  1. I'd take blender over dragon, xsi mod tool over blender and 3ds max over everything. Droids for JKA only have a few animations, and I'd be happy to do this when I get my internet back.
  2. DF2 mod is long dead. No one wanted to come to the plate to take it over from me. Anything posted in its forums should be treated as abandoned unless stated otherwise
  3. I know that galak mech uses its own GLA, so you'd need to re-weigh the new model human portion. Should be a simple job in Blender, or 3ds max once @@Scooper finishes his exporter to allow LODs.

I know I'm late to the thread, but here's the shader I use for Luke: models/players/dt_luke_ep7/hair_alpha { cull disable { map models/players/dt_luke_ep7/hair_alpha blendFunc GL_SRC_ALPHA GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA depthWrite rgbGen lightingDiffuse } } I found that a few if not all the alphafunc's will give a blocky looking result. The above shader gives a smooth result. No idea if it makes a difference, but I use TGA and not PNG.

  8. Yeah, the idea of GLAmerge is to append new frames from a newly-created GLA onto an existing GLA. The new frames will always be found at the end.

  12. None of these features mean a thing unless you get the FPS sorted. As it is the main rend2 project still has FPS issues which when combined with your FPS woes, makes Warzone severely unplayable.
  13. The hands mesh looks very odd. I'd suggest the Jedi hf hands.

  16. I don't think she had time to train with Luke before shit got real. She's clearly force sensitive though.
  17. I improved it. I liked the old canon, but now that it's scrapped I hope they think of new stuff to surprise rather than re-tell.
  18. You don't need max bones, dummy's/nulls will do fine. In fact, I use them for animating.

  24. You will still get accurate bones from the GLM importer, it's not like they will have animation imported. Or, you could just use blender
