Was JK3's AI morale system cut due to time constraints?

but on the subject, the AI is very stupid and the game is very old. I know the developers rushed with the maps and textures, so why not hastily create the AI aswel.

Ah, well either way there's a morale system that's commented out in the source code, and uncommenting it doesn't seem to make a difference.
So what Tunk350? There's a website called jk3files.com but the game is not oficially named Jedi Knight III: Jedi Academy.
