capes are usually much shorter then cloaks, real world capes are worn off the side, usually the shoulder, and rarely ever reach past the buttocks, cloaks are how us modern-day peeps see superhero capes, usually goes somewhere nearby the ankles. Fun fact about cloaks, if a swordsman didn't have a shield/buckler with him, he could use the cloak as a shield, it was surprisingly effective at blocking blows with a sword specifically.

I love capes, I love cloaks and capes, I think every battle involving swords, sabers, etc, would be cooler if they had capes.

If you have a Nintendo Switch you should pick up Octopath, great RPG. Yeah you're right, he kinda does. He also looks like young qui-gon from the comics.

Just swords, when I said "full", I meant other people use much smaller bladed weapons like daggers and whatnot.

This is the only man I can think of that use full swords.
