  1. Sorry, I was ignorant to things back then. Anyway, this file should be going up soon
  2. 199 downloads

Yes this is a real Star Wars character https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Karbin This file includes: NPC support Bot support Team support Unique Playermodel (unique being an understatement) File name: karbin v2.pk3 Install instructions: Place file karbin v2.pk3 into Jedi Academy\GameData\base Enjoy
  3. Oh I totally agree with your rant. See, I don't just want to do kitbashed models forever. But this character, if you look at the art, is 100% drawn from literal traced images. This was literally a JK style Frankenstein, but in drawing form. Still though, I kind of liked his backstory. He was a former separatist obsessed with grievous. Personally, I would have done something a lot different though. But hey, it's fun lol Alright boyos. Got a handful of projects I am considering. Ren Inquisitor Galen Marek Galen already has pretty much the entire model done. I'm actually just waiting for permission because it's built out of Kualan's Inquisitor, and The Punisher's Galen pack. Ren is still just in the early planning phase. But I am looking at models, and modelling techniques to get him done. The whole model will probably only take a few hours upon actually starting it. If anyone has any suggestions, or tips on modding, do not hesitate to throw them my way.
  4. Decided to stop screeching into the void on my wall. Will be moving my WIPs over here. Speaking of WIPs Here's a model I got done, and forgot to finish the rest of the file. Commander Karbin from the Vader comics. A very silly looking character. The model is pretty much done, all he needs is team support, an NPC (the one I'm using is compressed into a large NPC file for optimization reasons) Bot support, and possibly sounds. But Karbin is ready for launch here soon. Body Textures are custom. I saw in the source material Karbin had a TON of different body designs. I picked the gray and brown Grievous look from Vader down. Maybe I'll add a four armed version, and a version from where he was wearing pants. Either way this particular model is ready to go. I'm not joking, this is a real character lol
  5. Thinking about making Ren

Ren was the original leader of the Knights of Ren. Ben Solo faced him and took control of the order

He took his helmet off, and looked like the love child of one of Spanki's Jedi heads, and Jeffery Epstein.

For this project I'm going to try and at least make the helmet on my own. My actual modelling skills are a bit lacking. Been watching tutorials all over Youtube, trying my best lol. The helmet looks easy enough though. I may snag a cape from another model, already have a shirtless male I'm eyeing (lol) so I just need to add convinving enough burned textures.

All around Ren has a pretty simple design, so it should be easy enough. I liked this guy in the comics. He was suave, and had a kind of swashbuckler energy to him. Would have liked to seem him in a movie or something (though I could say that for the rest of the KoR).

Also I'm still working on Starkiller, for the one or two people that might see this in a year. Still needing to get permission from the original modellers before I go further on him since I feel like his textures are gonna be a bit difficult.

The Star Wars Lightsaber collection source book has depicted him in 3D already. Might take a crack at that hilt. I wonder if it's possible to strap a bomb to it, like in the comic.

  6. First off you'll need this. I found this timelapse video of what you'll need to do. I'm still a bit noobish, but I hope this helps
  7. Nomi Sunrider doesn't seem like a difficult Frankenstein. She seems to pretty much just be wearing the PT era Jedi robes, only with a lower cut top, and a cape with a hood. A lot of her stuff could probably be put together with the Female Jedi customization pack.
  8. ITT: I post things I will never be able to upload

  9. It's weird. I swear I've downloaded this 400 times, but I've never installed it. Lol good work
  10. New WIP. Still need to do some stuff with the textures, and get some permissions.

  11. Hey so, since I'm still learning. How is it that you can deal with that many faces on a model at once? Is there an easier way to just snap on the textures? Or is there something I'm just not seeing? Okay, so I realized I can press U and the vertices will snap in a way I can understand.
  12. That's quite the under taking. This would require a full remodel of every body (cuz boobies) as well as several heads. There is something I know of that might help you though. This pack has tons of different female models. Jedi robes and such. If this doesn't work, then maybe you can try and learn some kitbashing models together. There are a few Blender tools that really help for Jedi Academy modelling. If you started a project like this, I'd be more than happy to help with it. I did a bit more searching. CJP has a Mara Jade
  13. Hi Shen! Will you be doing any new things for The Mandalorian?
  14. So what would be the easiest way to actually get the model in? Could I just drape the model over a preexisting one? I'm currently experimenting with just exporting the model. https://www.dropbox.com/s/cciqieg5pa31f7n/jeterror.JPG?dl=0
  15. The way things are looking, I'm in for the silver medal. I'll say that and some dude will release a map pack of every location in the show, then someone will make a photo realistic Grogu. Still though, I'm proud I got something in on time.
  16. Another day, another thing I don't know how to do in Blender.

  17. Boba Robed saber in his NPC file comes from this mod. I did not provide the weapon pack, so this will need to be downloaded separately
  18. 388 downloads

This mod contains: Boba Fett in his black robes model Boba Fett unmasked in his armor model Boba Fett in his painted armor model A bot for online Several new NPCs Possible updates: Team support NPC Spawnlist: boba_unmasked_jetpack boba_mando_jetpack boba_mando boba_unmasked boba robed
  19. Okay guys, I feel as though this thread would be a bit disappointing without a happy ending I have compiled the screenshots for my finished model right here. Whoever's job it is to say this thread is answered, it is now answered https://www.dropbox.com/sh/eyjuwuaj4umake2/AAARteunlw9ghIaJu683Ugi1a?dl=0
  20. Okay, after a good night's sleep (for the first time this week) I reread these comments. It worked! I'm gonna have these models finished by tomorrow, thank both of you
  21. So there don't appear to be any surfaces on his hands. Any thoughts on how I could fix this? Maybe make some new arms? I'm using Blender as my 3D modeling tool, how would I go about adding these if at all possible? If you don't know, I can always see if I can just grab new arms from another model, and see if that will fix it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/gv2l53fpipjgoka/bobasurface.JPG?dl=0 That second screenshot is not a different model, it's the same one with the helmet on. I switched to model's arms and hands for the original in game Boba Fett, yet no surfaces are being detected still. Could it have something to do with skeletal alignment? It looks pretty aligned to me, but it also seems like I'm putting the hands on wrong. I might just try starting from square one, since I keep pulling things from the original model now anyway
