  1. Delta-7B just needs testing as a working vehicle in-game but I think it's mostly there. Anyway, here's an update I'm considering to one of the current files. Personally I think it looks a lot better:

  3. I just finished reading the new Thrawn novel and it's got me hyped up for these Imperial officer skins again.
  4. I still have the Black Sun Mercenary for sure and I'm pretty sure the RSB Agent is somewhere too - not sure on the last one, I can't find it at the moment but I may have given it a different name in my models folder.

  8. Check the .skin file again, that message displaying means the .skin file has listed a surface that the .glm doesn't actually contain. Use CTRL+F to search for it. This message will display in Modview even if the surface is listed as *off in the .skin file. Just delete the relevant entry.

  10. Nice. A recent data leak has suggested FA should be getting a bunch of prequel content at some point in the future so there may be more opportunities to come.
  11. She uses the NPC one, not the player one. You can tell because the NPC one has longer montrals.
  12. IIRC correctly, the model would be in dynamic_head whilst the textures would be in creature_npc_a_1 or creature_npc_b_2.

  15. Yeah, @@Jeff 's building a cantina's worth of extra mercenary types and ne'er-do-wells for folks to populate the game with, it's great.

  17. I agree that the filter isn't to my personal taste, but other than that these are some good action shots and a neat little comic. Keep up the good work!

I'm on a rewatch of Rebels these days (introducing a friend to the series after showing them Clone Wars - converted another non-Star Wars fan!) and it's creating a JKA itch so hopefully I'll find the time to put together some new stuff in the coming weeks. Yeah, the website has been trash for a couple of years now as they completely swamp it with ads that slow the uploading system down to a snail's pace. This is just the last nail in the coffin.
  19. Wow, nice new build! Out of curiosity, how many hours would you say it took to make the footage from start to finish? Makes me wonder if a longer machinima series is viable.
  20. Just a word of warning - splitting edges does increase vert count. So long as you're doing it studiously (i.e. only doing the edges of the UV islands as @@Ramikad said and not just selecting all edges and splitting them which technically works) it shouldn't cause too much of an issue but it's something to check on.
  21. Sadly Photobucket has turned to sh*t and is trying to charge ($400 a year!) for 3rd party hosting so all the image links in this thread are now broken. There's too many for me to go through and change over to Imgur one by one, but I'll try to get round to putting them all in an Imgur album or something and update the first post at some point.
