Maybe you are using my openjk_sp.cfg, I had them probably disabled. To enable them write these commands into the console:

 

/seta cg_marks 1

/seta cg_saberEntMarks 1

/seta cg_g2Marks 1

/seta cg_g2MarksAllModels 1
