  1. Dude those are the playable characters. Did you even play the beta
  2. I got my hands on this finally and let me just say I was very impressed. It's clean, the graphics are AMAZING. The weapons could use some more kick to all of them, and the health system could use some improvement. But overall it's a fun game. Just needs TLC. 7/10. Nothing special, but still fun to play.
  3. Indeed, their legs are strange but otherwise much much easier.
  4. Yeah, first full model. I did do a helmet or two from scratch, but first full body yes
  5. Very very very early preview. Lots to be done.
  6. It's pointless to request if the models don't exist.... Edit: the fact I even have to point this out is making me facepalm into oblivion
  7. Never was taught how to do those, might give it a shot though. To the rest of your criticism, I'm not entirely sure yet. I think I might do more on the magazine and so on so forth, but I don't know. Like you said, I think I will leave that to see what Ashura has to say about it before I proceed tho.Strongly considering a new commando droid model as well. The old one is okay but we can do better than that. More stuff! https://imgur.com/a/PAFoV Just to give a hint. Who doesn't love a V2?
  8. I had an itch I needed to scratch. I think it's about 65% there.
  9. Little things in this game would go a long way to rebuild their relationship with customers and I think they're definitely extending an olive branch very well.
  10. It looks incredible and while it has flaws it's only going to get better. It just needs time. DICE also needs to work on creating a nostalgia feeling to attract the older fanbase- which, it's slowly understanding I think. It's just going to take time, this is DICE's second go-round. It's only going to be better from here on I believe.
  11. Took a break from the A280 and decided to finish an old project that I should have had done months ago. Haven't started texturing yet, but here we are.
  12. So anyone know where to look to get tips on SWBF2 modding? Trying to get back into it with new units and weapons and so on.

THE CODE FOR SWBF GAMES WILL NOT HANDLE HIGH POLY MODELS. tHEY DIDNT JUST GIVE IT LOW POLY MODELS TO BE CHINCY LOL. iD ASK MINILOGOGUY18 MORE ON THE SUBJECT, BUT IF YOU ARE TO MAKE SWBF2 MODS, IT WILL REQUIRE LOW POLY MODELS AND A DIFFERENT FORUM. whoa... caps lock. Screw it not retyping it

SWBF2 can actually handle decent quality models, you can see it evidently on many mods but that's just derailing anyway

High poly is overrated in a game like that. Jedi Academy renders what, at most 10-12 characters at a time? Lots of Battlefront maps have 20-40 on screen at once (modded maps, that is)

  13. Gave it a shot with that tutorial, I think it turned out alright
  14. Meh, fair point. It makes me feel better about working on it though- seeing what it WILL become. Plus I wanted to see how the base texture looked
  15. I'm going to fix the UV issues as I go as not to make myself have to redo my work over and over again, BUT here's a slight progress update.
  16. Nope. My old computer is fucked. So until I get that repaired all previous works are gone. That's why I had to remake my TCW clone
  17. Sometimes you should just wait until the mod comes out before you ask for more things instead of acting petulant.
  18. the image will not load for me, anybody else having this problem?
  19. @Kualan it was a random model I found on the interwebs that I tweaked
