  1. Hi, So I am having some problems with some of my models I am frankensteined together. When I go to use these specific models the color blade of the lightsaber doesn't show up - the hilt - (handle) - is there just not the blade. I have tried to figure this out - but no luck. These frankenstien parts are from other standard models that work - twi'lek female, zabrak female etc. and while they appear on the model I have put them on - the color blade does not appear. Does anybody have a solution to this? - I tried taking out the * in the model_default as Fix Hapslash's Anakin model: No Lightsaber Blade By Circa suggested - but that didn't work - maybe that's because it's for a skin? - who knows. Any and all help with this would be very welcome - I am very frustrated! Thank you!
  2. I do have other mods in the game - but I took them all out to see if that helped - it didn't. Could another game on my system have sent up some sort of conflict? I do have movie duals and Galactic legacy - however they are in their own seperate files away from this JKA Enhanced file.
  3. Not quite sure how to explain this properly - but I'll give it my best shot. So I used the "create your own lightsaber" -(which BTW is a very cool idea) - when I first played the enhanced version and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, it now seems to have formed a strange glitch or bug. I can start the game off by creating my lightsaber - it's visable - it looks good, but right after the last level of Hoth, when you are to select your next blade strength - fast or strong - the pictured custom weapon has reverted to another - perhaps possible default custom weapon - and that is the weapon you use up until you have to "rebuild" after Vjun. However, in that custom screen - whether you want to stay singal blade or design custom double blades - the picture remains stuck on the possible default weapon. You can choose other pictures in the designer and that is how your sabers will look for the rest of the game - but is a strange bug to have come across. Not sure why it worked the first time - but it doesn't work properly now. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix? Is it a glitch? preferably would like a fix, but, Is there a way to cheat my custom saber back into tier 2 after hoth? Thank out there!
  4. So I went through my base folder and found an extra mission file - once I took that out the anniversary mod played! Thanks a lot!
  5. Hi, So I'm trying to use the Anniversary Expansion mod - it states there is a new level in tier two - when I played tier two - nothing happened. In looking back over the details on the mod page it states one needs caexan_gui.pk3. I have no idea where to find that - is it part of some other mod? I am using current open JKA - don't know if that info helps - I also notice that caexan_main.pk3 is also mentioned further down the page - I don't know where to find that either. If anybody knows the answer as to where I can find what I need to get this particular mod to work - that would be great - (necessary links would be an added bonus if possible) Thanks a bunch - (below is the mod I am referring to)

Hi, so I have been trying to use a certain character in sp mode and I keep getting the error message - "error ran out of transform space for ghoul2 models adjust miniheapsize in sv_spawnserver'' I have tried in many ways to make this character work - I've tried clearing out other models in my base folder - no luck. I've tried renaming some of his parts in blender - (that worked for me once before on another project) - but it didn't work here. I am relatively new at this sort of thing so I don't know specifically what I am looking for. Therefore I am turning to jkhub for assistance, because I just can't figure this out for myself. I hope that someone out there knows what to do - it is an interesting character and I would like to use it. oh and by the way - no I don't have open jk - because it seems to require a certain update to use and my computer refuses to install that update - don't know why, but that's another story. Below is the character I am trying to use - here's hoping someone knows a fix!
    Great mod! super colors! I only wish the colors remained in cinematics instead of snapping back to original color - is there a way to change that? There are saber hilts available in game menu - does anybody know how to add colors? Just a thought!
  8. Hi out there, So I recently downloaded a mod for new saber colors - and I have used cheats to enable them during sp - great pack - really enjoy the colors. The only thing is that the color I choose doesn't show in the cinematics - it reverts back to the default color I chose in the game menu. Is there any way to make these colors available in the game menu? or is there a cheat to make the color visable during cinematic? Hopefully somebody knows! (below is the mod I am referring to)
  9. After hours of searching - I don't know how many videos online - I finally found the one that worked for me. Finally someone that explained it through for us "newbies". Blender is complicated for "first timers" and through this tutorial I was able to figure out how to assign vertex groups in blender. By figuring this out I was then able to figure out the automatic weight function to the specified bone and ta-da! my character now has the ability to "talk" This might seem very silly and trivial to some of you established modders - but it certainly was a big breakthrough for me! Anyway, for those of you wondering how to assign vertexes - here is the video I used: P.s I hope this can be helpful to the "newbies" out there

Hi, So I am extremely new at modding - I have finally managed to skin a character together - took a while - anyway, I am trying to move the face bones - (so the character has the facial movements in game - talk etc.) - I move them in place - save - then export my model, but when I view it in modview the mouth still doesn't move! Importing my new mod back into blender, I see the facial bones have snapped back out of place into their original position. It is very frustrating!! Does anybody know how to fix this? Some help would be great! Thank you!
  11. Hi, so I downloaded the pk3 file from the link provided and added it in various ways to the specified file above and it still doesn't work. The character is not available in the character menu and still when I save my progress the character is washed out. I tried adding a MENU.str file as well and that still doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this? Here's hoping!
  12. Hi, I wonder if someone out there can help me - I'm wanting to make one of my favorite mods available in sp. I've used cheat to play this character in the story missions but when I save my progress - or quick save - when I come back the model in whited out with no textures. Trying to cheat the model back in doesn't work. I'm new to this sort of thing and I can't figure out how to get her available in the character menu - or at least not washed out when I save her. Ultimately I would like to have her as a standard sp character - but if there is a way to retain her textures after a save I'll go for that too. Naturally I give all credit to original creators and hopefully this is the right forum to come to - as I say - I'm new at this. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank you!     One of my favorite mods - if not the favorite. An incredible mod and one I would highly recommend. Very glad for the recent update that allows this character to be played in SP mod. 10 STARS!!
    Good mod with lots of character customizations, unfortunately the mouth doesn't move in the cut scenes - disappointing, is there a way to change that?
    I really enjoyed these two new levels. My favorite one is the mission on Tatooine - so good! I did get lost momentarily in operation: spaceport - but overall great experiences. I do wish that it was possible that all levels in tier 2 could be completed - instead of having to skip some to experience the two new levels. Could this somehow be changed? Food for thought I certainly encourage more levels to be added to JKA. Love this game! Great Times, Five Stars!
