Yes, rename the folder from "DT_Maul" to "Lord_Maul_r" and make sure the path in the .skin file directs to "/models/players/lord_maul_r" instead of "models/players/DT_maul" and you're good to go.

Ah good. I think with team skins you need to exaggerate rather than being conservative on what areas you make blue/red. I'd suggest making the horns coloured, the 2 "down arrows?" on his boots, some of the patches on them too, and possibly parts of his lower robe. I see it as making the team differentiation as obvious as possible without making the whole skin blue or red xD This is just my opinion though. Also @@DT85 is it me or does one of his front horns looks oddly shaped? The left one.

DT how about making one of the later sith lords, like Darth Krayt or one of his companions/followers during that era: Darth Maladi, Nihl, Wyyrlok, Stryfe; they all have very unique visual styles and can be an interesting challenge for you to create. I think Darth Krayt would be the most challenging depending on his armor, as he has 2 versions. Reference pics:

Oh wow, every Durge skin I found was either the cartoon version Psyko made, or the "realistic" reskin lol. Where did you get this guy from? And could you PM me a link to it so I can download? Ignore my request then xD

It would be cool for someone to finally make the infamous Durge. With his robotic legs/other parts and pipes everywhere (exaggerating a little bit here xD) it should be right up your street with the fact you were working on a terminator mod not long ago/still are? Reference pics: There's a few better reference pictures which you would be able to work from if you were to do it, and some people who have cosplayed as Durge with pretty good outfits. He has such an ugly face under that mask, but it looks good xD

It's more than just "an imposter" when it's the clan's ex-leader trying to re-create the clan with his own server and forum because the current members rejected him. This isn't just one of those "oh hi i'm actually a member of your clan lulz" he's actually trying to make his own clan, impersonating theirs. Just take the acknowledgement and thank them, there's no need to be so hostile about a clan giving others in the JKA community a friendly warning about someone xD -
Nope, the darth maul staff hilt from RevanDark's hilt pack's shader works fine. Copying his shader has no effect either, so there's something else stopping DT's hilt from allowing shaders to work. I want to add that RevanDark's environment image for the hilt is really nice, and I think would work better than the one you used on the hilt DT.

I think you need to consider the server settings based on what your clan is about. Considering your aim is to be competitive and have regular scrims, you should be using SP damages for starters, map rotation is entirely on you but generally we like to play matches on base maps; custom ones like jedi home just aren't practical with all the manual doors xD! However playing on Quake Campgrounds for ESL was pretty fun/nostalgic. Laming shouldn't really be an issue, and really no one should "lame" during matches as a matter of respect, otherwise they're just desperate not to lose most people see laming as an excuse to argue or complain so I wouldn't prioritize it as a rule. However if your server when not playing matches is just going to be to chill out then scrap everything I just said, except using SP damages

One of the few "darth's"? from SWTOR that have a really cool and unique visual style to them. Darth Marr looked pretty epic too, slightly better in my opinion. Just voicing my opinion, I can't help at all with requests xD

Like I said last night @@Omicron, it's a good start but his face will need a lot of work, defining features and working on a skin texture etc. I can't give any tips on that as I would create something much worse, but as you said this should be a good one to practice on and I look forward to seeing what you can come up with. Maybe also try adding some more detail to the body, as the texture is very repetitive; add some visibility of muscularity showing through the body textures perhaps so it doesn't look so bland? Or fabric textures I don't know, just try working on one part at a time so you don't go overload trying to make everything look right at the same time in your first skin from scratch attempt and blow up
