  1. Just take a look at this topic: https://jkhub.org/topic/11015-errors-when-trying-to-start/
  2. Better dynamic shadows would be nice, as I find them too awkward and blocky sometimes (especially on characters and objects). It would be also cool to have filters to select, like film grain, HDR or cel-shading.
  3. You said that you are new to JKHub, and he said welcome as in "Welcome to JKHub". He wanted to welcome you to JKHub, that's all.
  4. .pk3 files, modified or not, always go into the Base folder.
  5. @@ByRoT You know how console commands work? Just type /r_fastsky 0.
  6. Awesome! Not bad for a first kitbash. Out of all the characters of Jedi Academy, Tavion was the one that really needed a reworked model. I have collected many ideas for how Tavion could look like, especially in armor. Would you mind if I send you a PM to share my ideas?
  7. @@Dart Vader, you may want to see this. Keep in mind that this is a very early version, the model is still WIP. Just relax and enjoy the fact that somebody is willing to fulfill your request.
  8. You can either tag him in the forum (for example @Lancelot) or you can send him a message.
  9. Take a look at the link in the second post above. It's may be about "frankensteining" (mixing many models), but the technique pretty much the same. If you still need help, ask Jeff, who is an expert in that field.
  10. Using models from different games is okay, as long as you share them only in the forum (by using file hosting services such as MEGA or Dropbox). But you are not allowed to upload them directly to JKHub.
  11. The animations are impressive. Also, the camera is way more cinematic than in the normal game. @@MusicForThePiano is currently working on an overhaul of Jedi Academy. If there could be a way to add more dynamic animations and camera movements, it would add much to the game.
  12. You can find it here: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3285-saboteur-faceplate/
  13. Like he said, it's a character created by him. @@JediDevin94 If you want to show us your drawing, upload it on Imgur and post the link to the image here.
  14. This is brilliant! I always felt that unlike Jedi Outcast, the music in Jedi Academy was mishandled. Especially the first part of Korriban suffers from a repetitive soundtrack. I wish you all the best with this project. It has the potential to become something big.
  15. His lightsaber has been already done. Just take a look at Plasma's lightsaber collection: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3552-lightsaber-hilt-collection/
  16. @@Siegfried Take a look at Maui's tutorial. It should explain everything you need to know. https://jkhub.org/topic/10172-blender-jka-frankenstein-modelling/
  17. He means the characters from the TV show Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures. The idea is interesting, as these characters have only been in this show. As far as I know, there are no official non-Lego appearances of them.
  18. Just install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (download only the file called vc_redist.x86.exe): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
  19. @@UniqueOne I've noticed the Spaceballs reference in one of the screenshots. If you really want to keep it in your mod, feel free to use my lightsaber sound mod: https://jkhub.org/files/file/2100-spaceballs-lightsaber-sounds/ @@RJAIt has been released already. You can find it here:https://www.moddb.com/mods/star-wars-warzone
  20. Go to this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145 Then click the download button, which will lead you to the next page. On that page, select the file vc_redist.x86.exe (you have to add a tick next to it), click Next and the file will download. It should contain all the files/libraries needed to get this mod working.

  22. @@Jeff I guess that English is not his native language. From what I understand, it seems that he wants you to make this character by using the image as a reference. The "No. I think its you." can be interpreted as "No, I didn't make this model. I thought you could do that." Take this topic as an example and you'll know what I mean.
  23. It's not his model. In fact, it was made 10 years ago by a user called Tiamet for ZbrushCentral. Maybe Dart Vader wanted to show you this picture as a way to say "Hey, I found this picture of a Darth Krayt model, and I wanted to ask if you could make this character."
