This is a model of the Final Fantasy 12 variant of the Buster Sword, as wielded by Gilgamesh in the 'Ancient Man of Mystery' hunt. It is very similar to the Final Fantasy 7 version, but with some minor details. It has been made to look as similar to the original version as possible, given the restrictions of the engine, and I attempted to keep the polycount as low as possible without sacrificing too much of the detail.

    Hoverboard

    504 downloads

Swoops are fun, but I needed something new. So suddenly it occured to me that a hoverboard, as a swoop replacement (or even its own vehicle) would be really cool. And so a little hoverboard was born! It hovers, it glows, it hums, and it sinks in water (for those who were worried!).

Three weapon models as seen in the game Final Fantasy X-2: Yuna's 'Tiny Bee' pistol (blaster pistol replacement), Rikku's thief knives (3 color variations), and Paine's sword. Yuna's gun includes custom icons and custom strings, so if you have another mod that uses sp_ingame.str you may have compatibility issues. The easiest solution is to delete this file from ffx2_if.pk3, as it's not a requirement for the mod to work (it's just an extra I thought folks might appreciate).

This weapon is the weapon of Zasalamel from Soul Calibur 3. To get it out in the clear, I've never played Soul Calibur 3... or 2 or 1, for that matter. It has darn cool weapons, though. I'll give it that.

Back in the heyday of the JK series, things were better. Nicer. Prettier. Well, this map may not be prettier, but it's a tribute to Dark Forces 2, the granddaddy of Jedi Academy. This map features the multiplayer version of the Valley of the Jedi Tower, where Kyle Katarn faces and destroys Maw during the JK1 SP campaign. This map was completely for the Jan-Feb '07 JKFiles Mapping Contest, for the intermediate skill level.

I love Knights of the Old Republic. It's a great game, and I think it needs some JA lovin'. However I'm very much anti-ports, so I'm hoping these original models, made from scratch over several weeks, will prompt mappers to take the ball into their own court and produce some excellent replicas using their own work. Included Models: Workbench Computer console Three storage containers Kolto tank Hangar thing from Davik's estate

I don't expect a lot of people to know what this is or appreciate it, but those of you who *do* know what it is should enjoy it. This is the Shrike, Mara Jade's starfighter as seen in the Jedi Knight expansion Mysteries of the Sith. It's an Alpha-52 starfighter, loaned to her by Talon Karrde. I've tried to keep it accurate to the original model (check it out on wookieepedia if you aren't sure what it's supposed to look like) but I did take some slight liberties with the texture where original detail was hard to see and/or my 'accuracy' made it look dumb.

Well, jedikiller just recently made a noghri skin with an animal-type theme, and seeing as how I can't resist tiger textures I decided to follow suit. This skin comes with BOT, team, and fuzzy kitty sound support. No NPCs this time, unfortunately.

    Rodian (No Vest)

    120 downloads

This replaces the default Rodian model in multiplayer with a version with no vest (without having the big gaping hole in his back, for those of you who have tried this). It makes use of a .SURF file to surf the back mesh back on to avoid this error. This is *really* more of a modder's resource than a skin, but you can naturally use it as a skin if you want. You may want to change the pathways and such so it doesn't *actually* overwrite the rodian, unless you don't care...

    Obsidion

This skin was once made for the JKFiles April-May skinning contest. It is a reskin of the human merc model to be decked out in a black armor with cyan-colored lighting effects scattered across the suit. All texturing is from scratch EXCEPT: mouth/eye texture, and one itsy bitsy part of the head texture (only because I forgot about it, and by the time I finished it fit, so I left it alone). "From scratch" means I completely painted over the textures. These are not recolored or photosourced by any means.

