  1. I find it interesting that you prefer text instead of icons. I personally like icons better, as text can confuse and intimidate me in a new program. Icons are more friendly to me. This is coming from a software standpoint, not just Max vs Mod Tool. I've never used Max.
  2. @@Kayla When it comes to skinning, I suck. So I'm sorry if this isn't what you were wanting but I tried my best. It's obviously not done yet, but you can get the overall picture of where I'm headed with it. I need to do the jacket/vest thing, which will be the hardest. Would anyone be willing to either start from scratch or at least make the vest part? It will look really bad if I do it, trust me.
  3. And pointless.
  4. I completely forgot about that model. I need to redownload that.
  5. Better. Now it could use a reskin to make the hair more messy like in the pics. That would make it perfect. Also, is it just me or does his face look wider? His chin and jaw are a lot slimmer in ESB than in ROTJ.
  6. I didn't even catch that. I thought you said 128 before. Sometimes it still doesn't work and you have to convert it a couple times before it actually works. Ticks me off.
  7. Pretty much. It should be more messy and tousled, rather than neat. Like the ref pics we posted. Most of the work will be in the skinning portion I'd say. *edited the link to Haps' model pic in my previous post - it had disappeared
  8. This drives me crazy as well. What program are you using to convert?
  9. @Darth Martyr might know. He's done something similar.
  10. Not sure. @eezstreet can help with that.
  11. I've only seen that with what Chalk said, or when using a JO model. If it's a JO model, you need the JO skeleton, as they are not the same.
  12. Welcome to the Hub! Glad to see you return to a game we all love. I'm not familiar with RP stuff so I don't know about that. I'm sure others would love to help you out with that though.
  13. That only worked with the models that were all the same but with different skins. This can be done with any model. Like Kyle's head on the jedi_hm body as seen above.
  14. I think he's planning on changing it to accommodate this difference. It looks like he kinda has started already in that pic if you look closely at the shape of the head. I could be wrong though. Here's some refs: Oh and here's Hapslash's actual model he was working on of it: For reference and curiosity only. Not to compare to yours at all.
  15. 2005, eh? That was quite some time ago. JA has been quite alive since you left, despite the highs and lows. That must have been one of the first lows. There have been many. That command for the grapple should work. The server should tell you what mod it has installed when you join the match.
  16. https://jkhub.org/files/file/73-jedi-academy-patch-pc/ https://jkhub.org/files/file/1408-the-jka-all-seeing-eye-server-browser-mod/ Those should help more servers show up. As far as mods go, JA+ and JA++ are big. MBII and Lugormod are pretty popular as well.
  17. Yay, the JKHub account has appeared! And he's a ruthless dictator...
  18. Welcome to the Hub! Hope you enjoy your time here and maybe you'll run into a few people online sometime.
  19. Looks great! I'm so glad this is being made finally. There are still many Star Wars models and skins that need to be made.
  20. "npc freeze all" does wonders.
  21. Welcome ! We have gathered and have been rejuvenated by this very convenient new site. Things are going quite well for the JK community now, compared to year before. Glad to have you here.
  22. Can't wait for this. This truly is a new era of JK modding. /cheesy post
  23. Very nice. Glad to see it finished and released.

  25. The source code was released.
