Pendrives have been around for shorter, and so we've only been able to test their lifecycle for the last 10 years, but yeah, I was surprised, too. This new information makes pendrives a great backup storage solution, especially for a the kind of use we use CDs and DVDs for. A lot faster for data transfer, smaller for size, bigger for space, and pretty handy overall. Plus, they are bound to be compatible for longer as the tech trends move on, too. If you take good care of the flash drive,...

...and don't overuse it, it's the perfect backup solution. And affordable. I wouldn't use the cheapest of the cheap, but any widespread and known manufacturer's product will do, really.

"Pointless" doesn't have to be anything bad. It's just lack of a goal behind something, but then again, you could just say there's no actual goal behind the other goal and in the end strip it down entirely.

Fair enough. "Pointless" definitely has a negative connotation but I'm glad you elaborated on that. I've never RP'd in JKA but I can definitely see the value in it and why it would be fun for people. But it's definitely not for everyone.

RP? You mean like RP clans? As far as I know, there's only JAO available. The rest are either dead, or reprofiled to DM's or whatnot.

JKRP recently closed, JEDI is there I was before I posted the status but was declined.

The Dai Bendu and the Je'dai Order also dove into that a bit in the EU.

After all was said and done, the Bendu was a little shit.

I was thinking an order that is founded long after all the others are gone.

I could technically do that, but one GM vs a temple of sith xD.... While the order is technically HUGE in terms of NPC jedi I could never do it alone...though it DOES give me an idea.

I really like the creative thinking behind this one. Ultimately, this makes the difference between a good map and an inspiring, great one.

Keep mapping. The more tricks of the trade you learn from experience, the better they will get quality-wise (and visually).

What inspired me was a number of things: the 'lacking' yavin map we have for SP compared to the Outcast one, past experiences in RP as far as 'tests' go (something I'm sure at least 2 people (Magsul/Jungak) will understand)

There was so much more I wanted to add, but couldnt, one day I will do it over, make it better to replace the stock SP yavin2 map.

Sounds like a great source of inspiration. Try to take this experience to other maps and locations you create in the (near-)future, as well.

Have all three sets on the PS4. The game's a lot funner than I was expecting.

Do you have them on PC or console? I downloaded Disney Infinity 3.0 and bought "The Force Awakens" Starter Pack and "Rise Against the Empire Playset", just before Christmas. I do wanna get the Twilight of the Republic Playset, at some point this year, though. Along with the rest of the Star Wars characters. Boba Fett is available on PC, this month, too.

I used Clan Mod v1.19 for years before switching over to JA+ and then JA++.

At the time it was the only thing I used and I loved it over anything else.

I may change my server over to it, it is a good thing to use and it's easy to work things out.
