The difference is that developers have to work within a certain schedule, and that means a lot of pressure. That results in a loss of details sometimes, especially when a release of a game is just few months away.Passionate developers/modelers, who do it as a hobby, have far more freedom with their projects and can put far more details into their models than any professional game developer.

NumberWan Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 This model is sooo good, that's it's hard to believe, it's not an actual port from a different game. but we all know it is not, so this is twice as amazing. Not only it's a completely new model made from scratch, but it's also very beautiful and looks very much to the original character. Darth Malgus is another reason, why JO/JA is indeed a marvelous game in Star Wars. I can only name a few mods for other games in Star Was, which bring so many things together to one universe. Psyk0Sith Posted March 8, 2015 Author Posted March 8, 2015 The quality could've been better. At the time he was not meant to be a full character just a head/hood/mask texturing project. Texture resolution could've been doubled on the body but it is what it is i guess. Cheers.
