  1. Nice work @Sentra! Hahah I was hoping someone would make this player model - and here you are. So awesome! PS: Oh and btw, does this playermodel come with some nice sexy metallic shaders?
  2. Having issues with OpenJK SP. Force effect mods won't work. I have Darth Stevenus's Lightning Enhancement Pack, and put it in "base" folder. The Force lightning that shows up is just plain JKA one. I have also added FF White Magic Cure mod in "base" folder... and the glitter/sparkle effects won't appear. In fact, I see the old JKA healing graphics, but no sound with it. OpenJK also crashes for me when I try to play ForceMod 3 - CE 1.5 with it. It doesn't crash when I play through jamp.

      You probably want to start a thread in the OpenJK forum. Make sure explain what you mean when say it "doesn't work", i.e. no efx, old effects still play, etc.

  4. Welcome @@Rooxon! Yep. I think it would look pretty nice. You know, cosy and old-school. Are you doing this for someone? If so you can make another version, with the add-on of a small flour sack with wheat... above the word I mentioned. And you can let your client decide which to use.
  5. Allright man. Good point. Anticipating your next release, that's for sure. Your saber blades are the best IMO.
  6. It looks quite decent. I would add one more thing just above the "Petovar" word. A minor bag of flour with some wheat on its sides, or something. Anything bagery related stuff. Not too big, but medium/minor thing.

  9. I have a sound mod I made for the "duel" track for JKA for some while ago. It replaces it completely. And I've been thinking to post it up. So... I upload it just in cosmetic section?
  10. This has awesome potential. It looks great, but if you make the textures metallic, and the colors metallic too... it's going to be top notch! (Y) Loving how it looks like! I hope you will update giving him more metallic look!
  11. You're welcome man! This is really really really fantastic. I don't like Mandalorians... and this is, like I told you, already my TOP favourite playermodel. :D I would Love to, if you can. Whatever you learn more about shaders, please don't change ANYTHING on this amazing model that you have created. Metal is perfect, light is perfect... everything is perfect! As for shader tutorials - @Rooxon dude has released a guide on their creation. You may know some of this already, but I still hope it can help you in your Mandalorian creation.   13. Just tried them out. They look much sharper and color transitions are *PERFECT*. I just find the core too thin though. Maybe a little bit thicker?
  14. Niiiice work @Omicron! Only thing I would say is the sleeveless arm looks like flesh colored sleeve. This is really nice work! Nice design. Way to go Omicron!
  15. Dude @Supralord! This is faaaaaaaaaan-tastic!! I so Love this model I wanna cry!! The metal and the visor colors are PERFECT!! Is my favourite metal effects!! You get 5 out of 5 stars from me! Seriously, I'd give you 1000 of 10, but is unclickable. I do have a small request... could you please add more variations and colors? And like a glowing symbol on his shoulder - and some buttons on his control panel wrist? For the purple and red color - can you make them balloon red (lol - I dunno how to call this color). This is now my, by far, most favourite JKA model. EVER.

  17. Allrighty... I basically always play ForceMod 3 - CE vs bots and using Clonewars mod v6. And wanted to play some JA+ and JA++. And, correct me if I'm wrong, but the single saber seems overpowered in JA+ and JA++ now concidering dual and staff. I can't block almost ANY hit whatsoever, and single saber strikes are almost always fatal. I was just playing through when Palpating made mincemeat of my dual saber character with his measely blue stance. I had 100 HP and 25 Shields, and he killed him with one blow with the blue stance?... So I quit both. And went on to play standard MP... I played and played, and can't possibly figure out how they penetrate my defences. I had absorb on (level 3), and Palpatine STILL managed to hold me in Force Grip chock hold. Now... that was one of the strangest things ever to happen. I was gonna make screenshot but wasn't quick enough pressing the button. I mean... wtf is going with ? LOL Anyone experienced these things?
  18. Ahh. Ok. Yes, that one is real nice. I enjoy playing it with the track t2_wedge. That one and the Hoth CTF. At Hoth CTF (CTF2?) I enjoy camping at the turrent and zap all bots that come on the way to the base. LoooL Speaking of CTF, I wish they'd put in a better mechanism of the elevators/lifts in the CTF1 map (Imperial something?). And better bot routing. That was a real nice mappy too.