This mod adds species menu support for all base assets playable models from Jedi Academy. Complete may be a misnomer. The engine does not support having all 52 (give or take) playable models, so this pack is split into two PK3s, of which you may only use one at a time. It's basically the first half of the models and the second half, alphabetically (speciespack_if.pk3 goes from Alora to Rax Joris and speciespack2_if.pk3 goes from Reborn to Weequay). Both PK3s include hoth clothing for all 6 Jaden variants. Each playable model has been given SP species support so that all default, red team, and blue team heads, torsos, and lowers are mix'n'match. This works better on some models than others, naturally. This is available both as a SP mod, to select your favorite default model for SP play, or you can also use it to customize your favorite model for MP play by using the species menu (I like a half-blue half-red Boba Fett, myself). I take no responsibility for how crappy some of these default models are... That's Raven's business.

For those of you who have played Final Fantasy 9... you still might not recognize this weapon. In any case, it's Beatrix's Save the Queen sword. Beatrix is awesome... yeah.

This pack contains five map objects, all of which are instruments seen throughout the Star Wars Universe. SWG players will recognize these as instruments from the game, however they are also prominently displayed in film and other EU sources. The nalargon in particular is a mixture of canon and SWG styles. All wind instruments include a straight up and down version, and a leaning version.

This is the duel blade staff, as seen in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Apparently... I've never played it. This weapon was a request which I decided to honor, because it's a very cool weapon.

It was a request I was doing for someone for their clan round Christmas... Better late than never, and my apologies for it being unfinished (this is one of an original pack of three -- this one is done, but the other two are missing). This was a really cool exercise for me, though, because I had to make the weapon look as accurate to the original design as possible, and I think I got it pretty darn close.

I originally intended to do a tree pack, but I really dislike trees in general. I never was a big fan of botany. As a result, all that ever got finished was this pine tree. It is a single pine, which I tried to make as efficiently as possible to reduce unnecessary lag when used. It's very simple, but doesn't look too bad, all things considered.

This pack contains four weapons -- two sabres and two cutlasses -- based on real-life weapon designs. It is the first of three planned packs of these types of curved blades.

Firstly I'd like to say I'm not an alcoholic. That said, everyone's favorite drink is beer -- either because they drink it, or they're underaged and think it's the epitome of alcoholic beverages. To those people -- I do not advocate underaged drinking and you should avoid doing so! To those of you who actually *like* beer and are able to drink it legally, the bottle featured here is the Samuel Adams Octoberfest... because I like it. See the bottom of the read-me if you dislike that brand. This pack contains four weapons -- two beer bottle weapons and two beer-on-a-stick weapons. Each has a regular bottle version and a broken bottle version. Let the barfights ensue!

Well what's Halloween without ghosts? This is the stereotypical "ghost wearing a sheet" variety.

Kane was a dark Jedi training at the Sith Academy on Korriban during the Jedi Civil War. His masters saw such promise in him that they rewarded him with this special Sith lightsaber, which contains engravings of a section of the Sith code. Shortly after Kane left the academy and the Sith entirely, though he kept the lightsaber for quite some time.

This pack contains a BFG which will replace the concussion rifle. It's got green glowy parts and a nice little touchpad up top that ought to keep y'all amused for short periods of time. Contains custom icons and an edited strings file so it has its name instead of just being labeled as the conc rifle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Avck0d6tB0

This is the T-21 light repeating blaster, also known as the T-21 rifle in Star Wars Galaxies (no worries, I didn't base it off of that). It was a large and very powerful blaster used by Stormtroopers. This particular gun replaces the concussion rifle, because based on its description that seemed to be the most realistic replacement. It includes new icons as well as new strings.

This pack includes three of Zidane Tribal's staves from Final Fantasy 9: The Ogre, Exploda, and the Butterfly Sword. Each are somewhat stylistically different from their originals to look less cartoony and fit in better to Jedi Academy.

This contains one new model -- the Galbadian Soldier from Final Fantasy VIII. Those who followed it know how old it is, so I really just waned to wrap this puppy up and get it submitted before I lost _all_ interest in it. It contains team skins (red and blue; red is labeled as the 'elite' soldier for the bots) and it also has an additional paratrooper skin (green) with appropriate shoulder decals as seen in the FMV cutscene. Includes the Galbadian sword they were all seen with.
