I remember playing Jedi academy in 1920*1080

Hex editing works ,

you have to edit the model.glm of the models you want to use the new animations

simply open the model.glm file in the hex editor of your choice and change the filepath for _humanoid.gla which is specified in the .glm to whatever you want it to be

your textures could use some more detail

some pieces look  noisy and crisp sharp while others are just a blurry mess

you shouldtone down the bevels or atleast their brightness for the engraved pieces their highlights are just to damn bright

and it's to flashy/over saturated for my taste but that's just me

I'm digging the general style of that hilt model though

Just curious, what editor are using for the trooper? Anyway on topic, it looks like the lines could be qutie a bit darker and a little bit thicker. I still he think he needs a slight bit of light blue in his armor.

Instead of tinting the diffuse blue i'd tint the specular and eventually environment(gloss) maps slightly lightblue(-ish)
