of my thread.

In Modview, if you go to Edit and untick Show Objects As Two Sided (or something like that) does the accessory also become invisible?

Cursory glance, but those look like some handy guides. Bookmarked, thanks. -
Pirating EA's Battlefront(s)?
Kualan replied to the_raven's topic in Star Wars Franchise Discussions
But seriously, why would you think posting a thread overtly advocating for people to pirate a game would be a smart thing to do? -
STAR WARS: Movie Duels (Remaster of Movie Duels II)

The name is utterly irrelevant, I don't understand why people are getting so tied up on it. -
To be fair, these guys have a very simple design with few complicated shapes or highly-detailed surfaces that would make them a very suitable first project for a budding new modeller. Texturing it would be a doddle, no complex face rigging required, etc.
