I attempted to make a new theme for it but I didn't have as much control as I preferred. Everything is laid out in a strange way, in my opinion. I wanted to change the way it is designed in addition to the cosmetic look.

JediTracker is officially dead as of today. Looks like GameTracker and this project are our only hopes, for now.

TGA transparency is harder to deal with because it uses the black/white alpha channel method. I avoid TGA and go with PNG whenever possible. Load time won't be that much different on modern machines anyway. And JPG is compressed. Someone said it was uncompressed above, but that's the opposite. JPGs can look like garbage if compressed too much.

Get an ID3 tag editor to ensure the info is set. Maybe some artwork wasn't set properly by the player you used.

The path to the base folder for the App Version is hidden somewhat deeply. You'll need to get to the user Library holder which is hidden by default. You can get to the Library folder by going to Finder, go up to the Go menu, hold down the Option key, and click Library. The base folder is in this directory: /Library/Containers/com.aspyr.jediacademy.appstore/Data/Library/Application Support/Jedi Academy/base I recommend making an alias/shortcut for it elsewhere so it's easier to find.

Why would I need to copy the assets? That seems kinda silly. I'm just doing what you people are telling me to do. I also just figured it would run like OpenJK and JAE do. Launching from the jkgalaxies folder gives the "Failed to load renderer" error.

Do you need OLED? Seems extremely unnecessary for gaming, imo. Eventually that will be standard and much cheaper. Why not wait until then? Just seems really overkill to me. Though you might be loaded, which would make a lot more sense, in that case. But idk what you're wanting to use it for still, so I can't say much else.

Depends on what you do with it. If you only play JKA or old games, there's not much point in getting 4k. The screen you have would be fine. But if you're playing a lot of modern games or do stuff with video and graphics, 4k is recommended.
