  1. Please just do what Noodle said and post in Modding Assistance, and you can ask for help there, this isn't the place for it.
  2. I thought that was obvious. Maybe message him my man, this isn't really a place for asking for help. That being said @@Omega @@ShenLong Kazama You two could be a bit nicer to him, he's obviously new.
  3. @@yaogamers What do you think, ready for a battle?
  4. I assume you aren't naming names as they'll be hounded by everyone.
  5. He did it (uncalled for) because you assumed Jeff was working on it regardless of Jeff ever saying he was gonna work on it. Better to make sure he acknowledges it first, my dude, or until he says he's working on it.
  6. (!!!!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME DRAGON'S DOGMA: DARK ARISEN, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!) https://dragonsdogma.fandom.com/wiki/Bitterblack_Sanctum Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is an open-world Action-RPG, in which you take on the role of the Arisen, a role given by the terrifying Dragon, a being said to herald death and destruction. Bitterblack Sanctum is the area where you encounter the final boss of Bitterblack Isle "Daimon", from Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. Bitterblack Isle is a DLC island which is also a huge superdungeon filled with some of the toughest Monsters in the game, Daimon included, himself being arguably the toughest boss in the entire game.
  7. I NEED THIS IN MY FRIGGEN LIFE MAN!!!!!!! PLEASE GOD! I'm going to check this out in blender.
  8. I was thinking of Skyrim too! But more those isolated inns in the snowy areas then the Skaal village.
  9. Please tell me this is released for the love of god.
  10. So, Darth Java has been gone for awhile now, over a year, in 6 months it'll be 2 years, I'm not sure if he'll be back. For those of you not aware, he did a bunch of great files based on ancient sith, and to my knowledge the only known Arwing in existence for JKA: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3233-star-fox-arwing/ With that said, these are not works in progress, but more a place to show off some of his work. He had a few more swords he was going to release: He also had finished a model of Ludo Kressh: https://www.moddb.com/downloads/ludo-kressh For those of you wanting Kressh's sword, he did indeed release it: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3196-kressh-and-sadow-swords/ (Kressh's sword is the blue one) He also did a Chaos from Final Fantasy Dissidia model, I know that he released his sword, but this was the model that came with it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5pkv0tprkjhdydz/ff_chaos.pk3?dl=0 For more info on who Chaos was, see here: His sword was released by Darth Java as well here if you just want the sword: https://jkhub.org/files/file/3385-chaos-sword-final-fantasy/ For where his sword was showcased: He also released models for Tidus from Dissidia (which is basically Tidus from FFX), and also Gilgamesh from Dissidia 012, but the links no longer work. For reference here are what Tidus and Gilgamesh look like: (Please move this to the correct subforum if this isn't the right one, this was a LOT of writing, haha) Keep in mind I haven't been able to get in contact with him, not through his email, or on here, so until he comes back this should be a good testament to what he's made.
  11. A bit tough... but not impossible, yeah?
  12. How'd they extract the files? Wut? Also @@Jeff You got them at the last moment, the files I mean. I mean I assume you had em already for awhile and didnt have time to work on em, but facepunch JUST closed down which means those files would've been gone forever if one of us didnt have em.
  13. The files are in a weird format, which makes them difficult to extract. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. The format is RKV, and I'm not sure how I could access them. This is the same problem we had for Battlefront: Elite Squadron. Those files were also in a strange format. Edit: I was able to VIEW the files using free file viewer, but I can't figure out how to extract them.
  14. I know thats how I got the sounds for republic commando though. I'll give it a shot.
  15. It's been awhile but all I know is thats how I got the sound files for Boss' from Republic Commando. If you use winrar though I believe changing it to a "rar" filetype will allow you to extract it and let you get into the game's files. If that doesn't work then we always have youtube videos that use sound clips.
  16. You could just download a ROM/ISO of the game and go through it. https://romsmania.cc/roms/nintendo-wii/star-wars-the-force-unleashed-277345
  17. Your post was informative, thanks for that. Yeah it seems people who're younger though just aren't that interested in this game anymore, all of em wanna play their battlefronts and such, and it ruins our chances of development.
  18. If you wanna work on a soundpack I have some videos that'll work for that purpose, hell I could do the soundpack myself if you want, haha.
  19. This site in particular? Yes. Activity in forums and mods have been decreased dramatically. Hell the request board is probably all but useless now because we either have people that see it, wanna do it but don't have the time or don't have enough interest in it to do it. OR Assholes who say "do it yourself" which is counterproductive when something's asked in the request board. I feel we should have that phrase banned from being used in the request board. Aside from that, people who used to regularly release stuff have left or shown less effort in their releases, yeah its cool we got em but people just kinda release em and nope out. There is almost 0 people regularly releasing things. You'd come back once a week 2 years ago and there'd be at least 3-4 new mods every week. If you want me to be honest, I think its mainly the hostility of the community, aside from being competitive, which there's nothing wrong with, we can be er... pretty hostile to newcomers, alarmingly so. I saw some guy get chewed out because he didn't know how to install a mod or use blender, something along the lines of "It's not that hard, you can figure it out." when we should be calm, cool, collective, and nice, super SUPER nice to newcomers, show them this is a good place to be. What I'm saying is, yes, I feel you do need to baby newcomers to an extent, if they need help you help them but don't go out of your way to be condescending towards em. Make them feel like they're important to the community even if they're brand new. This isn't towards anyone in particular, this is towards practically everyone, me, you, everyone, lol. The hostility towards ports I feel is also a BIIIIT unjustified because it's the majority of people's starting points, we can't expect people to know what to do in Blender even with the extensive tutorials we do have. Also... We need more areas not revolving around Jedi Academy. Not mod-wise but forum-wise. Example, why can't I find anywhere to go talk about other games like Skyrim, Oblivion, GTA V, the Battlefront games, new and old. If we already have that then it really needs to be labeled more clearly because in all my time I haven't been able to find it.
  20. Hope everybody had a good 4th of July.

  21. -Urge to complain about hands intensifies- Nah, I'm just happy he's here. Good job man. In hindsight I think the reason why I have such a huge problem with them is because of my OCD, I see a finger stinking out or clipping and my mind is like "jrfcnmijkrlvgtfndm;jkwgvmgfcd'okl NOT OKAY". But in hindsight this looks pretty good, is the shield a separate weapon?
  22. This is why full digital sucks. Stuff can shut down, be removed, or otherwise at any moment. I have clone wars on blu-ray, haven't used netflix in awhile.

  23. IT LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONE FROM THE SHOW, THIS IS CRAZY GOOD! One of the best models I've seen, great job. The nose is a bit off, but thats just fine considering how good the model looks and how accurate he is. Great, great job.
