  1. Thinking about making Ren

    Ren was the original leader of the Knights of Ren. Ben Solo faced him and took control of the order

    He took his helmet off, and looked like the love child of one of Spanki's Jedi heads, and Jeffery Epstein.

    For this project I'm going to try and at least make the helmet on my own. My actual modelling skills are a bit lacking. Been watching tutorials all over Youtube, trying my best lol. The helmet looks easy enough though. I may snag a cape from another model, already have a shirtless male I'm eyeing (lol) so I just need to add convinving enough burned textures.

     

    All around Ren has a pretty simple design, so it should be easy enough. I liked this guy in the comics. He was suave, and had a kind of swashbuckler energy to him. Would have liked to seem him in a movie or something (though I could say that for the rest of the KoR). 

     

     

    Also I'm still working on Starkiller, for the one or two people that might see this in a year. Still needing to get permission from the original modellers before I go further on him since I feel like his textures are gonna be a bit difficult.

      The Star Wars Lightsaber collection source book has depicted him in 3D already. Might take a crack at that hilt. I wonder if it's possible to strap a bomb to it, like in the comic.

  3. Nomi Sunrider doesn't seem like a difficult Frankenstein. She seems to pretty much just be wearing the PT era Jedi robes, only with a lower cut top, and a cape with a hood. A lot of her stuff could probably be put together with the Female Jedi customization pack.

  6. It's weird. I swear I've downloaded this 400 times, but I've never installed it. Lol good work

  8. Hey so, since I'm still learning. How is it that you can deal with that many faces on a model at once? Is there an easier way to just snap on the textures? Or is there something I'm just not seeing? Okay, so I realized I can press U and the vertices will snap in a way I can understand.
  9. That's quite the under taking. This would require a full remodel of every body (cuz boobies) as well as several heads. There is something I know of that might help you though. This pack has tons of different female models. Jedi robes and such. If this doesn't work, then maybe you can try and learn some kitbashing models together. There are a few Blender tools that really help for Jedi Academy modelling. If you started a project like this, I'd be more than happy to help with it. I did a bit more searching. CJP has a Mara Jade

  13. The way things are looking, I'm in for the silver medal. I'll say that and some dude will release a map pack of every location in the show, then someone will make a photo realistic Grogu. Still though, I'm proud I got something in on time.

  18. Okay, after a good night's sleep (for the first time this week) I reread these comments. It worked! I'm gonna have these models finished by tomorrow, thank both of you
  19. So there don't appear to be any surfaces on his hands. Any thoughts on how I could fix this? Maybe make some new arms? I'm using Blender as my 3D modeling tool, how would I go about adding these if at all possible? If you don't know, I can always see if I can just grab new arms from another model, and see if that will fix it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/gv2l53fpipjgoka/bobasurface.JPG?dl=0 That second screenshot is not a different model, it's the same one with the helmet on. I switched to model's arms and hands for the original in game Boba Fett, yet no surfaces are being detected still. Could it have something to do with skeletal alignment? It looks pretty aligned to me, but it also seems like I'm putting the hands on wrong. I might just try starting from square one, since I keep pulling things from the original model now anyway

  21. Yes it is a playermodel. I will open it in Modview to see. Pretty much tried everything else I can think of.
  22. I have gotten one of my models in the game successfully! However before we all start cheering, the NPC's weapons are not appearing in his hand. I'm not sure if this needs to be remodeled, or if I can just turn something off in the skin file. As well as the bit of clipping on his lower area. All of that will be ready by final release of course.
