Yep, during the summer. I was in charge of too much for my taste, and felt like too much was on my shoulders. Basically was doing Caelum did when you were around, but not really knowing what I was doing. It would be great, but I'm in my senior year and need to focus on other things and take a break from JKA. I may return eventually, but I'm not sure. Kinda just lurk around here for now. How's life been?? How's Helical?

Sculptris wasn't made by Pixologic, it was a program made by 1 guy and he sold it to Pixologic and then was hired by them, it was serious competition for ZBrush especially since it was free. According to Ashura the old version before Pixologic tampered with it ran better, I just downloaded it to play around to see if that's true or not. Just google Sculptris 1.02, that was the final version before being sold.

still, even if you go get an older version, free Zbrush is free Zbrush....I mean I have Mudbox, so I don't personally need it. But it is still good to know it is out there.

Why not just use OBJ or crosswalk?

I'm not saying I didn't know how to work around it, hell in Maya 2013 you can send directly to Max, and vice versa, but someone like me who has an old archive of .3ds files might be too lazy to import them into MAX and send them over.

Yeah the site is a bit hard to navigate and find stuff you're looking for. If you have a encompassing layout you really don't need a portal page on phpBB, it just adds more clutter. The forum page should really show the board index right away.

Also I still wasn't sure what country the company's based in after reading the blurb at the top. I'm guessing it's USA but other countries have states too heh.

We are technically based in the US...but we do work with people from other countries as well, we look for resources and talent wherever we think we can find them.

Even if I would do that, I would have to know what it is they are testing, unlike last time, the email didn't say. They just said cryptically "a future project".
