The head texture could be improved in the "shadows" it looks like a 100% diffuse pass and clashes with the shading on the cloth for example. The eyes are quite odd, give the poor guy some eyelids!

You need to blend the photo source with hand painting on the model itself or else it looks very odd, still a good attempt, just needs more artistic work.

Didn't work in max 2010 x64 at first, but installing the x64 C++ Redistributable fixed the issue: https://jkhub.org/topic/6068-autodesk-3ds-max-glm-importerexporter-plugins/

Congrats on getting it done.

This should be hosted as DT's file and credits given to Darth Salius for SP support.

If you're familiar with max it's a lot more powerful than dragon.

Well ok, I've not tested this in single player and it seems the problem can happen when you are using a highly detailed saber + model, but the NPC's use alora's saber...which should be low enough. The model does have an crazy amount of polygons for this engine (LODs are included to help). Keep in mind the game is older than the pyramids by now so sh*t is bound to happen with 10k models.

Great stuff, wanted to make a few points though.
- When spawning an NPC, as you are about to battle the character, you get an Error of transform space in ghoul2 models which takes you back to the menu of the game.
- for some reason there are some missing image shaders (yellow text in the console) when spawning NPC for the first time.
That's the only problems I've had, and that was in regular JKA Single Player. 5 stars all the same though!
Odd, i did not have any problems with the NPC's. I'll check out the missing shaders. Just tested it again using JA Plus and there are no console errors, no missing shaders and no crashes. A big amount of NPC files can cause problems if you're not using some kind of mod.

Minor glitch spotted: there's a stray vert on the left foot.

Imo one of the best skins I've ever seen!
There is a problem in the .skin files though! It links to a head_face model that isn't there on the model. When opening the model in modview the rest of the textures don't load because of that
It's not a glitch, it's for hiding the various head portions when using the hood or mask combos. Works fine in modview, just have to turn off some parts that are white (depending on the .skin file that is used).

By the way, you know, i would have paid for a mod like this one for KoTor. Too bad that doing mod such as this for kotor games is really hard.
Someone from the Kotor community contacted me about converting the model, so there's a chance you get this guy in there too.

@ Nicotine Caffeine
Yeah, i like the guy too. Well except when he talks, nothing of what he says usually makes any sense.
Maybe try these?

Or do you mean in general he talks a lot of gibberish? -

Just put it in your base folder.

I find his lack of pants disturbing, although it would be even worse if he had full horse anatomy!

Thanks everyone, updated file to fix missing texture, enjoy!

Everything works fine on my end, make sure you don't have a .pk3 with another revan model folder in it?
To fix the NPC just change the first 4 lines to this:Darth_Revan
{
fullname "Darth Revan"
