@@Circa, cool that sounds like the issue! @@RevanKnight Please can you do as Circa said delete all the LODs, and see if that helps? Thanks!

WHY has this never been done or mentioned before?!! I just thought about it while playing TOR, seriously this has to be done! There are various youtube videos and screenshots that show off the stances and animations. What I love most though, is what my character does in TOR. My character has 2 sabers (dual weild) and he has the most awesome running animation for dual weild, seriously, even the standing still stance is amazing for dual. When I had one saber I did like how that was too, the animations were nice and the stance too. Also while playing I came across other players with the Staff Saber, I have to say the running animation for the staff and idle stance is very epic. I would really love to see these added into JKA. I will provide some references below.

Right here: http://jkhub.org/files/file/2243-swtor-sith-robe-pack/ For those who already downloaded this pack, must have already come across the NPCs issue. The NPCs issue is when spawning the NPCs in Single Player, moving any distance away from the NPCs causes loss of textures and parts, but all show fine when close to the NPCs. I was wondering if anyone who came across this has a quick fix for it to work normally? If there is no quick fix, can someone attempt to try to fix it? I have a gut feeling the problem is with the skin files.. but I can't figure it out.

I believe the NPC files mostly work for Single Player but it is in fact the .jkb file that makes an NPC work in Multiplayer. If a model does not have a .jkb file then one must be created for it -- I assume.

Nevermind, it's not really important.

*********************************** Read me *********************************** TITLE: The Old Republic Saber Colors FINAL AUTHOR: Kylo Ren (Formerly Arachno-Man) FILENAME: torsabers.pk3 FILESIZE: 147 kb DATE RELEASED: March, 25th 2015 CREDITS to: Myself. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: place the torsabers.pk3 file in your C:\programfiles\lucasarts\jediacademy\gamedata\base directory. DESCRIPTION: Saber Colors from Star Wars: The Old Republic, which replaces ALL of the default colors. This is the FINAL VERSION. Here is a small changelog for those interested: 1.0 - Contained only the purple saber with a pure black core. 2.0 - Contained an updated purple saber core to look more like the game, also contained new glows and cores for the yellow, blue and red sabers to look exactly how they do in SWTOR. FINAL VERSION - This will not be edited anymore, as this has fixed the red glow to look darker like in TOR and I have changed the yellow saber glow to match the TOR version, adding the TOR green saber and finally the TOR orange saber. To note the orange saber is the ONLY saber in the pack to contain a black core. BUGS: Sometimes the colors go a little brighter at certain angles, unavoidable due to alpha usage. COMMENTS: Download and enjoy. note that you must have JKA installed in order to use this mod. EXTRA: If you just so happen to be a fan of TOR, or play it yourself, then you may contact me in regards to creating a new Saber for you. Please note this will only be the blade color, I will not be making any Hilts. If you want Hilts, contact Rooxon at JKHub. If you want new blade colors then contact me, Kylo Ren at JKHub. @@Circa See here: On the right, the normal stances etc are fine. Now look on the left.. the glow on the stick allows the glow on the floor to pass through it, changing the color of the stick. Is there a fix to this?
-
Because the core must be as a black saber with the dark purple glow, but the default light purple still shows on the glow in-game, taking over the dark purple.. so I would need a way of doing this
-
Basically I am trying to darken the default purple color completely without any .sab enhancements. I have the textures perfect but for some reason the original default light purple color shines through the dark purple making it look horrible. This is what I have on its shader: Any help on how I can fix this? To note I must keep the Alphas how they are

I really love this map, here you can see for yourself: http://jkhub.org/files/file/279-several-sided-sids-jedi-temple-on-coruscant/ And an image of in-game: It's a considerably large map with one problem.. Its boundaries are too small! I cannot contact the original creator since he has been offline since 2012 and I have no idea how to change the boundaries myself so I'm requesting help. Here is how the map is from above with its current boundary: I need help to make the boundary like this: There is no .map file so I cannot edit this myself..

I put a small description.

http://jkhub.org/topic/4214-dagobah/ Should definitely get @@ChalklYne involved

I wasn't trying to necro-bump anything, I was actually trying to help a little with what the Thread is about. But sure I will keep an eye on it.
-
I wouldn't expect a direct Port since JKHub dislikes them very much. However you may get a reskin of an existing character from someone maybe. Other than that the closest thing is this: http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Far_Cry_of_the_Jedi;27267 Yeah. Not much but it will do while you wait.
-
I've uploaded the map.
-
Nah it's cool. Good luck with your mod though
-
@@Langerd Not exactly secret... LOL.. Just mess around with these until you have the angle you want then make a cfg with it then bind it. Or just autoexec it.
-
I have a sound pack if you are interested.
-
Calling it right now a r2d2 reskin for Dagobah

I would like to get some constructive feedback
Daedra replied to Daedra's topic in Modding Assistance
That is great but I need feedback from in-game, since JKA can sometimes play the voices at a lower volume and sometimes it gives errors saying that the audio is not sampled in the console. Just overall I need a review of the sounds. Thank you for your time though I appreciate it
