  1. I can see an object being usable to project a hologram above it, but making something specifically on the player screen would need a bit of coding.

  3. You escaped the fate that befalls all great mappers, losing your progress due to computer failure. Knowing that it is backed up is a great relief.

  8. That city map... wouldn't take a lot of work to turn into Canto Bight, lol. It was an elegant european style with some futuristic archways added on! haha, but don't compromise your map for a passing reference. You do you!
  9. I'm still so excited about this map, it's the most ambitious project for JA in quite some time.
  10. That was so fast! I was shocked, and delighted, to get my hands on this map! The quality level is really high! Utterly fantastic.
  11. THAT IS FANTASTIC! Oh, it's been years waiting for a good lambda interior! There's sort of one in an old SJC map, but the ramp is locked down, so you can't really use part of it, and the front was so cramped... This is far more accurate. I really hope it does make it in game!
  12. The changes to the patreon page should be fair enough for the users. JKhub is the only patron account I fund at the moment so the fees aren't that big of an impact, but there's a lot of hubbub on twitter right now with people losing lots of patrons.

  16. Given the architecture of the box, it wouldn't be a bad duel map. The sides block your view of most other boxes so it'd be the one box, a skybox showing the rest of the opera, and then some sort of animation effect of the orbs in the middle. The scale might be weird, but the project wouldn't have to be a whole opera's worth of boxes.

  18. You are a god. I have played on four different versions of the Atlantis gate room. I've never seen one that comes this close to being picture perfect. I think the only thing that stuck out for me in the pictures was the other gate model, lol. But superb work. Watching this project with bated breath.

  21. This project is one of the largest in years, and you've shown steadfast progress, determination and dedication. We thank you for pressing on despite adversity, being burnt out, and everything. I'm glad your girlfriend is able to share it with you, that's got to help make it a bit easier. Carry on, and thank you so much for everything!

  23. From direct on, it's very convincing. Looks like a Hyperpsace tunnel, though the colors and hues don't match up to what we've seen in more recent movies: Zooming out, you can see that it's a funnel effect, starting at a specific point and growing larger ahead and around of the Doomgiver bridge. Taking a closer look from the outside, you have a few main structures. There's the outer cone, an inner cone of turquoise wispy stuff, and near the front there's a white funnel shape that fans out. https://youtu.be/_VjEUvuyGP4
  24. I have that Jedi Outcast for Jedi Academy mod so I've used the doomgiver tunnel as much as I can, but I was hoping something better might one day be possible.
