  1. Awesome! Thanks @. This is what I like about the community...When each one helps the others to improve. Keep up the great job guys.
  2. Improving some old models to bring new life into them while trying to learn the basics of porting (long way before I can attempt a full port but I wish to get there thanks to some guidance from @@dark_apprentice and some pointers from @@Jeff)
  3. Plo Koon looks Menacing and AWESOME at the same time!
  4. tried my hands at porting a model and failed. This is how the model looks JKA complains that it has too many vertex. That could be fixed but I wanted to go ahead and take a look at it so i used Luke's head and the head-gear from the old Hoth version. Even thought it looks fine in Blender, the results are not pretty at all. If anyone wants to take over, please let me know.
  5. I made a pack with over 50 sabers (and growing) and it works fine with tge in Game Character selection mod. You just have to modify the ingamesaber.menu file to match the same sabers in "@MENUS_SINGLE_HILTx" Open Ingame_Char_Saber_Menu_v2_©.pk3 with ModView Go to the "ui" folder drag and drop the "ingamesaber.menu" somewhere in your computer open the file with notepad (or your favorite text editor) Search for @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1 "single_1" normally it would end with @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1 "single_9" You need to add more lines until it match the file with the saber pack. If the pack has 62, then the section should go from @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT2 "single_1" @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT1 "single_2" . . @MENUS_SINGLE_HILT62 "single_62" The section appears twice in the file so you need to modify both sections. Do the same for @MENUS_STAFF_HILT1 "dual_1" Save the file and drag it back to its original folder inside ModView Save the file. Sabers should appear in the IngameCharacter menu mod. Make sure the IngameCharacter selection mod loads after the Saber pack mod.
  6. Manage to make "Hoth" Luke (sounds strange) a little better. It still has some clipping and a little bit weird movement in the "upper part of the vest". Also found a body (along with some Starkiller models) that would be perfect, but needs to be ported (before you ask, the answer is no, I don't know how).
  7. I had the same issue with a similar pack I made for myself a while back. You will need to modify the ingamesaber.menu to match the saber.menu in the pack, specifically the section related to "@MENUS_SINGLE_HILTx" (where x us the number of the saber) and the "@MENUS_STAFF_HILT1 "dual_x".
  8. Thanks! As mentioned earlier, I LOVE Toshi's Vader...but you can't never have enough Vader.....
  9. Nothing spectacular. I just wanted to do this in honor to a very good friend that has been with me through some hard times, motivating and supporting me (as well as teaching).
  10. Thanks!...But I am just having fun with the models, they belong the @@Seven and @@dark_apprentice. Yavin Verison: Head - Seven's Luke head from TFU Torso/Jacket - @Scerendo's Poe Dameron model Hips/legs - Seven's Han Solo.
  11. Thanks! This tutorial looks like have a lot of good stuff. Will try to save it to PDF and read it on my tablet and practice.
  12. This is my issue...Some models don't match with parts from other models. In this case, the neck part of the head doesn't match with the torso, so I used parts from other models and cut them a little (thanks to some easy and simple instructions from @@Kualan) to try and fill the gap. But each part uses its own texture, so they don't look so good.
  13. LOL....Thanks for the motivation!!! If you look closer to the neck/chest area of my attempt, it looks like your screenshot.
  14. Thanks man...I mean it because of the neck/chest issue. I really need to learn how to deal with this parts and be able to fix it. Still looking for some tutorial for Dummies. Anybody know any good and simple tutorials (or want to create some) how to achieve specific tasks, please let me know.
  15. Don't worry man, the model looks AWESOME! True, It might looksa little bit cartoonish, but maybe with some texture tweaks it can look more realistic!
  16. Oh man, I was just going to suggest you Director Krennnig Glad to see your models again, we missed you.....
